摘要:
Theory of coherent demodulation based on method of square counterchange is introduced in this article. Square phase-locked loop(PLL) is proposed to achieve coherent carrier from 2DPSK signal. The 180~ phase's inexplicit problem which exists in carrier recovery is resolved. It improves the resisting noise property of communication system. We scheme out emulational circuit diagram for carrier distilling with PLL by using simulink and process corresponding emulational experiment. Experimental results show that our method can extracts carrier perfectly.

Because the companies of all sizes on information technology creates strong demand for computer resources and network administration jobs. Communication Engineering majors will increasingly find themselves with opportunities and responsibilities in these areas. However, teaching Operating Systems and networking to information systems major presents many challenges. With this paper, we hope to achieve several goals. First, we hope to raise awareness of the need for Operating System course. We hope to demonstrate the need for an academic course in computer resources administration. Second, we wish to show that Operating Systems are a topic well suited to information systems. At the same time, we hope to provide a pedagogical model for others to follow in developing a course in computer resources and network administration.

Nowadays, the study shows that many network college's teaching effectiveness is not good, and the modern distance learning can't be able to effectively facilitate learning process. One of the important reasons is the teacher's interactive role problem is not resolved well. Firstly, the interactive tools have many interactive features, which are provided by the computer network, is described in this paper. At the same times, the behaviour of teacher effect on students in the process of positive interaction, which was analyzed in detailed. Secondly, a new point of view was present that the teachers must full understand the sound effects of interaction. Only in this way, the function of e-learning potential promote learning can be deeply exploited in the process of teaching. As a result, the effective learning could be promoted by the social interaction in network teaching environment.

Using the theories of fuzzy mathematics and urban ecology, a basic evaluation model of urban ecosystem is established and the evaluative index set was build. According to the latest 5 years statistic of Changsha city, the values of ecological environmental index are calculated, then the situation of ecological environment of this city are analyzed. The results show its ecological conditions showed a rising trend year by year. At last, Evaluative conclusion proved that above model is of higher reliability.

摘要:
According to the structure analysis of Portable Execute File and its own characteristics, a software watermark framework model was put forward. By adding a new section used for storing control code and extracting feature information from the original PE file, the unique watermark marking for the software copyright was produced. After encryption, being divided, based on the assembled table, the watermark was embedded into the redundant space of each section. And then by means of abstract extraction from certain parts, it is helpful to further verify the integrity of PE file. Simulation shows that the algorithm framework model has a higher protection capacity for software copyright.

Internet of Things is a representative in the next generation of information technology development direction, which connects everything to the Internet for information exchange and communications by information sensing devices with the function of intelligent identification, location, tracking, monitoring and management. With the continuous development of technology and cost reduction, it shows great application potential in various professions. This paper mainly studies applications of Internet of Things in university digital campus construction. Firstly, it introduces the concept of Internet of things, then analyses the basic characteristics and working principle. After that, it studies its advantage on building intelligent digital campus with Internet of Things based on RFID technology and sensing technology. To be sure, the Internet of Things will become the development trend of digital campus, and fundamentally propel the establishment of information campus.

摘要:
Bamboo is so easy to moulding that bamboo products haven't been high value added utilization. Therefore, the effect of wood extractives molecules on bamboo biology moulding was studied based on full-factor test. The result is: (1) The effect of tree species of wood extractives on bamboo biomass moulding was highly remarkable. The effect of treatment time on bamboo biology moulding was not remarkable.(2) The better anti-mold effects of wood extractives were Cassia siamea, Cunninghamia lanceolata, Eucalyptus urophydis, Populusdeltoides in turn. So this pointed out the direction for the development of the biologic mould inhibitor.

Based on the principles of green manufacturing, the ecological system of furniture design consists of the ecological furniture design analysis, implementation, evaluation, as well as supporting and maintenance. Compared to the traditional furniture material election, the material election subject to the green manufacturing presents a new philosophy. The principle of furniture material election subject to the green manufacturing involves the combination of technical principle, economical principle and environmental principle. This paper also discusses the minimization of life-cycle cost of furniture material election subject to green manufacturing.

Under the global trend of low-carbon economy, the sustainable development of tourism is very important for the adjustment of economic structure, regional economic development promotion, and improvement of city taste, community environment and conditions of public service facilities. More and more leisure cities take their own tourism products as leader, which is becoming the comprehensive industry complex market to meet the leisure consumption of foreign tourists and local residents. The State Council clearly takes Chang-Zhu-Tan area as a "two-type" demonstration area. All society circles advocate establishing ecological civilization conception; to develop tourism rapidly and healthily is the future objective and direction of Changsha, and their goal is to create "The Central Leisure Capital". Changsha is a leisure city in middle China, has their own main background resources for tourism development, such as long-depth history and cultural tradition, and their characteristic mountains, water, continents, and city landscape. And also urban residents have good recreational traditions. The tourism developed together with leisure industry, and now has form the economic structure and industrial clusters of main tourism, entertainment, service and cultural industries. Therefore, it is a practical issue to make the comprehensive study on sustainable development of tourism by using landscape ecology theory, which also is a breakthrough to predict the future development.

The effective market competition in cultural industries is an important force to promote rational allocation of resources in the cultural industry, to develop prosperous culture, to actively introduce advanced technology and to improve international competitiveness in the cultural industry. Because of lack of awareness to cultural industries, lack of effectively competitive system and policy arrangements that are good to cultural industry, and lack of competition, it leads to the developing scale of cultural industry is small, competition is weak, economic efficiency and efficiency of resource allocation is low, which restricts the better and fast development of cultural industry. Therefore, we should correctly understand and deal with the relationship between reform and development, monopoly and competition, promote arrangements on effective market competition in institution and policy, and ensure to exert the role of market competition.

