将聚磷酸铵(APP)的高效阻燃特性与硅凝胶的吸附和催化转化特性有效结合,有可能实现木材在火灾条件下的不燃烧、不冒烟.通过真空加压浸注和真空干燥法制备的APP硅化泡桐木载药率达到20.2%(质量分数),在锥形量热试验过程中没有点燃,760℃灼烧下不燃烧,总热释放量稍高于APP阻燃泡桐木,总烟释放量和CO产量远远低于未处理泡桐木和APP阻燃泡桐木.结果表明:APP硅化泡桐木中原位生成的APP硅凝胶体系不仅对木材具有很好的阻燃作用,而且对火灾烟雾毒气具有极好的转化和抑制作用.

The combination of ammonium polyphosphate(APP) and silica gel is considered to be efficient flame retardant and smoke-suppresser for wooden materials due to their excellent adsorption and catalysis properties. APP/silica gel could be absorbed by 20.2% in mass in paulowna when using vacuum-pressure impregnation followed with vacuum drying. The wood so prepared were not able to be burned during CONE test, and did not show obvious combustion even burned at 760 ℃.
