为提高杉木的阻燃性,探讨多聚磷酸铵处理木材对其燃烧性能和抗流失性的影响,获得阻燃处理对杉木性能的影响规律。选取杉木为研究对象,以多聚磷酸铵为阻燃剂,通过满细胞法对杉木进行阻燃处理,再在杉木样品表面涂覆桐油,分别对未处理材...展开更多 为提高杉木的阻燃性,探讨多聚磷酸铵处理木材对其燃烧性能和抗流失性的影响,获得阻燃处理对杉木性能的影响规律。选取杉木为研究对象,以多聚磷酸铵为阻燃剂,通过满细胞法对杉木进行阻燃处理,再在杉木样品表面涂覆桐油,分别对未处理材和阻燃处理材的形貌、热解行为、阻燃性能及阻燃剂的抗流失性进行测试。结果表明,杉木试件的极限氧指数为20.2%,经质量分数为5%的多聚磷酸铵处理后的杉木极限氧指数为34.5%,燃烧性能分级达到B1级要求。涂覆桐油对木材的阻燃性能具有一定的负面影响,其极限氧指数下降到29.3%,燃烧性能分级为B2级。锥形量热仪(CONE)结果表明,较之素材,阻燃样品整个测试过程处于阴燃状态,HRR曲线为一直线,且PHRR下降了85.36%,THR和SPR与HRR具有相似的变化规律,TSP也显著降低。TG-DSC结果表明,涂覆桐油的阻燃处理样品在800℃的失重率仅为素材的74.18%,残炭量由15.75%上升到37.95%。涂覆桐油可提高APP的抗流失性,但对木材的力学性能未产生明显改良。研究结果表明,阻燃处理木材对延缓其在火灾中燃烧行为具有重要意义,并为实现理论指导综合性功能改良、木材生产应用提供重要的理论依据和参考。收起

A novel reactive flame retardant based on L-cysteines containing P, N and S flame retardant elements was synthesized, and using its good water solubility, different concentrations of flame retardant poplar wood powder were prepared, and using the hot pressing process method, flame retardant density boards were made and their flame retardancy was studied. The thermogravimetric infrared coupler (TG-FTIR) test and thermal cracking gas mass spectrometer (Py-GC–MS) test both revealed that the flame retardant modified the thermal decomposition pathway of the wood, forming many residues and producing only a small amount of combustible gas. The ultimate oxygen index (LOI) of poplar density board treated with 20% cysteine-based flame retardant was as high as 60.9%. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images revealed that the surface of the treated wood powder was rough and that the wood powder particles were interconnected by the flame retardant. This suggests that the flame-retardant molecules have a bridging effect on the inner structure of the density board. Moreover, the cone calorimetry (CONE) experiments showed that with the flame-retardant treatment, there was significant reduction of total heat release (THR) and heat release rate (HRR) of the density board. The outcomes demonstrated the excellent flame retardancy and catalytic carbon formation of the poplar density board treated with the flame retardant. In order to obtain cotton fabrics with high efficiency flame retardance, a new ammonium phosphate type active flame retardant N, N -bis (ammonium phosphate) cysteine (NP-BG), which is nonleaching, covalent attached, durable, functional flame retardants, was synthesized by Mannich reaction and applied to the flame-retardant modification of cotton fabrics. Test results such as FTIR and XPS showed that cotton fabrics had been successfully grafted with NP-BG. The LOI of cotton fabrics treated with 30 % flame retardant was as high as 40.2 %, and after 50 washes, the LOI of cotton fabric was still as high as 28.8 %; demonstrating the durability of flame retardance. The thermogravimetric-infrared coupling (TG-FTIR) test results showed that the flame retardant could change the thermal decomposition pathway of cotton fabric and produce a large amount of residual carbon, thus reducing the decomposition of cotton fiber and the release of flammable gas. In addition, cone calorimetry (CONE) experiments showed that the total heat release (THR) and heat release rate (HRR) of cotton fabrics were significantly reduced after the flame-retardant treatment. These findings indicate that NP-BG is a new flame-retardant material with good application prospects. © 2023 Elsevier Ltd

