A systematical investigation on the electronic structures of the interface of MoOx/mixed organic cations perovskite (FA0.4MA0.6PbI3) was carried out with ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy (UPS), X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS), photoluminescence (PL) and absorption spectra (ABS). It is found that the pristine FA0.4MA0.6PbI3 film behaves as heavy n-type semiconductor. Some weakly chemical interactions are detected at the interface of MoOx/FA0.4MA0.6PbI3 from the evolution of the ratio of Mo5+/Mo6+ and attenuation of I. The results of the energy level alignment indicate a total band bending-up (shift to low binding energy) of 0.68 eV and 0.2 eV in the FA0.4MA0.6PbI3 and the MoOx layer, respectively, with the deposition of up to 128 Å MoOx. The built-in field in FA0.4MA0.6PbI3 induces a strong accumulation of photogenerated holes at the interface region, which facilitates the growth of a conducting channel when the interface is used for photodetectors. A low applied voltage ∼0.8 V can overcome the interfacial potential barrier and generate continuous photocurrents based on this conducting channel in the MoOx/FA0.4MA0.6PbI3-based photodetectors. The analyses are supported by the Au/MoOx(5 nm)/FA0.4MA0.6PbI3 prototype photodetector, which obtains high performances with a detectivity of up to 2.34 × 1012 Jones and a responsivity of 0.356 A W−1, 2 times higher than the Au/FA0.4MA0.6PbI3 photodetector. Meanwhile the optimized photodector has high repeatability and stability. © 2018 Elsevier B.V.

This paper investigates the outage probability of an energy harvesting (EH) relay-aided cooperative network, where a source node transmits information to its destination node with the help of an energy harvesting cooperative node. For such a system, we derive an explicit closed-form expression of outage probability over Nakagami-m fading channels for both amplify-and-forward (AF) and decode-and-forward (DF) relay protocols, and we verify the explicit closed-form expressions of outage probability with the Monte Carlo method. It is shown that the simulation results match well with the numerical ones. From the numerical analysis and simulation results, it can be observed that the system parameters have great impact on both AF and DF relay systems. For the DF system, with the increment of the power splitting ratio, the system outage probability decreases, while for the AF system, with the increment of the power splitting ratio, it first increases and then decreases. Besides, for both DF and AF systems, when the relay is placed relatively closer to the source, better outage performance will be achieved. © 2018, The Author(s).

This paper investigates the outage performance of an energy-harvesting(EH) relay-aided cooperative network, where the source node transmits information to its destination node with the help of multiple energy-harvesting cooperative nodes. For such a system, we derive an explicit closed-form expression of outage probability over Nakagami-m fading channels, where the on-off EH model is considered. We simulate the explicit closed-form expression of outage probability with different parameters compared with the related Monte Carlo method. It is shown that the simulation results match well with the numerical ones, which demonstrates the correctness of our theoretical analysis. It indicates that to evaluate the system outage performance, our theoretical results can be applied without running the complex Monte Carlo simulation. Via simulations, it is observed that the system outage performance will be improved when natural source EH relays are employed. Besides, more relays, better system performance. © 2018, The Author(s).

摘要:
Comprehensive measurements of ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy, X-ray photoemission spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and atomic force microscopy are adopted to investigate the corelevance of energy level alignment, molecular orientation, and film growth of Au/C8BTBT/perovskite interfaces. A small energy offset of valence band maximum of 0.06 eV between perovskite and C8BTBT makes hole transportation feasible. About 0.65 eV upward shift of energy levels is observed with the deposition of the Au film on C8BTBT, which enhances hole transportation to the Au electrode. The observations from the interface analysis are supported by a prototype photodetector of Au (80 nm)/C8BTBT (20 nm)/perovskite (100 nm) that exhibits excellent performances whose responsivity can reach up to 2.65 A W-1, 4 times higher than the best CH3NH3PbI3 photodetectors. © 2018 American Chemical Society.

