随着对教育生态学研究的深入,越来越多的高校开始将教育生态学与学校自身的发展联系起来,并在教育生态学这一理论层面上探讨高等教育的发展走向,其中高职教育便是其中一种。高职教育的发展对高职教师的发展产生着直接的影响,而高职教师水平的高低也反过来制约着高职教育发展水平的高低。
