摘要：
From the perspective of resource efficiency of companies, this paper analyzed resource efficiency of companies of biomass power generation by selecting five companies of biomass power generation as sample and employing three-stage DEA method. The results showed that the allocative efficiency of the five companies had generally attained efficient from 2011 to 2013. However, it still remained insufficiency in the aspects of the use of existing technology, the development of new technology and scale efficiency, etc. In view of this, corresponding suggestions were proposed in the paper.

摘要：
In order to improve the performance of listed companies of environmental protection and reverse the status of low profitability through equity incentives, this paper probes into the effects of the intensity and pattern of equity incentives on the performance with a sample of 30 listed companies of environmental protection implementing equity incentives. It is shown from the empirical study that, at present, strengthening the intensity of equity incentives can improve the performance of listed companies of environmental protection; Restricted stock can do better than the stock option in improving its performance. However, for the time being the corresponding performance of the two patterns shares no sharp differences. In view of this, it is proposed in this paper to improve the performance of listed companies of environmental protection by perfecting equity incentives.

摘要：
Human resource as an important source of the core competitiveness of enterprises, its action key embodied in the enterprise human resource efficiency. Improving human resource efficiency can enhance the enterprise performance level, improve enterprise's competitive advantage, to ensure enterprise survival and sustainable development. However, many enterprises don't know their own human resource using situation and have no consciousness of input-output efficiency, which brings about the waste of human resource and the low efficiency of the human resource, hinders the long-term development of enterprises. This paper will analyze and discuss the troubles about human resource efficiency in the concrete practice process. Taking the Chinese paper listed companies as an empirical analysis example, this paper will make clear the real condition of their human resource efficiency and explore the related factors of the human resource efficiency with SFA, so that it can provide theory basis for improving the human resource efficiency of Chinese enterprises.

摘要：
Along with China's gradual changes in developmental model of economy and society, the pulp & paper industry associated with renewable resource exploitation and environmental protection is increasingly becoming the dominant industry. This paper takes 21 listed companies in the pulp & paper industry of China as research objects, builds the evaluation indicator system on the basis of resource-based theory and constructs the resource efficiency evaluation model of the forestry-paper firms based on DEA. According to the annual reports of listed companies and the data of Almanac of China Paper Industry, the paper analyzes resource efficiencies of China's forestry-paper firms and provides a theoretical basis for further improvement in resource efficiencies of the pulp & paper industry in China.
