The transportation is the core functional elements in the logistics activities. If not focusing on implementation of eco-friendly management in the process of logistic transportation, it is impossible to build an eco-friendly logistic system as a whole. Developed countries attach great importance to environmental issues and spare no effort in promoting the reform of logistics transportation. In order to comply with sustainable development in society and economy, China's transportation industry is urgently in need of more scientific management. Based on the relevant issues of current logistic transportation, from the perspectives of multi-subject such as the government, the enterprises and the public, this article analyzes the feasible approach to achieving the eco-friendly transportation management to ensure harmonious development of efficient transportation, social economy, environment and resources.

Knowledge sharing within the enterprise is the only methode to gain unique competitiveness for the organization. Through the analysis of the process and essence of knowledge sharing, this paper delves into the obstacles to knowledge sharing within the enterprise from the angles of knowledge owner, knowledge receiver and enterprise managers. Then, this paper puts forward basic principles and related mechanism to encourag employees' knowledge sharing from the concept of humanistic orientation.

With the advancement of information technology and the changes of the market environment, the management needs for the enterprise supply chain should also have necessary changes. The ability to integrate, spread and apply the knowledge is a kind of important means for enterprises to gain core competitive advantages. Knowledge management has become a key factor in the process of enterprise supply chain management. This paper firstly has an analysis of the inner link between enterprise knowledge management and supply chain. Then, it thoroughly analyzes the barriers existing in the aspect of the knowledge management in supply chain. And finally, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures accordingly.
