Modification of an ultrathin C-60 interlayer on the electronic structure and molecular packing of C8-BTBT on HOPG

X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were applied to investigate the electronic structure and molecular packing of C8-BTBT on HOPG with an ultrathin C-60 interlayer. It was found that C8-BTBT displays a Vollmer-Weber (V-W) growth mode on HOPG, with an ultrathin C-60 interlayer (0.7 nm). Compared to the uniform lying-down growth mode as directly grown on HOPG, the C8-BTBT molecules here adopt a lying-down orientation at low coverage with some small tilt angles because the pi-pi interaction between C8-BTBT and HOPG is partly disturbed by the C-60 interlayer, delivering a higher highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) in C8-BTBT. An interface dipole of 0.14 eV is observed due to electron transport from C8-BTBT to C-60. The upward and downward band bending in C8-BTBT and C-60, respectively, near the C8-BTBT/C-60 interface reduces the hole transport barrier at the interface, facilitating the hole injection from C-60 to C8-BTBT, while a large electron transfer barrier from C-60 to C8-BTBT is detected at this interface, which effectively limits electron injection from C-60 to C8-BTBT. The HOMO of C8-BTBT near the interface is largely lifted up by the C-60 insertion layer, which causes a p-doping effect and increases the hole mobility in C8-BTBT. Furthermore, owing to the lowest occupied molecular orbital (LUMO) of C-60 residing in the gap of C8-BTBT, charge transfer occurs between C-60 and the trap states in C8-BTBT to effectively passivate the trapping states. Our efforts aid a better understanding of the electron structure and film growth of anisotropic molecules and provide a useful strategy to improve the performance of C8-BTBT-based devices.

摘要:
Mobile edge computing (MEC) is a promising technique to enhance computation capacity at the edge of mobile networks. The joint problem of partial offloading decision, offloading scheduling, and resource allocation for MEC systems is a challenging issue. In this paper, we investigate the joint problem of partial offloading scheduling and resource allocation for MEC systems with multiple independent tasks. A partial offloading scheduling and power allocation (POSP) problem in single-user MEC systems is formulated. The goal is to minimize the weighted sum of the execution delay and energy consumption while guaranteeing the transmission power constraint of the tasks. The execution delay of tasks running at both MEC and mobile device is considered. The energy consumption of both the task computing and task data transmission is considered as well. The formulated problem is a nonconvex mixed-integer optimization problem. In order to solve the formulated problem, we propose a two-level alternation method framework based on Lagrangian dual decomposition. The task offloading decision and offloading scheduling problem, given the allocated transmission power, is solved in the upper level using flow shop scheduling theory or greedy strategy, and the suboptimal power allocation with the partial offloading decision is obtained in the lower level using convex optimization techniques. We propose iterative algorithms for the joint problem of POSP. Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed algorithms achieve near-optimal delay performance with a large energy consumption reduction.

A systematical investigation on the electronic structures of the interface of MoOx/mixed organic cations perovskite (FA0.4MA0.6PbI3) was carried out with ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy (UPS), X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS), photoluminescence (PL) and absorption spectra (ABS). It is found that the pristine FA0.4MA0.6PbI3 film behaves as heavy n-type semiconductor. Some weakly chemical interactions are detected at the interface of MoOx/FA0.4MA0.6PbI3 from the evolution of the ratio of Mo5+/Mo6+ and attenuation of I. The results of the energy level alignment indicate a total band bending-up (shift to low binding energy) of 0.68 eV and 0.2 eV in the FA0.4MA0.6PbI3 and the MoOx layer, respectively, with the deposition of up to 128 Å MoOx. The built-in field in FA0.4MA0.6PbI3 induces a strong accumulation of photogenerated holes at the interface region, which facilitates the growth of a conducting channel when the interface is used for photodetectors. A low applied voltage ∼0.8 V can overcome the interfacial potential barrier and generate continuous photocurrents based on this conducting channel in the MoOx/FA0.4MA0.6PbI3-based photodetectors. The analyses are supported by the Au/MoOx(5 nm)/FA0.4MA0.6PbI3 prototype photodetector, which obtains high performances with a detectivity of up to 2.34 × 1012 Jones and a responsivity of 0.356 A W−1, 2 times higher than the Au/FA0.4MA0.6PbI3 photodetector. Meanwhile the optimized photodector has high repeatability and stability. © 2018 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
Comprehensive measurements of ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy, X-ray photoemission spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and atomic force microscopy are adopted to investigate the corelevance of energy level alignment, molecular orientation, and film growth of Au/C8BTBT/perovskite interfaces. A small energy offset of valence band maximum of 0.06 eV between perovskite and C8BTBT makes hole transportation feasible. About 0.65 eV upward shift of energy levels is observed with the deposition of the Au film on C8BTBT, which enhances hole transportation to the Au electrode. The observations from the interface analysis are supported by a prototype photodetector of Au (80 nm)/C8BTBT (20 nm)/perovskite (100 nm) that exhibits excellent performances whose responsivity can reach up to 2.65 A W-1, 4 times higher than the best CH3NH3PbI3 photodetectors. © 2018 American Chemical Society.

