摘要:
以3-(N,N-二乙酸乙酯基)氨基-4-甲氧基乙酰苯胺为偶合组份,2-氨基-3,5-二硝基噻吩、3-氨基-5-硝基-2,1-苯并异噻唑、4-硝基苯胺、2,4-二硝基-6-氯苯胺和2,4-二硝基-6-溴苯胺为重氮组分,经重氮化-偶合反应合成了5个二乙酸乙酯基系列偶氮分散染料;用UV-Vis,IR,1 HNMR和MS对其进行结构表征,并探索其对涤纶织物和改性木粉的染色性能.结果表明:所合成的5个二乙酸乙酯基系列偶氮分散染料为目标产物,其最大可见吸收波长为513~655 nm(丙酮);染色涤纶织物的色光分别为蓝绿色、艳绿色、红色、蓝紫色和蓝紫色,并体现高皂洗牢度和高日晒牢度特征;染色乙酰化木粉和染色苄基化木粉的色光与染色涤纶织物的色光类似,但稍暗.

摘要:
介绍了氯乙烷生产技术主要涉及的氯化氢来源、催化体系、合成工艺、分离与精制、生产设备和自动控制技术等6个方面。采用乙醇-氯化氢法实现清洁化生产、合成反应釜大型化提高产能、多级精馏设备与固体吸附剂相结合提高氯乙烷品质、应用自动控制技术提高生产效率等是我国氯乙烷的生产技术现状。利用副产物氯化氢气体、应用智能制造技术控制生产过程和研发乙烯-氯化氢法是我国生产氯乙烷技术的发展方向。

摘要:
总结了我国氯乙烷的需求现状、生产企业及产能,分析了我国氯乙烷供需状况和氯乙烷生产企业间的竞争状况。我国氯乙烷需求量约5. 6万t/a,其中在染料中间体合成上的需求量占总需求量的48%,居第一位;氯乙烷总产能达11万t/a,其中合成氯乙烷产能10万t/a,合成氯乙烷企业不宜再扩大生产规模。

摘要:
以中国杉木粉为研究对象,经苄基化改性和水热处理制得多微孔苄基化木粉.同时,以多微孔苄基化木粉为吸附材料,研究了苄基化木粉的增重率、溶液的pH值、接触时间、离子初始浓度和吸附温度等因素对Cu~(2+)和Pb~(2+)吸附效果的影响,并采用红外光谱、扫描电镜、核磁共振等分析手段对木粉改性与水热处理前后的材料进行了结构表征.结果表明:木粉经苄基化改性及水热处理后所制得的多微孔苄基化木粉对Cu~(2+)和Pb~(2+)的吸附百分率比原木粉分别提高57%和209%,木粉的苄基化程度、溶液的pH值、接触时间、离子初始浓度和温度是影响Cu~(2+)和Pb~(2+)吸附百分率的重要因素.当溶液的pH值为5.5,Cu~(2+)和Pb~(2+)的浓度为30 mg·L~(-1),吸附温度为40 ℃,吸附时间为60 min,多微孔苄基化木粉质量为溶液质量的2.0%时,Cu~(2+)去除率达94.4%,Pb~(2+)去除率达88.7%.

摘要:
将杉木粉进行苄基化改性反应,再经高温水蒸汽爆破处理制得多微孔苄基木粉,用红外光谱、扫描电镜对杉木粉改性前后的结构进行了表征.以多微孔苄基木粉为吸附剂,用原子吸收光谱研究了体系初始p H值、铜离子浓度、吸附温度和吸附时间等因素对铜离子的吸附效率.结果表明,多微孔苄基木粉对铜离子的吸附能力高于原木粉、脱脂木粉和苄基木粉;当溶液的p H值为4.0、铜离子浓度为40 mg/L、吸附温度为40℃、吸附时间为45min,多微孔苄基木粉质量为溶液质量的0.8%时,铜离子的去除率高达99%.

摘要:
In this study, fir powder and acetylated fir powder were dyed using a series of disperse dyes under high temperature and pressure and were compared with the dyeing of polyester under the same condition. Acetylated oak and poplar veneer were also dyed as a reference. Unmodified fir powder, acetylated fir powder, and dyed acetylated fir powder were characterized by IR spectra and scanning electron microscope. The effect of pH value and dye concentration on the dyeing properties and fastness was evaluated and compared. Disperse dyes exhibited better dyeability and fastness on acetylated fir powder than on unmodified fir powder. This was because of the differences in the structures of the two fir powders. ©2014 by the Society of Wood Science and Technology.