The heteroepitaxial growth of fullerene (C60) on single-crystal black phosphorus (BP) has been studied using low-energy electron diffraction, X-ray and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy, and density functional theory simulation. The occupied orbital features from C60 observed in the photoelectron spectra for C60/BP interface are slightly broadened at higher coverages of C60 and exhibit no direct evidence of hybridization, demonstrating that the C60/BP interaction is physisorption. Oxygen exposure of interface leads to obvious oxidation of BP in which C60 bridges the large electron-transfer barrier from BP to oxygen and plays an important role for the production of O2- and oxidation of BP. Our findings suggest that C60 does not form an ideal protection layer as the other n-type semiconductors. With the assistance of density functional theory calculations, the oxidized phosphorus at the interface prevents further charge transfer from BP to C60. © 2018 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
Modification by ultra-thin fullerene (C<inf>60</inf>) insertion layer of about 1 monolayer on the electronic structure and the film growth of 2,7-diocty[1]benzothieno-[3,2-b]benzothiophene (C8-BTBT) on silicon oxide (SiO<inf>2</inf>) is investigated using ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It is found that the ultra-thin C<inf>60</inf>insertion layer doesn't induce an ambipolar charge transport characteristic but it indeed lifts up the energy levels of C8-BTBT, resulting in p-doping and hole accumulation at the semiconductor-dielectric interface. The charge transfer from trap states residing in the band gap of C8-BTBT to the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) of C<inf>60</inf>most likely leads to a decrease of threshold voltage for corresponding organic field effect transistors (OFETs) based on such a configuration. Band bending and decrease of the ionization potential (IP) are observed in the C8-BTBT film attributed to the increasing ordering of molecular orientation with the deposition of C8-BTBT. The HOMO downward shift is clearly bigger with the C<inf>60</inf>insertion layer than that without. A typical Volmer-Weber (VW) growth mode is detected due to the weaker van der Waals interaction between C8-BTBT and the underlying layer of C<inf>60</inf>/C8-BTBT than that between the C8-BTBT molecules. Compared to without C<inf>60</inf>interlayer, the molecular packing is a little more disordered at low coverages, resulting in more C8-BTBT molecules to lean away from the interface normal. The C8-BTBT film in such a structure phase has the HOMO closer to the E<inf>F</inf>than that at an almost perfectly vertically standing up configuration. Our results show that the introduction of C<inf>60</inf>insertion layer lifts up the HOMO of C8-BTBT and improves the energy level alignment at the interface. ©2017 Elsevier B.V.

An accurate, rapid, and simple piezoelectric microelectrode array (PMA) system was developed by integrating piezoelectric sensors and microelectrode arrays modified with conducting polymers for real-time monitoring bacterial contamination in fresh milk. The detection was based on the fact that the selected conducting polymer modified on the microelectrode arrays can react with the volatile metabolic biomarkers identified by GC/MS, which results in the conductance change of the polymer, and then the change can be both sensitively and specifically monitored by the PMA system in real time. The frequency shift-time response profiles were auto-recorded by self-developed software. Both the quantitative detection time (QDT) and relative frequency shift response value (ΔFmax)were defined as informative parameters to detect bacterial contamination both quantitatively and qualitatively. The QDTs had a linear relationship with the logarithm values of initial concentration of bacteria in the range of 103~106cfu/ml. The detection limit is 102cfu/ml. The ΔFmaxvalues combined with multilayer perceptron (MLP)-based artificial neural network (ANN) were used to classify the bacterial species. A total of 50 fresh milk samples were identified. Comparative tests were also carried out by using the microbiological method. The identification time of the proposed method (about 2.0~6.5h) was quicker than that of the microbiological method (more than 48h). The results showed that the PMA system is accurate, rapid, simple, and economical. It will be potentially used for monitoring bacterial contamination in fresh milk in real time. © 2014, Springer Science+Business Media New York.

Emergence of drug-resistance tuberculosis (DR-TB) represents a serious threat to the world. Most countries, especially the developing countries, lack efficacious and inexpensive tools for early detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis) resistance to antituberculosis drugs and for preventing the carriers from acquiring further resistance. This report describes an indirect series piezoelectric (ISP) system for simultaneous and early detection of M. tuberculosis resistance to antituberculosis drugs. The ISP system can continually monitor the frequency shift change profiles of 32 detection cells resulting from the changes of volatile metabolites group during M. tuberculosis growth. The quantification detection time (QDT) obtained from the frequency shift change profile was found to be characterisitc of M. tuberculosis resistance. A drug-free chamber was used as a control, in which 1% of M. tuberculosis isolate was added. By comparing the QDT obtained from growth of M. tuberculosis isolate in each drug-containing chamber with that in a drug-free chamber, forty strains of clinical M. tuberculosis isolates were categorized by our method. Comparison was also made using the agar proportion method (APM) and the BACTEC (TM) MGIT (TM) 960 system. The mean time for interpretive category of M. tuberculosis resistance measured by the ISP system is (111.7 +/- 28.45) h, which is more rapid than by the APM [(600.0 +/- 50.30) h] and the BACTEC (TM) MGIT (TM) 960 system [(140.3 +/- 39.52) h]. The present system is accurate, rapid and cost-effective with a wide application in early detection of DR-TB in the developing countries. (c) 2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

Phishing is a form of online identity theft. Phishers use social engineering to steal victims' personal identity data and financial account credentials. Social engineering schemes use spoofed e-mails to lure unsuspecting victims into counterfeit websites designed to trick recipients into divulging financial data such as credit card numbers, account usernames, passwords and social security numbers. In this paper, a thorough overview of a phishing attack and detection techniques is presented. Firstly, technologies used by phishers and the definition, classification and future works of deceptive phishing attacks are discussed. Following with the existing detection techniques in literatures and research-stage technologies are shown, and a thorough analysis that shortcomings of countermeasures is given.

楼梯面的智能化建模问题是建筑、装饰等行业的热点问题.以AutoCAD VBA作为开发工具,给出几种楼梯面可视化参数快速建模方法,并对楼梯面的生成算法进行了探讨,使楼梯面模型的设计更具敏捷化、智能化和可交互性.开发的设计程序可作为AutoCAD命令嵌入到的AutoCAD绘图软件中.以提高用户的设计效率.