The heteroepitaxial growth of fullerene (C60) on single-crystal black phosphorus (BP) has been studied using low-energy electron diffraction, X-ray and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy, and density functional theory simulation. The occupied orbital features from C60 observed in the photoelectron spectra for C60/BP interface are slightly broadened at higher coverages of C60 and exhibit no direct evidence of hybridization, demonstrating that the C60/BP interaction is physisorption. Oxygen exposure of interface leads to obvious oxidation of BP in which C60 bridges the large electron-transfer barrier from BP to oxygen and plays an important role for the production of O2- and oxidation of BP. Our findings suggest that C60 does not form an ideal protection layer as the other n-type semiconductors. With the assistance of density functional theory calculations, the oxidized phosphorus at the interface prevents further charge transfer from BP to C60. © 2018 American Chemical Society.

Modification by ultra-thin fullerene (C<inf>60</inf>) insertion layer of about 1 monolayer on the electronic structure and the film growth of 2,7-diocty[1]benzothieno-[3,2-b]benzothiophene (C8-BTBT) on silicon oxide (SiO<inf>2</inf>) is investigated using ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It is found that the ultra-thin C<inf>60</inf>insertion layer doesn't induce an ambipolar charge transport characteristic but it indeed lifts up the energy levels of C8-BTBT, resulting in p-doping and hole accumulation at the semiconductor-dielectric interface. The charge transfer from trap states residing in the band gap of C8-BTBT to the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) of C<inf>60</inf>most likely leads to a decrease of threshold voltage for corresponding organic field effect transistors (OFETs) based on such a configuration. Band bending and decrease of the ionization potential (IP) are observed in the C8-BTBT film attributed to the increasing ordering of molecular orientation with the deposition of C8-BTBT. The HOMO downward shift is clearly bigger with the C<inf>60</inf>insertion layer than that without. A typical Volmer-Weber (VW) growth mode is detected due to the weaker van der Waals interaction between C8-BTBT and the underlying layer of C<inf>60</inf>/C8-BTBT than that between the C8-BTBT molecules. Compared to without C<inf>60</inf>interlayer, the molecular packing is a little more disordered at low coverages, resulting in more C8-BTBT molecules to lean away from the interface normal. The C8-BTBT film in such a structure phase has the HOMO closer to the E<inf>F</inf>than that at an almost perfectly vertically standing up configuration. Our results show that the introduction of C<inf>60</inf>insertion layer lifts up the HOMO of C8-BTBT and improves the energy level alignment at the interface. ©2017 Elsevier B.V.

Modification of the ultrathin N,N′-Di(1-naphthyl)-N,N′-diphenyl-(1,1′-biphenyl)-4,4′-diamine (NPB) insertion layer on the electronic structures of the CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3)/MoO3 interfaces is investigated using ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It is found that when an ultrathin NPB insertion layer of 16 Å is inserted between MAPbI3 and MoO3, the chemical reaction between the latter two can be effectively suppressed, and a favorable energy-level alignment is achieved. The valence band maximum (VBM) or highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) at the MAPbI3/NPB/MoO3 interface facilitates the hole transportation from the MAPbI3 layer through the NPB layer toward the NPB/MoO3 interface. As a result, the holes can be efficiently extracted to the hole collection electrode due to the small energy offset between the conduction band minimum (CBM) of MoO3 and the HOMO of NPB. Therefore, the modification by the ultrathin NPB interlayer on the electronic structures of the MAPbI3/MoO3 interface can greatly improve the hole extraction and thus enhance the power efficiency of the corresponding solar cells. © 2016 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
网络环境中,系统受到多种入侵行为威胁,具有变化快、种类多、随机性强的特点,提出一种基于AdaBoost的网络入侵智能检测算法,利用神经网络建立入侵检测学习器,采用AdaBoost集成学习方法对基学习器迭代训练,生成最终的入侵检测模型,仿真实验表明,该方法相对传统的BP神经网络算法具有较大的优势,降低了随机样本对模型的影响,增加了神经网络的泛化能力,使最终的入侵检测模型更加贴近真实的网络入侵样本,减小了小样本集导致的模型精度大幅下降的问题,对识别、检测各类入侵行为,对维护网络安全,具有十分重要的意义。