摘要:
A new and efficient flame retardant consisting of Ammonium tris (2-hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate triphosphate (ATITP) was prepared by a solvent-free synthesis method for improving the flame retardancy of poplar wood density boards. The flame retardant mechanism was probed, and the mechanism of capturing combustion radicals, synergistically promoting charring and inhibiting heat was summarized. The density board treated with 20% ATITP had an ultimate oxygen index (LOI) of was up to 65.1%. In the experiment of cone calorimetry (CONE), the total heat release (THR) of flame retardant density board was reduced by 73.9% compared with the pure density board sample, while the heat release rate (HRR), CO and CO2 production were significantly reduced. In addition, the analysis with a thermogravimetric infrared coupler (TG-FTIR) and thermal cracking gas mass spectrometer (Py-GC–MS) revealed that the flame retardant exerted a gas-phase and condensed-phase flame retardant during the thermal decomposition process to alter the thermal cracking pathway of wood powder. It was demonstrated that the poplar density board treated with ATITP has good flame retardancy, which provides a simple and efficient method for flame retardant density board for building materials. © 2023

硼酸协同多聚磷酸铵改性桉木胶合板的阻燃性能

【目的】提高木质胶合板的阻燃性,探讨桉木单板经硼酸和多聚磷酸铵处理前后的阻燃性能,以期获得阻燃处理对木质胶合板阻燃性能的影响规律。【方法】选取普通桉木单板为研究对象,以硼酸和多聚磷酸铵为复合阻燃剂,通过满细胞法对其处理,阻燃处理的桉木单板经压制成胶合板,并分别对未处理材和阻燃处理材进行了形貌表征、热解行为和阻燃性能测试。【结果】未经阻燃处理的胶合板的极限氧指数为17.4%,经多聚磷酸铵和硼酸的质量比为3∶1的复合阻燃剂处理后的桉木单板制备的三层胶合板的极限氧指数为34.6%。锥形量热仪(CONE)结果表明,硼酸协同多聚磷酸铵对胶合板的阻燃抑烟性能有积极影响,相较于未阻燃处理胶合板,阻燃胶合板的热释放峰值(PHRR)降低了60.89%,总释放热(THR)降低了38.65%;总烟释放量(TSR)降低了95.76%,烟生成速率(SPR)降低了82.35%。TG-DSC结果表明,阻燃处理样品在800℃的失重率仅为素材的73.69%;残炭量由20.68%上升到41.55%。【结论】阻燃处理胶合板可以改善木材阻燃耐火性能,有效降低总释放热和烟气释放量,增加残炭量。阻燃改性处理降低了胶合板的胶合强度,但仍符合GB/T 9846—2015标准Ⅱ类胶合强度要求。研究结果表明阻燃处理木材对延缓其在火灾中的燃烧行为具有重要意义,并为实现理论指导木质阻燃胶合板生产应用提供重要的理论依据和参考。

摘要:
In this study, sulfonated carbon was obtained by sulfonating pine carbon with fuming sulfuric acid. Characterized by elemental analyzer, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry, it showed that –SO3H was successfully bonded onto the pine carbon’ skeleton in the sulfonation reaction. The effects of pine carbon and sulfonated carbon on the catalytic carbonization and smoke suppression of sawdust boards, and its flame-retardant mechanism were investigated by cone calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, and pyrolysis–gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. And the results demonstrated that sawdust boards containing sulfonated carbon showed superior performance, determined by comparing the peak heat release rate, total heat release, smoke release rate, and total smoke product. Furthermore, with the addition of sulfonated carbon, a carbon layer was formed with a strong oxygen-containing hybrid structure and carbohydrate structure, the pyrolysis of sawdust boards was inhibited, and its char yield was increased. © The Author(s) 2020.