摘要:
In this study, ethylated wood powder/polystyrene plastic composite (WPC) was obtained by combining ethylated Chinese Fir powder with polystyrene foam in DMF or CHCl3, and was dyed with disperse dyes. The results show that the compatibility of ethylated fir powder with polystyrene was good when the ratio of wood to plastic ratio is beyond 3:1. The color shade of dyed wood-plastic powder is close to that of dyed polyester fabric and high temperature is favorable for the dyeing of wood-plastic powder. Moreover, dyed wood plastic powder has good washing fastness, which depends on the molecular structure of disperse dyes, dye concentration and dyeing temperature. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
NiO nanoparticles were prepared by means of sol-gel method via varying the ratio of citric acid to nickel nitrate. The samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). It was found that the molar ratio of citric acid to nickel nitrate has a great effect on the crystal structure and particle size of NiO. The increase of the molar ratio of citric acid to nickel nitrate is favorable to the formation of NiO smaller particles within the range tested. Compared to bulk NiO obtained by thermal decomposition, NiO nanoparticles possess more surface oxygen species O-. The activity test indicates that surface oxygen species O- plays a crucial role in the hydroxylation of benzene to phenol with hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. The active site may be originated from Ni2+ on the surface of the samples, while Ni0 does not contribute to the hydroxylation reaction. © 2013 Jilin University, The Editorial Department of Chemical Research in Chinese Universities and Springer-Verlag GmbH.

摘要:
Commercially available coal-based activated carbon was treated with different concentration of nitric acid. The resultant samples were used to adsorb lead from aqueous solution. N2 adsorption, Boehm titration, point of zero charge (pHPZC) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to characterize the samples. Acidic pH is favorable for Pb(Ⅱ) adsorption. The acidic groups increase significantly with the increment of the concentration of nitric acid during the treatment. The carboxylic groups of surface carbon play an important role in the adsorption process.

Coal-based Activated carbon was modified by thermal and nitric acid treatment to adsorb phenol from aqueous solution. Boehm titration, point of zero charge (pHPZC) and X-photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to characterize activated carbons. Acid treatment leads to the increase of the content of surface oxygen, whereas thermal treatment causes the decrease of the content of surface oxygen. The surface characteristics of activated carbons have significant effect on phenol adsorption. The adsorption isotherms of phenol adsorption are described by Langmuir isotherm. The kinetic studies indicate that the adsorption process is fitted well by the pseudo-second- order kinetics. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
The dyeing properties of acetylated fir powder and acetylated poplar spill with 8 red disperse dyes were studied in this paper. The dyeing results indicate that the percentage of dye exhaustion (% E)on acetylated fir powder is 96~99%. As for acetylated poplar spill, the percentage of dye exhaustion reaches 58~78%. The color shade of dyed modified wood is similar to that of dyed polyester fabric. Compared with the dyed polyester fabric, the color difference(∆E) of dyed modified wood is smaller than that of dyed unmodified wood under the same dyeing conditions. Furthermore, modified fir powder has excellent color fastness to washing, the dye removal of dyed acetylated fir powder is 0.4 ~ 1.8 % at 80°C for 2 h in the water. Both the Infrared (IR) spectra and microscopic images of fir powder, acetylated fir powder and dyed acetylated fir powder were investigated.

摘要:
Nanocrystalline Ni0.5Cu0.5Fe2O4 was synthesized by sol–gel method with varying calcination temperature over the range of 500–1000. The powders obtained were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). In addition, thermal analysis (TG–DTG–DTA) of the precursor was carried out. The study reveals the simultaneous decomposition and ferritization process at rather low temperature (280–350). For the crystalline structure investigated, single cubic spinel is gained when the precursor was decomposed at 800–1000, whereas separated crystal CuO formed when calcination temperature is below 800. The increase of calcination temperature favors the appearance of FeB3+, CuA2+ and O on the spinel surface. The hydroxylation activity is relative to the amount of CuB2+ species on the spinel surface. The lattice oxygen species on the spinel surface are favorable for the deep oxidation of phenol.

