摘要:
采用超声微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法,微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取山苍子干果中山苍子油。通过单因素实验对提取工艺进行了优化,超声微波协同提取法的提取条件为:微波功率100 W,液料比20 ︰ 1,提取时间2 h,得率为3.22%;微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法的提取条件为:微波功率100 W,液料比20 ︰ 1,提取时间2 h,得率为3.20%;在液料比为20 ︰ 1,提取时间为4h 的条件下,普通水蒸气蒸馏法的得率为3.17%。

摘要:
姜黄素是姜黄的主要化学成分之一,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤和抗菌等生物活性,在食品工业、医药工业有广阔的应用前景。然而,溶解性和稳定性差以及生物利用度低限制了姜黄素的应用。新剂型和新高分子材料的开发为姜黄素的改性奠定了基础,高分子材料在改善姜黄素水溶性和稳定性,调节释放速率,提高生物利用度等方面起到了非常重要的作用。本文综述了聚乙二醇类、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮类、聚氧乙烯类聚乳酸类、卡波姆、聚氰基丙烯酸酯、环糊精及其衍生物、壳聚糖及其衍生物、淀粉以及蛋白质类高分子材料在姜黄素改性中的应用,不同高分子材料在改善姜黄素性能方面的作用是不同的。对应用中可能存在的问题进行了概述。药用高分子材料的加入改善了姜黄素的性能,拓宽了姜黄素的应用领域。

摘要:
The ABTS, and DPPH assays were used for determining to investigate the antioxidant effect in vitro of Polysaccharide from Camellia Cake. Different concentrations of the sample were determinated by assay method. Results showed Polysaccharide from Camellia Cake had an appreciable antioxidant effect in a concentration-dependent manner. The EC50 values against DPPH and ABTS free radicals were 0.106 mg/ml and 1.05mg/ml respectively.

摘要:
鸢尾酮是从鸢尾植物中提取的鸢尾油的特征香气成分,广泛应用于食品和烟草工业中。鸢尾酮主要有α,β和γ三种异构体。本文概述了鸢尾酮的制备方法,包括植物提取法、生物技术法和化学合成法。植物提取法是获得鸢尾酮最直接和简便的方法,但鸢尾植物资源有限,很难满足市场需求。生物技术法能在温和的条件下制备鸢尾酮,但是稳定的菌种筛选是其面临的主要问题。化学合成法是鸢尾酮的主要制备方法,本文重点综述了以植物次生代谢物和石化产品为原料合成鸢尾酮,并对不同制备方法的优缺点进行了评述。因工艺路线长、反应条件苛刻、产率低,多数合成路线仍处于实验室研究阶段,所以研究合成步骤少,反应条件温和、收率和选择性高的工艺路线成为了急需解决的问题。

茶皂素是一种性能优良的天然非离子型表面活性剂,因其优良的物理性能、独特的化学结构及含有大量的活性基团,故能采用物理、化学方法对其进行改性处理,以制备茶皂素改性衍生物产品,这些产品可广泛应用于环境控制、表面活性剂、环保农药、阻燃剂等领域。为了拓宽茶皂素应用研究的新领域,文中简述了国内外对茶皂素单体结构的研究情况,介绍了几个利用茶皂素采用物理处理、化学改性等方法制备茶皂素改性衍生物的研究实例,阐述了茶皂素改性衍生产品的研究开发现状;并对以茶皂素为高产量林源生物质资源制备开发新型材料、功能产品的研究进行了初步的展望。

摘要:
Ilex Cornuta L is an important medicinal plant. Flavonoid compounds are its main biological compontents. AlCl3 method was identified as the appropriate determination method for total flavonoids content of extract obtained from the leaves of Ilex Cornuta L.. The proposed method was validated by the linearity, reproducibility, and recovery experiments. Good linearity was observed with the regression coefficient(R2= 0.999). The recovery rate was in the range of 94.9% and 110.0%, and the relative standard deviation was 2.8%, which indicated that the proposed method was credible. In addition, the extraction parameters including Ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times were optimized by means of an orthogonal design.

To extract polysaccharide of Camellia Cake, cellulase-assist method was used. The extraction conditions were: temperature 50°C; time 3h; adding amount of cellulase 0.35%. The extract rate of camellia cakes polysaccharide is 26.62%. The adequacy of this model was confirmed. © 2011 IEEE.