采用[PW_(12)O_(40)]3–离子柱撑插层共沉淀法合成的ZnAl硝酸根(NO_3~-ZnAl)层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs),制备了PW_(12)O_(40)-ZnAl LDHs,并利用XRD、FTIR、电感耦合等离子体(ICP)、SEM等进行组成和结构的表征。将NO_3~-ZnAl LDHs和PW_(12)O_(40)-ZnAl LDHs分别与含聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇的膨胀阻燃剂(IFRs)复合阻燃环氧-聚酰胺树脂(EP-PA),采用TGA、背温实验和锥形量热实验评价不同ZnAl LDHs与IFRs复合阻燃EP-PA的热及烟气的释放规律。TGA结果表明,PW_(12)O_(40)-ZnAl-IFRs/(EP-PA)复合材料的最大降解速率最小,残炭率最高,说明PW_(12)O_(40)-ZnAl LDHs提高了IFRs/(EP-PA)复合材料高温下的抗氧化能力。背温实验表明,相同热辐射强度下,PW_(12)O_(40)-ZnAl-IFRs/(EP-PA)复合材料的背温达到200℃和300℃用时最长,具有最低的背温升温速率,说明PW_(12)O_(40)-ZnAl LDHs使IFRs/(EP-PA)复合材料耐火能力明显增强。从锥形量热实验数据可知,PW_(12)O_(40)-ZnAl-IFRs使PW_(12)O_(40)-ZnAl-IFRs/(EP-PA)复合材料具有最低的热释放速率峰值(PHRR)、平均热释放速率(MHRR)、平均有效燃烧热(MEHC)和总热释放量(THR),其火势增长指数(FGI)仅为IFRs/(EPPA)复合材料的14.5%,烟释放总量(TSP)比NO_3~-ZnAl-IFRs/(EP-PA)复合材料减少了27.6%,比IFRs/(EPPA)复合材料减少了55.3%。说明PW_(12)O_(40)-ZnAl-IFRs比NO_3~-ZnAl-IFRs更能有效地减少EP-PA的热量释放,抑制烟气生成。

对比经H_3PMo_(12)O_(40)(PMA)、H_3PW_(12)O_(40)(PTA)、H_3SiW_(12)O_(40)(TSA)等杂多酸浸渍的杨木粉的热解过程和热、烟释放特性参数,探究杂多酸对杨木热解过程的影响及其作用机制.利用热重分析仪(TGA)、锥形量热仪(CONE)研究3种杂多酸对杨木粉热解TG、DTG曲线、热释放速率(HRR)、总热释放速率(THR)、生烟速率(SPR)和总烟释放量(TSP)等参数的影响;并采用FT-IR红外光谱和拉曼光谱表征高温残炭的结构.TGA结果表明,3种杂多酸均可有效降低杨木热解的Ti、T_(max)、R_(max)并提高CR740℃,其中,S-wood/PMA具有最低的最大热失重温度(T_(max))及最大热失重速率(R_(max))较S-wood分别降低了17.5%和23.3%,而S-wood/PTA在740℃时热解炭残余量(CR740℃)最高,其次是S-wood/TSA;CONE结果表明,杂多酸/杨木试样的HRR、THR、SPR、TSP以及COY等参数有显著地降低,S-wood/PMA具有最低的热、烟释放参数,其最高释热峰峰值(PHRR)和THR较S-wood分别降低了31.6%、67.5%,SPR和TSP较S-wood分别降低了86.0%,87.5%.FT-IR及Raman分析显示,杂多酸/杨木试样残炭中缔合O-H和不饱和C=C含量明显增加,并有酯键和MoO_3、WO_3、SiO_2等化合物存在,同时AD/AG有所减小.因此,杂多酸通过高温分解催化杨木脱水成酯、固化成炭,有效地降低杨木粉的热解速率,延缓热解过程,表现出良好的阻燃和高效的抑烟作用.其中,H_3PMo_(12)O_(40)对杨木粉的阻燃、抑烟效果最佳.

将聚磷酸铵(APP)的高效阻燃特性与硅凝胶的吸附和催化转化特性有效结合,有可能实现木材在火灾条件下的不燃烧、不冒烟.通过真空-加压浸注和真空干燥法制备的APP硅化泡桐木载药率达到20.2%(质量分数),在锥形量热试验过程中没有点燃,760℃灼烧下不燃烧,总热释放量稍高于APP阻燃泡桐木,总烟释放量和CO产量远远低于未处理泡桐木和APP阻燃泡桐木.结果表明:APP硅化泡桐木中原位生成的APP-硅凝胶体系不仅对木材具有很好的阻燃作用,而且对火灾烟雾毒气具有极好的转化和抑制作用.

