With the rapid development of new technology of electronic, communication, network etc. All kinds of new technology are constantly used for educational purposes, such as, audio and video recording, the personal computer (PC), iPod, the Internet and Web 2 applications. The digital technology brings great pressure to the traditional education mode of the school. It makes educators taking up each of the new technology tools and adapting them for educational purposes. This paper discusses the educators how to face the growing digital new technology applied in the teaching process, which has grown up with Web 2.0 technologies is entering teacher education programs. Recognizing power consumption to be major limitations of wireless sensors operating on batteries, some researchers are exploring the development of power-free wireless sensors known as radio-frequency identification (RFID) sensors. RFID sensors are a passive radio technology, which capture radio energy emanated from a remote reader so that it can communicate its measurement back. No single network management methodology is likely to satisfy the diverse needs of today's networks in order to maintain a desirable level of quality of service-based performance. In this paper, we present ongoing work where we are developing a framework that can provide distributed, adaptive, and automated network management for today's complex networks. Our model is based on the use of intelligent agents where data are correlated and analyzed through the use of semantic and statistical models, and control decisions are made at both local and global levels from a quality of service perspective. A simulation model of a wireless network is also in development that utilizes our approach to network management. Rather, an integrated approach consisting of a combination of methodologies is needed that can respond to events of different time scales that can occur in large heterogeneous networks.

The purpose of this research project was to design, implement, and evaluate a prototype underwater positioning system which extends the reach of the terrestrial Global Positioning System (GPS) underwater. The key operating characteristics of the UGPS are investigated both experimentally and through the analysis of a model describing the entire UGPS. Employing the prototype UGPS, a series of sea-trials were performed that provides essential design data for developing the next version of the system.

Environmental pollution in cities and villages by the China' industrialization program has attracted much attention at present. Nowadays, more stringent regulations require environmental assessment that can be very costly and time consuming. With the development of natural and socioeconomic, building a comprehensive advanced sustainable GIS for a country's environmental protection is extremely important. It is an expensive and resource intensive process. Even if built, it is vulnerable to the changes of natural and socio-economic forces. The Environmental Assessment Division, National Ecological Engineering Laboratory, need using new technologies that support more rapid environmental characterization to allow quick and informed decision-making in environmental protection and remediation projects. New hardware, software, and wireless technologies allow large amounts of field sample data to be digitally returned to the office. These advanced data collection, dissemination, and communication technologies combined with applied science can save National finance millions of dollars in cleanup costs.

GPS then started a new era of navigation. Even though the system is very sophisticated the user does not have to be an expert to use it. The devices have become so small that they can be carried around without any difficulty to any place. So it can be seen as a tool that introduced accurate navigation to the masses. Its success can also be measured by the fact that other nations are also implementing similar systems. The combined use of GPS and these systems will lead to better availability and more precise positioning. Also the scheduled launches of new satellites will increase the accuracy of GPS by adding additional, technically even more elaborated, satellites to current constellation. Certainly the development of GPS remains of interest in the future.
