The inclusion complex formation of curcumin with β-CD was studied by spectrophotometry,and the apparent formation constant for curcumin-β-CD complex was determined.The stiochiometric ratio of curcumin-β-CD complex was investigated by Job’s continuous variation methods.The results showed that a 1:1 complex between curcumin and β-CD was formed,and the apparent formation constants decreased with the increase of reaction temperature.The thermodynamic parameters,standard free energy (ΔG°),enthalpy (ΔH°) and entropy (ΔS°) for complex formation of curcumin with β-CD were calculated.The inclusion complex was confirmed by infrared spectrum (IR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).

摘要:
By changing the number of basic frame-brace unit, the improved frame-brace model can have equal elastic flexural, shear and axial stiffness with concrete shear wall, and be suitable to simulate concrete shear wall of different height-width ratio of floor. The results of computer simulation analysis have showed that the improved frame-brace model could be used to effectively analyze the elastic-plastic deformation of reinforced masonry concrete shear wall structures under earthquake by setting the reasonable plastic hinges at proper location.

Aqueous extraction and alkaline (NaOH) hydrolysis method were comparatively studied in polysaccharides extraction from submerged-cultured Agaricus blazei mycelia. The results show that the polysaccharide content and the total extract rate from alkaline extraction method were obviously higher than those from the aqueous extraction method. Optimization results by the orthogonal matrix method on polysaccharide extraction from A. blazei show that the optimum alkaline concentration was 1.0 mol/L, hydrolysis temperature 60 degrees C, hydrolysis time 1 hour, and liquid: solid ratio 15. With the optimized condition, the polysaccharide extraction rate reached 11.93 +/- 0.68 %. The mycelial polysaccharide obtained with alkaline hydrolysis method was fractionated by the DEAE column chromatography. Five APS fractions were isolated in the polysaccharide sample with APS-1 as the main component.

Citrus plant samples were collected from the traffic polluted citrus orchard by the traffic roadsides to examine the effect and ecological risk of traffic pollution on citrus trees. Based on the function of MOB ILE 6.2 on calculating the emissions factor of vehicles, the required parameters were determined based on the actual categories, driving cycles, the rule of I/ M and any other parameter s of motor vehicles in Chongqing. Then the model was used to calculate the vehicle emission factors of CO, NOx and HC in Chongqing in 2008. By comparing the differences between the emission factors derived from the MOBIL E6.2 model and the chassis dynamometer, it was found that the emission factors calculated with the MOBILE6.2 model was smaller than the actual emission status in Chongqing. The emissions factor of citrus orchard coming from the traffic vehicles passing by was also calculated. Ecological risk of traffic pollution on citrus orchard was performed by using Geostatistical Analyst Tools of ArcGIS 9.3 from the GPS of polluted citrus plant samples.

Voice identification system is a great breakthrough in computer automation technology. In recent years, it has developed with rapid speed and will be popularized to many different fields, especially in logistics. The paper is aimed at discussing the integration of radio frequency technology and voice technology. Through the comprehensive analysis on the structure and basic principle and operation method of the voice identification system based on server, it demonstrates how the voice identification system improves the efficiency and performance of the warehouse operation. The voice identification system will be widely used in logistics industry in the future.

Combustion of power fuel in a large thermal power plant produces a great deal of harmful flue gas, which endangers personal safety of residents around it. In this paper, the injury mechanism of flue gas ejected by the thermal power plant is analyzed. The injury indexes of flue gas ejected by the thermal power plant are put forward. In order to improve the safety status of flue gas ejected by the thermal power plant, we developed a special instrument, which can detect on-line the injury indexes of flue gas ingredients, particle species, ejection speed and ejection flux in the ejected flue gas. The detection data can be used to assess the safety statue of the ejected flue gas, to predict the injury degree of the ejected flue gas to people and to provide basic data for establishing the valid emergency schemes.

As a high stress resistance psammophyte, winterfat, Krascheninnikovia lanata (Pursh) A. Meeuse & Smit, has been successfully introduced into many countries. The leaves and branches of winterfat grown in room temperatures (15-25°C) and under cold stress (-10-5°C) were used as the Driver and the Tester, respectively. Both Tester and Driver ds cDNA were prepared from their high quality mRNA, which were purified from their total RNA. Tester and Driver cDNA were separately digested to obtain shorter, blunt-ended molecules by RasI. Two Tester populations were created with different adaptors, while Driver cDNA had no adaptors. Differentially expressed genes were equalized and enriched by two round subtractive hybridizations using excess Driver population as compared with Tester population. The differentially expressed cDNAs were exponentially amplified by first round suppression PCR using the diluted hybridization product as template. The secondary PCR was performed using the first PCR product as template by nested primers to finally enrich the differentially expressed cDNAs, which consist of the SSH library of winterfat. These cDNAs were inserted into vectors and 362 cDNA clones were obtained. The sequencing results showed that some cDNAs of cold-stressed winterfat SSH library had relatively high homology with known stress resistance-related genes or proteins. Other cDNAs are new genes which are firstly reported. Our results lay a foundation for the cDNA cloning of valuable genes, including antifreeze, heat-resistant, drought-tolerant and alkali-salt-tolerant genes, and their transgenic applications.

As the most planting tree species in South China, Eucalyptus camaldulensis wood has been main fiber materials for preparing degradable composite materials. However, wood extractives and hemicellulose were nearly complete dissolved out in preparation of the fiber, this would result in more serious water pollution and meanwhile bring a great waste of biological resources. Thereby, In order to find out the leaching rule of micro/nano particles from Eucalyptus camaldulensis wood, hence to obtain the way to lower the negative impact of the extractives and hemicellulose, the Eucalyptus camaldulensis wood was treated in alkaline solutions at room temperature and the extractives obtained was analyzed by Sizer. The results were following as: (1) Different alkali, its concentration and extraction time have a significant different influence on the particles leaching with the different diameters. And The KOH, NaOH, LiOH all had impacts on the volume fraction and number fraction of leached particles and the significance reduces in turn at the same other conditions. (2) The optimum concentration of KOH, NaOH and LiOH was 17.5%, 18.5% and 15.0% at room temperature, respectively. The optimum extraction time of the untreated samples was 20h, 24h, and 24h, respectively. The optimum extraction time of the pretreated samples was 16h, 16h and 12h, respectively.
