This paper firstly outlined the presence of information asymmetries and its effects, pointing out that information technology is an important way to deal with it. After illustrating the current major problems in the application process of information technology, it finally proposed several strategies to advance the application.

Graduation-design is the important teaching part of undergraduates' cultivation. In this article, the graduation design's quality control system is relatively well built on the basis of the combination of analyzing the factors influencing graduation design and practices. The quality is to be promoted from the points as the teachers-and-students viewing, flexible time schedule, high-quality guiding teachers' team, scientific standard modes of scheme-targeting, strengthening the whole processes' supervision.

Now Eucalyptus wood begins to be used to pulp. However, water, adhesives and other assistants are severely wasted because the extractive of Eucalyptus wood is enriched. What is worst, water pollution becomes more serious because of the polluting extractives of Eucalyptus wood. Therefore, based on the single-factor method, the fresh E. camaldulensis shavings were treated in the sorbitic extractor and supersonic wave extractor. The extractives were analyzed by ZETA and SIZER to find out the leaching rule of nano particles from E. camaldulensis wood, hence to obtain the way to lower the negative effect of the extractives. The results were following as: (1) the regression curve showed that the extraction mass increases when the extracting time extends in the sorbitic extractor; (2) diameters of leached nano particles distribute from 37.8 to 106 nm by volume evaluating indicator, and 28.2 to 91.3 nm by number evaluating indicator in the sorbitic extractor. The particles with diameters of 4150~5560nm, 1110~6440nm and 4150~5560nm are too few to test, and their volume are only 0.3%, 2.6% and 0.3% respectively, however, they can bring barrier of wood extractives on wood permeability and obstructive action of wood turpentine on pulping; (3) the volume of the particles with diameter of 28.2~78.8 nm was 80.1%, the number of the particles with diameter of 24.4~50.7 nm was 89.0%, and the volume of 190~396 nm particles is 15.2%, but its number was very less. Therefore, not only extraction mass is increased but also the grouping number of leached nano particles from E. camaldulensis is lowered in supersonic wave extractor.

The chemical components from benzene/ethanol extractive of fresh Phyllostachys heterocycla shavings were separated and identified by GC/MS after enriched. Relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. 73 compounds of the extractives were identified. The main and abundant constituents were as: vitamin E, hexadecanoic acid(cas), 9,12-octadecadienoic acid (z,z)-, tetradecane,2,6,10-trimethyl-, dodecane, indole, dodecane, tridecane, nonadecane, pregn-4-ene-3,20-dione,11,21-dihydroxy-,(11á)-, heptacosane, 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, diisooctyl ester, quercetin 7,3',4'-trimethoxy, 1H-indole, lupeol, dibutyl phthalate, stigmast-5-en-3-ol, (3á)-, undecane, ethyl linoleate, and so on. The most components from benzene/ethanol extractives of fresh Phyllostachys heterocycla are not only abundant and healthy to human, but also used as fine bioenergy.

This article design 4 models with a certain standard of one-time wooden pallets and a legitimate way of supporting pallet packaging logistic to solve the problem of lowing in pallet standardization, lack of intensity in some pallet and unreasonable packages in pallet packaging which lead to work at low efficiency and make high rate in damaging gods. The models would improve the pallet in order to adjust different loading weight, rise loading and reloading efficiency and stacking efficiency of finished products, decline the damage rate in transportation, save materials in parts packaging, decline error rate in the number of shipping and receiving gods.

The oil-tea cake as the byproduct of tea-oil from oil-tea seed is still not top-valued used. In order to improve the processing status of oil-tea cake from low-grade to high-grade, we used 300℃ pyrolysis-GC/MS technology to analyze the top value-added biomedical and bioactive constituents of two extracts (benzene/ethanol and acetone) of oil-tea cake. Relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. 13 compounds representing 99.18% of the benzene/ethanol extract of oil-tea cake were identified, and 28 compounds representing 98.62% of the acetone extract of oil-tea cake were also identified, The results of function analyses showed that the benzene/ethanol extract and acetone extract of oil-tea cake contain abundant components of rare natural medicinal materials, and also contain many components which can be developed into two value-added materials of high-grade spice, cosmetic, food, and industrial chemical and solvent, This result will benefit the status change of processing and utilization of oil-tea cake in China from low-grade to high-grade, and hence is helpful to the sustainable development of oil-tea industry of China.