摘要:
Char sulfonic acid and ammonium polyphosphate were used to improve the flame retardancy of composites. A synergistic effect between char sulfonic acid and ammonium polyphosphate on the flame retardancy of epoxy resin and polyamide composites was proposed. The results showed that the optimal synergistic effects were achieved when the weight ratio of char sulfonic acid:ammonium polyphosphate was 1:3. Thermogravimetric analysis indicated that the flame retardants improved the amount of residue. The char sulfonic acid and ammonium polyphosphate additives greatly decreased the peak heat release rate and suppressed smoke according to cone calorimetry testing. Scanning electron microscope results showed that a compact and thick char layer was formed, which hindered the transfer of heat flow and combustible gases in the condensed phase. Thus, the combination of char sulfonic acid and ammonium polyphosphate had been proved to be a promising flame retardant system for epoxy resin and polyamide composites.

【目的】对比测试不同木材加工形态样本的的锥形量热( CONE)热释放特性参数,探究不同木材试样形态对 CONE热释放特性参数的影响规律和作用机制,为 CONE 热释放特性参数选择、材料燃烧过程评估以及阻燃机制研究提供依据。【方法】在50 kW·m -2热辐照功率下,通过 CONE 测定7种加工方式和形态不同杨木试样的热释放速率( HRR)及其峰值( PHRR)、总热释放量( THR)、有效燃烧热( EHC)等 CONE 热释放特性参数。【结果】通过分析不同木材试样热释放特性参数试验值的算术平均误差(ΔX)、相对误差( Er )和标准偏差( S)可知,在PHRR,MHRR,THR和 MEHC 4个热释放特性参数测定结果中,平均有效燃烧热( MEHC)的误差估算值最小,而PHRR的误差估算值最大;粉状试样的PHRR,MHRR,THR,MEHC 4个热释放特性参数试验值的误差估算值远小于板状试样的误差估算值,如PP,FPP 2个粉状试样的MHRR试验值的标准偏差( SMHRR )分别为1.2和1.1 kW·m -2,远低于其他5种标准板状试样,约为 SMHRR最大的 PPB的1/8。【结论】4个热释放特性参数中,MEHC 主要受燃烧状态影响,而 PHRR除了与燃烧过程有关外,还受试样自身和外界因素的影响。粉状试样热释放特性参数试验值的精密度优于板状试样,重现性好、可靠性高,完全适用于实验室内部测试和材料配方筛选等各种科学研究,可减少制备标准试样所需的材料和时间,为简化 CONE试验试样制作工艺提供了科学依据。

摘要:
将海泡石(SEP)和聚磷酸铵(APP)同时加到聚氯乙烯(PVC)/竹粉复合材料中,考察SEP和APP对复合材料的协效阻燃抑烟作用及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在锥形量热实验中,热释放速率峰值相对减少42.8%,平均热释放速率和总热释放量相对减少29.5%和25.7%,总烟释放量相对降低了12.2%,一氧化碳平均产率相对降低了42.0%;扫描电子显微镜分析发现,APP具有催化成炭并形成膨胀泡沫炭层的作用,而SEP具有吸附聚集诱导成炭,的作用;APP的阻燃机理主要属于气相阻燃机理,SEP的阻燃机理主要属于凝聚相阻燃机理;弯曲性能测试结果表明,SEP与APP对PVC/竹粉复合材料具有协同颗粒增强作用;拉伸性能测试结果表明,SEP对PVC/竹粉复合材料的塑性变形能力的损害比APP小。因此,SEP与APP联用能够对PVC/竹粉复合材料进行有效的阻燃抑烟,同时也能增强复合材料的力学性能。

摘要:
水性聚氨酯以水代替有机溶剂作为分散介质,在带来环境优势的同时降低了力学性能.在探索具有不同微观形貌和尺寸特征纳米纤维素制备技术基础上,研究纳米纤维素形态尺寸对水性聚氨酯的增强作用和机理.结果表明,联合使用机械剪切法和硫酸水解法,调节反应温度和反应时间等工艺条件,可以获得具有不同微观形貌和长度特征的纳米纤维素.当硫酸浓度60%、水解温度55℃、水解时间120 min时,制得纤维素平均长度为0.20 μm,长度在10—100 nm范围内的纳米纤维素达到34%,平均直径约为20 nm,平均长径比为10∶1,纤维呈光滑细长飞梭状.乳化预聚体法制备的纤维素/水性聚氨酯乳液具有较好的储存稳定性,纤维素/水性聚氨酯复合薄膜硬度大幅度提高,拉伸强度达到25.41 MPa,相对于纯水性聚氨酯薄膜强度提高346%.