摘要:
Construction of forest administration management information system (FAMIS) is an important step to set up digital forestry system. Forest business process is complicated, so this paper researches the workflow technique applying in FAMIS. First the workflow meta model proposed by Workflow Management Coalition is studied. Then, this paper analyses characteristic on flexibility in workflow system in detail, defines a model of flexible workflow system. At the same time, a model of distributed FAMIS is put forward by object-oriented modeling technique. A structure of this system is described at last. A series of FAMIS have been Developed following the model. These software have extended their positive influence in the society.

Internet of things is a net in which the objects are connected to each other. With extremely wide range of use, Internet of things is considered as a momentum to the third information revolutionary and a new economic growth point in the next decade. This paper is the first to study application and prospects of internet of things technology in info-forestry. In the first instance, this paper introduces the origin, concept, and principle of the Internet of things, and then it elaborates the prospects of the internet of things' application in forestry, such as forest fire prevention, ancient and rare trees management, rare wild animal protection, timber tracking management, Forest Eco tourism, forest resources management, nursery stock and flower culture and so on. In the end of this paper, opportunities and challenges of internet of things are discussed in extension process.

摘要:
As the noble gardening tree growing specifically in China, Osmanthus fragrans is widely used to produce high-grade essence, special drugs and aromatic tea form its flowers. However, O. fragrans leaves are still underutilized and hence wasted. Therefore, in order to better utilize O. fragrans leaves and hence to expand its utility values and industrial scopes, we attempted to analyze the bioactive components, especially biomedical constituents from O. fragrans leaf by the way of Py-GC/MS (Pyrolysis-gas chromatograph/ mass spectrometer). After acetone extraction on O. fragrans fresh leaf by ultrasonic extraction for 5 h at 90℃, and with the removal of solvent, the extractive was pyrolyzed in 590℃ He atmosphere, then the pyrolysis product was analyzed by online linked GC/MS. Relative content of each component was determined by area normalization, and 64 compounds representing 97.85% of the acetone ultrasonic extractive were identified from 65 peaks (Figure 1). The main constituents were as: friedelan-3-one (38.87%), lup-20(29)-en-3-one (12.46%), Stigmasterol,22,23-dihydro-(6.23%), Urs-12-ene (5.45%), benzoic acid,4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-(2.08%), stigmasterol (1.96%), cyclotetracosane (1.92%), acetone (1.59%), beta-amyrin (1.57%), benzoic acid,4-hydroxy-(1.32%), 1,6-anhydro-.beta.-D-glucopyranose (1.32%), toluene,3-(2-cyano-2-phenylethenyl-) (1.22%), taraxasterol (1.20%), 1,2-propanediamine (1.07%), hexadecanoic acid (1.00%), ergosta-4,6,22-trien-3.alpha.-ol (1.00%), 1,2-benzenediol (0.91%), vitamin E (0.90%), campesterol (0.89%), etc. The results of function analyses suggested that the pyrolysis product from the acetone ultrasonic extractive of O. fragrans leaf is abundant in materials of noble natural medicines, and also contains constituents which can be developed into top valueadded materials of cosmetics, biofuel and industrial. This is the first report here that showed underutilized leaf of O. fragrans contains abundant biomedical constituents and can be developed into top value-added products.

The farmer is the main body to build new countryside and the key to construct a new socialist countryside. This paper analyzes the advancing factors which constrained the farmers' science & technology capability from the perspectives of farmers' education level, the mechanism of cultivating new-oriented farmers, the government' input to science & technology and the scientific & technologic environment in rural. On this basis, some strategies are put forward to increase the technological capability of the farmers and cultivate new socialist peasants by consolidating the rural basic education, reforming rural education and training system, increasing scientific and technological input and improving the conditions of rural science and technology.

The complete coding sequence of Gibberella moniliformis phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase gene (PEPCK) was obtained by using Neurospora crassa PEPCK gene coding sequence (XM955062) as seeded sequence in silico cloning. Some characters of the PEPCK were analyzed and predicted by the tools of bioinformatics in the following aspects, including the composition of amino acid sequences, physical and chemical. These results showed that the full-length of PEPCK was 1948 bp and it contained a complete ORF (1671bp), encoded 556 amino acids, which are much conserved in ascomycetes. The calculated molecular weight of PEPCK was 61893.1 Da, theoretical p1 of 5.77 and was composed of 20 kinds of amino acid.

Filamentous fungal strains were isolated from the leaves and fruits of Camellia oleifera with the anthracnose disease. The pathogenecity was tested following Koch ' s postulates. Our analyses identified that all 18 isolated strains were pathogenic to Camellia oleifera. The molecular analysis of the internal transcribed spacer regions of the most virulent isolate confirmed that it belonged to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. 165 strains were isolated from the leaves of Camellia oleifera, which were collected from Henyang, Liuyang, Changde etc in Hunan province. There were three entophytic bacteria strains Y13, S2, H18 against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. And more, Strain Y13 was antagonistic against different Pathogenic fungi, Fusarium oxysporium, Thanatephorus cucumeris, Alternaria solan, PestalotiopsisStey, and its inhibition rates were 84.3%. 81.8%. 80.0% and 80.1%. The result showed that Strain Y13 had a wider antibacterial spectrum and the strong antagonistic activity. Our analyses and Strain Y13 study should help future identification, prevention and treatment of the Camellia oleifera anthracnose disease.
