作为以森林资源为主要开发与利用对象的微观经济组织,森林资源型企业长期关注的一个重点是木材原料等有形资源。然而,从企业成长的角度看,除了有形资源以外,无形资源也是促进企业成长的重要资源。无形资源的不足,不但会影响到企业对木材等有形资源的生产与利用程度,而且还会阻碍企业的成长.森林资源型企业成长的无形资源障碍主要有软技术、组织-管理与社会关系资源等三个方面,要克服成长瓶颈,企业应该围绕关键技术整合资源,提升企业的技术能力;加强组织与管理,提升组织能力;正确把握社会关系资源,培育竞争优势。

As a mieroeconomic organization of exploring forest resources, forest resource based enterprises have been focusing on visible resources as wood, etc. However, from the point of view of enterprise growth, invisible resources also play an important role in promoting the growth of enterprises. Lacking of invisible resources not only hold up the extent of utilizing visible resources, but also obstruct the sound growth of enterprises.
