Study on Combustion Properties of PBS Modified with Starch

在35 kW/m2热辐射功率下,研究了淀粉含量对聚丁二酸丁二醇酯（PBS）燃烧性能的影响。结果表明:PBS/淀粉的总热释放量（THR）、热释放速率（HRR）和有效燃烧热（EHC）随着淀粉含量的增加先降低再升高。当PBS与淀粉的质量比为10:2时,PBS/淀粉的燃烧性能最好。比较了PBS、PBS/淀粉和PBS/木粉在同样条件下的燃烧情况,其HRR的大小为:PBS/木粉>PBS>PBS/淀粉,而生烟速率SPR的顺序为:PBS>PBS/木粉>PBS/淀粉。

The effect of starch content on combustion properties of PBS was researched under thermal radiation power of 35 kW/m2. The results show that the total heat release（THR）, heat release rate（HRR）, and effective heat of combustion（EHC） of PBS/starch first reduce and then increase with the increase of starch content. When the mass ratio of PBS and starch is 10：2, the combustion property of the PBS/starch is the best.
