Our empirical study of the impact of channel specific assets on the opportunism behavior has shown that: investment of the distributor's specific assets will make a significantly positive impact on the opportunistic behavior of the manufacturer; investment of the manufacturer's own specific assets will limit their opportunistic inclination.
