Weighing rail uses shearing force measurement method and wheel scan detection technology. It can realize effective monitoring of overload and unbalanced load. For improving dynamic weighing accuracy and detection speed of weighing rail, based on analyzing of wheel scan detection signal and traditional detection signal processing method's shortage, according to too short measuring section of weighing rail, Hilbert-Huang transform was proposed to deal with wheel scan detection signal data.
