摘要:
DDoS attacks occur frequently. This paper proposes a DDoS attack detection method that integrates self attention mechanism and CNN-BiLSTM to address the problem of low accuracy and high false positive rate in classification tasks due to the high and multiple feature dimensions of raw traffic data. Firstly, the random forest algorithm is combined with Pearson correlation analysis to select important features as model inputs to reduce the redundancy of input data. Secondly, one-dimensional convolutional neural networks and bidirectional long-term and short-term memory networks are used to extract spatial and temporal features respectively, and the extracted features are then "parallel" to obtain fused features.Thirdly, the attention mechanism is introduced to ensure that the useful input information features are fully and completely expressed, and different weights are given according to the importance of different features. Finally, the softmax classifier is used to obtain the classification results. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, tests were conducted on the CIC-ISD2017 and CIC-DOS2019 datasets. The experimental results show that compared with common models, the performance of this model has been significantly improved. No single network management methodology is likely to satisfy the diverse needs of today's networks in order to maintain a desirable level of quality of service-based performance. In this paper, we present ongoing work where we are developing a framework that can provide distributed, adaptive, and automated network management for today's complex networks. Our model is based on the use of intelligent agents where data are correlated and analyzed through the use of semantic and statistical models, and control decisions are made at both local and global levels from a quality of service perspective. A simulation model of a wireless network is also in development that utilizes our approach to network management. Rather, an integrated approach consisting of a combination of methodologies is needed that can respond to events of different time scales that can occur in large heterogeneous networks.

The purpose of this research project was to design, implement, and evaluate a prototype underwater positioning system which extends the reach of the terrestrial Global Positioning System (GPS) underwater. The key operating characteristics of the UGPS are investigated both experimentally and through the analysis of a model describing the entire UGPS. Employing the prototype UGPS, a series of sea-trials were performed that provides essential design data for developing the next version of the system.

Environmental pollution in cities and villages by the China' industrialization program has attracted much attention at present. Nowadays, more stringent regulations require environmental assessment that can be very costly and time consuming. With the development of natural and socioeconomic, building a comprehensive advanced sustainable GIS for a country's environmental protection is extremely important. It is an expensive and resource intensive process. Even if built, it is vulnerable to the changes of natural and socio-economic forces. The Environmental Assessment Division, National Ecological Engineering Laboratory, need using new technologies that support more rapid environmental characterization to allow quick and informed decision-making in environmental protection and remediation projects. New hardware, software, and wireless technologies allow large amounts of field sample data to be digitally returned to the office. These advanced data collection, dissemination, and communication technologies combined with applied science can save National finance millions of dollars in cleanup costs.