Ni0.7Cu0.3Fe2O4 nanoparticles were synthesized via sol-gel combustion technique, co-precipitation method and solid state milling method. Simultaneous thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) was carried out to monitor the decomposition process of the precursors. The samples were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy (ICPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), BET surface area measurement, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), temperature programmed reduction (TPR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). TG-DTA traces of the precursors show that the crystallization temperature for spinel formation by sol-gel combustion technique is lower than those by co-precipitation method and solid state milling method. XRD analysis reveals that the powders obtained are single phase with cubic spinel structure. Mutual promotion of reduction performance between CuO and NiFe2O4 is observed from TPR patterns. The experimental study indicates that the copper in the octahedral sites plays a crucial role in the direct oxidation of benzene with hydrogen peroxide as oxidant to phenol. © 2009 Elsevier B.V. 摘要:
4-乙基苯胺与丙烯腈在AlCl3的催化下发生加成反应合成4-乙基-N,N-二氰乙基苯胺,其合适的反应条件是:AlCl3的用量为4-乙基苯胺质量的30%,反应温度为78~90℃,反应时间为8 h.结果表明:AlCl3对该反应具有很高的催化效率,目标产物收率可达93%.同时对4-乙基-N,N-二氰乙基苯胺的物性和结构进行了表征.

氰乙基化反应;取代苯胺;气相色谱分析
摘要:
对于邻位、间位取代苯胺与丙烯腈发生单氰乙基反应生成相应的N-氰乙基邻位取代苯胺和N-氰乙基间位取代苯胺的过程, AlCl_3具有高的催化活性. 在芳香胺/丙烯腈/AlCl_3=1/1.10/(0.05~0.10)(摩尔比)、反应温度60~80℃,反应时间6 ~10 h的条件下,反应的收率达87% ~90%. 用毛细管气相色谱法分析了单氰乙基化反应中各组份的含量;所合成的7种N-氰乙基邻位取代苯胺和N-氰乙基间位取代苯胺用DTA-TG、UV、IR、1H NMR和EA进行了物性和结构表征

摘要:
Nanocrystalline Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf> was prepared by five different methods. The samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It is found that pure single-phase of α-Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf> crystal could be gained via thermal decomposition and ultrasonic-precipitation method, while both α-Fe <inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf> and γ-Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf> are obtained by the other methods. The morphologies and particle sizes of the samples obtained are approximate except that by thermal decomposition. Compared to α-Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>, γ-Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf> possesses more surface oxygen species "O<sup>-</sup>". The activity test indicates that surface oxygen species "O<sup>-</sup>" plays a crucial role in the hydroxylation of benzene to phenol with hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. ©2010 Published by Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
建立了测定N-氰乙基-邻氯苯胺的毛细管气相色谱法。采用30m×φ0.32mm×0.5μm SE-30毛细管色谱柱,FID检测器,柱温为250℃,进样口温度为280℃,检测器温度为280℃,载气为氮气,流量25mL/min,分流比1:4,H2流量为30mL/min,Air流量为400mL/min。该法线性范围0.04~2.00mg/mL,回归方程为Y=0.7223X-0.0433,相关系数r=0.9991。相对标准偏差1.82%(c=0.6m∥mL,n=lO),检出限5μg/mL,加标回收率为97.1%~102.0%。

报道了无水AlCl3催化5种对位取代苯胺与丙烯腈发生Michael加成反应生成相应的N-氰乙基对位取代苯胺、N,N-二氰乙基对位取代苯胺,结果表明,AlCl3对该类反应具有很高的催化活性.在丙烯腈稍过量、较低温度、少量AlCl3催化剂的催化下,主要生成N-氰乙基对位取代苯胺,收率达88%~90%;在丙烯腈过量较多、75~85℃及较多AlCl3催化剂的催化下,主要生成N,N-二氰乙基对位取代苯胺,收率达88%~91%.当加入Lewis碱NaOAc作助催化剂时有利于提高N-氰乙基对位取代苯胺的选择性和收率;当加入Lewis酸ZnCl2作助催化剂时则有利于提高N,N-二氰乙基对位取代苯胺的选择性和收率.并对合成的5种N,N-二氰乙基对位取代苯胺用TG-DTA,UV,IR,NMR和元素分析进行了物性和结构表征.

微波萃取-柱前衍生-气相色谱法测定水中痕量苯酚

摘要:
含痕量苯酚的水样与丙酮和环己烷(1+1)的混合溶剂混合,置于控温在60℃的微波炉中加热30 s,使苯酚萃取进入有机相,分取部分萃取液在pH 8~9的条件下与衍生试剂乙酸酐反应15 min,所生成的苯酚衍生物用石油醚萃取,分取部分经脱水后的有机相进样作气相色谱分析.色谱测定中采用DB-17毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.53 mm,1.0μm)及氢火焰离子化检测器,在优化的条件下测得方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.01 mg·L~(-1).按所提出方法分析了8个模拟水样,根据测得苯酚的含量值算得其相对标准偏差为4.2%,并按标准加入法求得其平均回收率为94.0%.
