在收集和整理湖南省高校近10年招生与毕业生数据的基础上,采用EVIEWS数量分析方法对＂十二五＂期间湖南省的高校毕业生数量进行预测,并结合湖南省人才发展规划、产业结构调整思路和未来发展提供的机遇,从高校、企业和政府三个方面提出促进高校毕业生就业的建议。