摘要:
抑烟、减毒是减少火灾中人员伤亡的重要途径。采用锥形量热法、热分析法和扫描电镜研究了铁和铜改性13x 分子筛和聚磷酸铵复合阻燃木材的燃烧、烟气释放和成炭特性。结果表明:铁、铜改性分子筛与聚磷酸铵复合处理木材的总热释放量(THR)与空白样相比分别降低了36.8%、39.8%,总烟释放量(TSP)降低了69.3%、72.8%,CO 平均产率(YCO)降低了40.2%、44.5%,均具有优异的阻燃、抑烟和减毒效果;热分析和电镜实验表明,APP 的催化脱水作用有利于炭层形成,铁、铜改性分子筛与聚磷酸铵的协同作用使炭层结构紧密。APP 对木材具有高效阻燃作用,但产生大量有毒气体,铁、铜改性分子筛与聚磷酸铵复合阻燃剂在高效阻燃的同时具有少烟低毒的特性。

采用锥形量热法(CONE)和热重分析法(TG)比较研究氯化锰和碳酸锰处理木材的燃烧、发烟和成炭特性.结果表明,在木粉中添加10%氯化锰或碳酸锰热压胶合制备的阻燃木材试样的总热释放量(THR)比未处理木材分别降低了39.4%和24.3%,总烟释放量(TSP)分别降低了93.3%和31.2%,CO 平均释放量(m-COY)分别降低了27.0%和8.1%,这说明两种锰化合物对木材均具有阻燃、抑制烟雾和毒气的作用,氯化锰的这种作用更显著.锥形量热和热重数据结合残余炭形貌电镜照片分析表明氯化锰在高温条件下催化木材形成更多的炭,而且炭层结构更加紧密和稳定,从而有效降低木材的燃烧释热速率和烟气生成速率,降低木材引发火灾的危险性.

摘要:
The flammability and thermal stability of ammonium polyphosphate-treated flame-retarded sawdust boards were compared with those also containing 5A zeolite and 5A zeolite that had been impregnated with 4-picolinic acid. This comprehensive study was performed using cone calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy. The results demonstrated that acid-treated 5A zeolite, which was incorporated into ammonium polyphosphate-based flame-retardant systems, showed superior performance to ammonium polyphosphate being used alone. This was determined by comparing the peak heat release rate, total heat release, fire growth index, smoke release rate, and total smoke emission. The thermogravimetric analysis results showed that 4-picolinic acid significantly altered the thermal stability of ammonium polyphosphate, which was catalytically decomposed in advance so as to retard combustion. Digital photography and scanning electron microscopy observations showed that 5A zeolite used with 4-picolinic acid efficiently promoted the formation of a continuous and consolidated charred layer. © The Author(s) 2013.

采用锥形量热法研究了5A分子筛与聚磷酸铵(APP)在木材燃烧过程中的阻燃作用和烟气吸附调控作用。结果表明:APP单独使用时总热释放量(THR)降低47.56%,但是平均CO产率增加185.71%;5A分子筛单独使用时阻燃效果远远不如APP,THR只降低了16.86%;5A分子筛与APP复合使用THR降低34.23%,总烟释放量(TSP)降低了76.07%,平均CO产率降低了68.33%。5A分子筛能将木材热解产生的以CO为代表的有毒气体催化转化为CO_2,从而减少了毒气的产生和释放。5A分子筛与APP联用,在高效阻燃的同时减少烟雾毒气释放,降低了火灾危害。

FTIR等分析表明用热解、磺化法制备的杉木炭磺酸,是具有磺酸基的一类强质子酸材料.研究了其对7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素的催化合成,结果表明:杉木炭磺酸具有较好的催化活性,产率高达92.6%,是一种性质稳定,可重复使用的催化剂.
