In order to realize the function of automatic assembly of the standard mold base, simultaneously, realize the intelligence and automation of products, the automatic assembly system is analyzed and researched, the design and development of the automatic assembly are completed and the executable files are exported through the function provided by the tool of UG/Open API, which make the mold automatic assembly realistic, the structure of product design and assembly optimized, the product development cycle shortened and the efficiency and accuracy of assembly improved.

The forming process of a typical cylinder part is simulated by the platform of Dynaform. The influence of blank holder force (BHF), punching speed and clearance between punch and die on the quality of forming part is assessed by the orthogonal experimental method. The value of BHF of 20KN, punching speed of 2000mm/s and clearance between punch and die of 1.1mm which are the optimized parameters value are obtained.

摘要:
The finite element analysis was applied to evaluate the respective influences of die geometry and process conditions on plastic strain distribution for β-titanium (Ti-13V11Cr3Al) during the equal channel angular extrusion. It was found that optimum ECAE die geometry is strongly material dependent. Optimal strain homogeneity in the Ti-13V11Cr3Al alloy may be achieved at r (inner radius) =5mm, R (outer radius) =3mm. The equivalent plastic strain increases with increasing friction coefficient. And the better homogeneity of the equivalent plastic strain distribution can be achieved when m=0.1. The faster is the ram speed, the lower is the homogeneity of the equivalent plastic strain distribution. The back-pressure can increase the strain level across the workpiece and prevent the problem of surface cracking induced by tensile stresses. The distribution of the plastic strain is not temperature sensitive between 400°C and 600°C.
摘要:
The data of process parameters and quality index from CAE simulation orthogonal test is used as training samples, the BP neural network is trained and the neural networks ensemble approximate calculation agent model of the relations between processing parameters and the quality index of product are obtained. The agent model with a clear mathematical formula calculates quickly and accurately, so it can optimize globally by the genetic algorithm. The best group of process parameters is obtained and a multi-objective optimization of the quality index of products is realized.