As the noble gardening tree growing specifically in China, Osmanthus fragrans is widely used to produce high-grade essence, special drugs and aromatic tea form its flowers. However, O. fragrans leaves are still underutilized and hence wasted. Therefore, in order to better utilize O. fragrans leaves and hence to expand its utility values and industrial scopes, we attempted to analyze the bioactive components, especially biomedical constituents from O. fragrans leaf by the way of Py-GC/MS (Pyrolysis-gas chromatograph/ mass spectrometer). After acetone extraction on O. fragrans fresh leaf by ultrasonic extraction for 5 h at 90℃, and with the removal of solvent, the extractive was pyrolyzed in 590℃ He atmosphere, then the pyrolysis product was analyzed by online linked GC/MS. Relative content of each component was determined by area normalization, and 64 compounds representing 97.85% of the acetone ultrasonic extractive were identified from 65 peaks (Figure 1). The main constituents were as: friedelan-3-one (38.87%), lup-20(29)-en-3-one (12.46%), Stigmasterol,22,23-dihydro-(6.23%), Urs-12-ene (5.45%), benzoic acid,4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-(2.08%), stigmasterol (1.96%), cyclotetracosane (1.92%), acetone (1.59%), beta-amyrin (1.57%), benzoic acid,4-hydroxy-(1.32%), 1,6-anhydro-.beta.-D-glucopyranose (1.32%), toluene,3-(2-cyano-2-phenylethenyl-) (1.22%), taraxasterol (1.20%), 1,2-propanediamine (1.07%), hexadecanoic acid (1.00%), ergosta-4,6,22-trien-3.alpha.-ol (1.00%), 1,2-benzenediol (0.91%), vitamin E (0.90%), campesterol (0.89%), etc. The results of function analyses suggested that the pyrolysis product from the acetone ultrasonic extractive of O. fragrans leaf is abundant in materials of noble natural medicines, and also contains constituents which can be developed into top valueadded materials of cosmetics, biofuel and industrial. This is the first report here that showed underutilized leaf of O. fragrans contains abundant biomedical constituents and can be developed into top value-added products.

Forestry industry is an important part of nation's economy. In this paper, a machine vision system is presented as a key module of Camellia oleifera pluck robot. In order to cut fruit image up from complicate background, SOFM neural network and gray thresh is used in image segmentation. In SOFM method, take R-B,G-R,G-B and hue H tunnel as input feature vectors, use self-organization network to clustering can get the best effect. in gray threshold method can take various of method to get the best threshold, such as PSO and GA algorithm, and MATLAB includes the toolboxes. At last use noise ratio, area ratio, divided time, Fourier boundary descriptors and other indicators to assess the accuracy of segmentation. The methods have the significance to the current and subsequent research of forestry pluck device.

Internet of Things is a representative in the next generation of information technology development direction, which connects everything to the Internet for information exchange and communications by information sensing devices with the function of intelligent identification, location, tracking, monitoring and management. With the continuous development of technology and cost reduction, it shows great application potential in various professions. This paper mainly studies applications of Internet of Things in university digital campus construction. Firstly, it introduces the concept of Internet of things, then analyses the basic characteristics and working principle. After that, it studies its advantage on building intelligent digital campus with Internet of Things based on RFID technology and sensing technology. To be sure, the Internet of Things will become the development trend of digital campus, and fundamentally propel the establishment of information campus.

At last, new ideas of human resource management in modem colleges and universities were proposed.
