摘要:
As a high stress resistance psammophyte, winterfat, Krascheninnikovia lanata (Pursh) A. Meeuse & Smit, has been successfully introduced into many countries. The leaves and branches of winterfat grown in room temperatures (15-25°C) and under cold stress (-10-5°C) were used as the Driver and the Tester, respectively. Both Tester and Driver ds cDNA were prepared from their high quality mRNA, which were purified from their total RNA. Tester and Driver cDNA were separately digested to obtain shorter, blunt-ended molecules by RasI. Two Tester populations were created with different adaptors, while Driver cDNA had no adaptors. Differentially expressed genes were equalized and enriched by two round subtractive hybridizations using excess Driver population as compared with Tester population. The differentially expressed cDNAs were exponentially amplified by first round suppression PCR using the diluted hybridization product as template. The secondary PCR was performed using the first PCR product as template by nested primers to finally enrich the differentially expressed cDNAs, which consist of the SSH library of winterfat. These cDNAs were inserted into vectors and 362 cDNA clones were obtained. The sequencing results showed that some cDNAs of cold-stressed winterfat SSH library had relatively high homology with known stress resistance-related genes or proteins. Other cDNAs are new genes which are firstly reported. Our results lay a foundation for the cDNA cloning of valuable genes, including antifreeze, heat-resistant, drought-tolerant and alkali-salt-tolerant genes, and their transgenic applications.

Our empirical study of the impact of channel specific assets on the opportunism behavior has shown that: investment of the distributor's specific assets will make a significantly positive impact on the opportunistic behavior of the manufacturer; investment of the manufacturer's own specific assets will limit their opportunistic inclination. Investment of the manufacturer's specific assets will also affect the investment effect of the distributor's specific assets, and it makes the investment of specific assets take two different effects - "Lock in - Rely on" and "Glue - Win-Win solution".

摘要:
This paper presents a comparative analysis of the level of development of the logistics industry in the eastern, middle and western areas in China based on panel data and related models. Proxies of logistics supply and demand are selected reasonably. The results show that development of logistics has had positive effects on economic growth, but there are obvious differences in the three major regions. The more developed the regions are, the larger role the logistics infrastructure plays in economic growth; on the other hand, the less developed the regions are, the smaller role the cargo turnover plays that contributes to economic growth.
摘要:
Based on the idea of mechanical optimization design, a workplece of 390 diesel engine punching dies meeting the requirements were built by the analysis on the stamping part behind-covering-shell. The DYNAFORM software is used for CAE analysis. Because CAE is introduced, stamping is developed from the original analysis on strain and stress to simulation and analysis of process by finite element method and so on. Finally, press process optimization design is implemented.

摘要:
Weighing rail uses shearing force measurement method and wheel scan detection technology. It can realize effective monitoring of overload and unbalanced load. For improving dynamic weighing accuracy and detection speed of weighing rail, based on analyzing of wheel scan detection signal and traditional detection signal processing method's shortage, according to too short measuring section of weighing rail, Hilbert-Huang transform was proposed to deal with wheel scan detection signal data. Experience- based mode decomposition (EMD) algorithm was applied for the signal decomposition with MATLAB program, and weights of wheel were obtained by residue. The results show that for 83460kg loaded vehicle the detection speed of weighing rail is up to11m/s and weighing accuracy reaches ±0.4%. The detection speed is 2∼3 times that of past. Weighing accuracy is above national standards. It meets the needs of high efficiency and precision of dynamic measurement for logistics in current green logistics.