摘要:
绿茶烘焙过程,伴随着复杂的物质交换和热交换,温、湿度变化耦合严重。针对这一问题该文提出了一种基于逆模型解耦的变论域模糊控制方法。采用支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)方法辨识绿茶烘焙过程,建立精度相对较高逆模型,根据试验结果,电热丝电流平均误差为4.3%,而风机转速为8.5%。将该模型并与被控对象进行串联,建立伪线性系统,实现温、湿度解耦。同时采用模糊控制器对温、湿度分别进行独立控制,同时对模糊控制器的论域进行改进,增强系统的环境适应能力。性能试验结果表明,该控制系统能够将温度误差控制在小于1.4℃,相对湿度控制误差仅为2.8%;品质试验表明,绿茶橙花叔醇成分平均提升15.2%,α-法呢烯成分平均提升17.4%,芳樟醇成分平均提升14.2%。该文方法能够有效提升绿茶烘焙过程的控制效果,提供了一种控制绿茶烘焙过程的新途径。

摘要:
针对电厂飞灰含碳量难以进行有效预测的问题,提出一种嵌套智能集成预测方法。首先,利用变学习率BP神经网络和主成分分析方法对输入变量进行降维处理;其次,为提高模型自适应能力,利用上述分析结果采用在线支持向量机建立飞灰含碳量预测模型;然后,为反映飞灰含碳量数据的时间相关性,采用灰色预测方法建立当前时刻飞灰含碳量预测模型;最后,在上述预测模型的基础上,利用信息熵的权值组合方法获得最终的飞灰含碳量预估值。仿真结果表明,该智能集成预测模型的预测精度要高于单一模型,能对电厂飞灰含碳量进行有效预测。

摘要:
针对风力提水系统风、辅动力存在耦合使控制效果难以保证的问题,该文提出了一种基于逆模型解耦的变论域模糊控制方法。采用神经网络方法辨识风力提水系统的逆系统,并与被控对象进行串联,建立伪线性系统,实现风、辅动力解耦。同时采用模糊控制器对风、辅动力分别进行独立控制,对模糊控制器的论域进行改进,增强系统的环境适应能力。逆模型仿真试验中变量泵控制和柴油机控制量平均误差分别为6.3%和4.5%,实际运行中离心泵的转速平均误差控制在5%以内,说明该文方法能有效抑制风速变化的影响。研究结果对风力提水系统的推广具有重要的意义。

The rapid development of information technology has become the important factors that influence economy and people life, automatic control principle course teaching has extensive theoretical and practical value, thus to explore to adapt to the new situation of the automatic control principle course teaching become a problem to be solved. Automatic control theory teaching experiment system based on network was proposed, it is the use of multimedia courseware and the resistance furnace temperature control system is set up network teaching platform, not only more convenient teacher prepares a lesson, class teaching content more rich vivid, but also students can better understand and communicate through the network has been to learn knowledge, and can be learned through simulation test, for the follow-up professional courses to lay a good foundation.

摘要:
In view of the characteristics of the preparation of an adhesive process which is lengthy, nonlinear, time-varying, big inertia and pure delay, A Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) algorithm is proposed based on the improved particle swarm optimization. Because there are drawbacks in the design of PID controller, an improved particle swarm optimization which takes into account a number of performances is propesed to modified parameters of PID controllers. In which the variation of genetic algorithm is introduced to the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm, which can avoid local maximum points, thus the preferable PID controller parameters are easily obtained. Applying the algorithm to the preparation of an adhesive process, the temperature of polymerizing-kettle can be tracked and controlled. Simulation and factual running shows that the algorithm is effective and has excellent performance.

摘要:
针对热风炉具有参数时变、强干扰、非线性等特点,其最佳空燃比难以确定的问题,提出一种基于模糊满意度的变论域模糊控制方法.首先通过在线获得加热过程的状态参数,采用满意度函数对空燃比进行评价,并将该评价结果和炉温变化作为变论域模糊控制方法的输入来实时获取最优的空燃比值,从而保证热风炉炉温的温度控制.实际运行结果证实了该系统的有效性.

本文针对纸浆浓度系统具有大滞后,模型不确定的特点,设计了纸浆浓度混合控制系统。该设计方法利用变论域模糊控制方法和基于PSO的PID控制方法各自的优点,采用模糊软切换方法实现了两种控制器的选择,较好的保证了纸浆浓度的精确控制。运行结果表明,该方法简单方便,对纸浆浓度控制系统进行了控制,取得了满意的控制效果。

摘要:
通过对基于ZigBee协议的星形拓扑网络节点退避过程的分析,计算了在一个超帧的工作时间内,节点在各个状态的接入概率和功耗,结果表明,发射状态的功耗占的比重很小,要降低该类无线网络功耗,主要通过减少节点的接收和空闲状态的时间来实现;另外,指出通过相对地减少节点数来提高接入概率也可以实现低功耗.