摘要:
The supramolecular interaction of curcumin and RM-β-CD-m was studied by spectrophotometry, and the apparent formation constant for curcumin-RM-β-CD-m complex was determined. The results showed that a 1:1 complex between curcumin and RM-β-CD-m was formed, and the apparent formation constants increase with the increase of reaction temperature. The thermodynamic parameters, standard free energy (δG°), enthalpy (δH°) and entropy (δS°) for complex formation of curcumin with RM-β-CD-m were calculated. δG°value indicates that the complex formation is a spontaneous, endothermic process, and the main driving force for complex formation is entropy. The inclusion complex was confirmed by infrared spectrum (IR). ©(2011) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Curcumin, a hydrophobic polyphenol derived from rhizome (turmeric) of the herb Curcuma longa, have been shown to exhibit antioxidant, anticarcinogenic anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and nephroprotective activities, et al. Among these, its potent antioxidant activity is worthwhile of special attention, because oxidative stress is involved in the pathogenesis of cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, et al. This review focuses on the ways that curcumin exerts its antioxidant activity, including direct chemical reaction with free radicals, chelation with metals ions which results in oxidative stress, regulation of antioxidant-related enzyme activity and gene expression. Meanwhile the disputed chemical antioxidant mechanism is also discussed.

Curcuminoid is an important natural product, but it is water insoluble, and sensitive to light, pH, solvent system, and oxygen.The inclusion process of curcuminoid-β-CD complex was investigated by the orthogonal experiment, and the stability of curcuminoid-β-CD complex was studied under different conditions. The results show that the encapsulation rate is 87.34% under optimized conditions of temperature 50 , time 1.5 h and material ratio 1:30(wcurcuminoid : wβ-CD). The stability of curcuminoid-β-cyclodextrin complex increases compared to curcuminoid. Therefore, the complex formation of curcuminoid with β-CD is an effective method to improve the stability of curcuminoid.

摘要:
以顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,经醇解和异构化反应合成富马酸单戊酯、富马酸单异戊酯.采用元素分析和红外光谱对目标化合物进行了结构表征.在无水AlCl3用量为0.9 g一定时,通过正交实验得到反应的较佳工艺条件:酯化反应温度65℃,酯化反应时间2.5 h,异构化反应温度105 ℃,异构化反应时间3.5 h,该工艺条件下富马酸单戊酯和富马酸单异戊酯的产率分别为69.42%和61.19%.

摘要:
The inclusion complex formation of curcumin with β-CD was studied by spectrophotometry,and the apparent formation constant for curcumin-β-CD complex was determined.The stiochiometric ratio of curcumin-β-CD complex was investigated by Job’s continuous variation methods.The results showed that a 1:1 complex between curcumin and β-CD was formed,and the apparent formation constants decreased with the increase of reaction temperature.The thermodynamic parameters,standard free energy (ΔG°),enthalpy (ΔH°) and entropy (ΔS°) for complex formation of curcumin with β-CD were calculated.The inclusion complex was confirmed by infrared spectrum (IR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).

姜黄色素主要含有姜黄素、脱甲氧基姜黄素和二脱甲氧基姜黄素等抗氧化成分.本研究以得率和抗氧化活性为考察指标,在正交试验的基础上,采用多指标综合评分法研究了温度、乙醇体积分数、提取时间和料液比对姜黄色素的得率、二苯基苦基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)和羟基自由基(·OH)清除率的影响.综合评分法得到的姜黄色素优化提取工艺为:提取温度80℃、乙醇体积分数90%、提取时间1.5h、料液比1:8(g:mL),该工艺条件下姜黄色素得率为4.37%,DPPH ·清除率8.58%,·OH清除率20.67%.

姜黄色素主要含有姜黄素、脱甲氧基姜黄素和二脱甲氧基姜黄素等抗氧化成分. 本研究以得率和抗氧化活性为考察指标,在正交试验的基础上,采用多指标综合评分法研究了温度、乙醇体积分数、提取时间和料液比对姜黄色素的得率、二苯基苦基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)和羟基自由基 (·OH)清除率的影响. 综合评分法得到的姜黄色素优化提取工艺为:提取温度80℃、乙醇体积分数 90%、提取时间1. 5 h、料液比1:8(g:mL),该工艺条件下姜黄色素得率为4. 37%, DPPH·清除率8. 58%,·OH清除率 20. 67%

摘要:
比较微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法,传统水蒸汽蒸馏法提取姜黄油工艺,发现微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法具有提取时间短,提取率高等优点.通过试验确定微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏工艺:颗粒度为40目~60目,固液比1:8,提取时间2.5 h.同时通过正交试验确定姜黄油的适宜包合工艺为:芯材比为8:1;温度为60℃;反应时间为2h.
