摘要:
随着时代的不断发展,人们的物质及精神需求也在不断提高,以人为本的思想也逐渐深入人心。如何构建符合用户需求的宜居室内环境这个问题越来越被人们所关注,在此背景下室内设计师对于用户需求的准确预测与揣摩就显得尤为重要。文章通过概念、优势、方法等方面对心智模型进行剖析介绍,意在将其运用到室内设计中去,从而达到提高室内设计效率的目的。通过研究心智模型在针对于室内空间设计时的建立流程,探索室内设计中目标用户的需求,以此对用户需求挖掘做出理论指导。

针对人口老龄化加剧带来的我国适老化家具部件体系不健全的问题,以适老化卫浴柜为研究对象,首先对其展开市场调研,探讨了适老化卫浴柜的整体环境;接着对自理型老年用户进行定位和分类,分析其生理和心理需求,将老年用户需求转换为产品表现特征;最后提出从柜体特征和辅助配件特征两条支线出发的适老化卫浴柜设计方法,分析其优势和特点,以此为相关企业适老化家居产品的研发提供参考思路,希望可以为老年群体的梳洗生活提供更好的服务保障。

摘要:
Furan resin and fir powder pretreated by FeCl3 and aqueous ammonia solution were used to fabricate α-Fe/Fe3C/woodceramic nanocomposite. The bands of the pretreated wood powder were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The structural characterization of the nanocomposites was performed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The microwave absorption of the nanocomposites was measured by a vector network analyzer in the range of 2-18 GHz. The mechanical properties of the composites were also investigated. XRD and SEM results show that the α-Fe and Fe3C nanoparticles are in-situ generated and disperse in the matrix of the woodceramic. The diameters of these nanoparticles increase with the increasing of concentration of FeCl3 solution. The experimental results show that both the complex permittivity and the complex permeability of α-Fe/Fe3C/woodceramic nanocomposites increase as the concentration of FeCl3 solution increases. The composites pretreated with 0.60 mol·L-1 FeCl3 have the best absorption properties. The maximum value of reflection loss (RL) at 3 mm thickness reaches -25.60 dB at 10.16 GHz and the bandwidth below -10 dB is about 2.5 GHz. Compared to woodceramic, the bending strength and compressive strength of α-Fe/Fe3C/woodceramic nanocomposites increase by 22.5% and 18.7% at most, respectively. © 2018 by the authors.

摘要:
在呋喃树脂中加入不同质量百分数的纳米γ-Fe_2O_3,然后与毛竹竹粉混合、压制成型、高温烧结制备出纳米α-Fe/木陶瓷复合材料.分别采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)与扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对纳米α-Fe/木陶瓷复合材料的物相组成与成分分布与进行了表征,并对其抗弯强度与导电性能进行了研究.结果表明:(1)复合材料中存在的主要晶体相有石墨、α-Fe与Fe3C;(2)纳米α-Fe颗粒多数呈球形分散于木陶瓷基体中,当γ-Fe_2O_3添加量大于15% 时,生成的α-Fe粒子发生了比较明显的团聚;(3)纳米α-Fe/木陶瓷复合材料的抗弯强度随烧结温度的提高而增大,随纳米γ-Fe_2O_3添加量的增大先增加后减小,抗弯强度最大值为13.31MPa;(4)纳米 α-Fe/木陶瓷复合材料的导电性随烧结温度的提高而增大,随纳米γ-Fe_2O_3添加量的增大而增强.

摘要:
Wood furfurylation is a very promising modification process, which can greatly improve several important properties of wood simultaneously. The polymerization degree of furfuryl alcohol (FA) in wood significantly influences the performances of modified wood. However, it is normally time-consuming and expensive to determine the curing parameters of a new FA solution formula for a target wood species, as the process requires lots of lab-scale experiments. To address this challenge, nanoindentation was used to determine the hardness and elastic modulus of FA resin which are cured with different catalyst content, curing time and curing temperature, assuming that these mechanical properties should closely relate to the polymerization degree of cured FA (resin). Single-factor experiments were designed to obtain preliminary curing parameters. Three key curing parameters were selected, namely the catalyst content of maleic anhydride (1.5, 3, 5%), curing time (2, 3, 4, 5, 6h) and curing temperature (95, 105, 115, 125°C). The proposed set of curing parameters based on the nanoindentation results are 3% maleic anhydride, 3h curing time and 105°C curing temperature. This set of parameters was slightly modified and then used as the starting process parameters for Masson pine modification, which resulted in greatly improved wood properties. Therefore, the method proposed in this study offers an effective and time-saving means of developing new processes of wood furfurylation. © 2016, Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

摘要:
为测定竹材薄壁组织和维管束中纤维素的分子量,通过从毛竹中分离出薄壁组织和维管束,分别从中提取出纤维素,采用铜乙二胺(CED)粘度法再对两组织中提取出的PTC和VBC分子量进行测定。结果表明: VBC分子聚合度为1 001,粘均分子量达到1.6×10~5,远高于PTC分子;将得到的结果与XRD测定结果对比,表明测得的VBC结晶度为67.9%,大于PTC的60.3%,纤维素大分子的晶区比例(结晶度)随着纤维素分子量的增加而增大。因此,维管束更适于作为制取竹纤维的原料。

摘要:
从竹材中分离出薄壁组织和维管束,利用SEM、TG、XRD分析手段对分离出来两组织的化学组分含量、形貌特征、吸湿性、热稳定性及结晶性做了相应的比较分析研究。结果表明:薄壁组织主要成分为半纤维素,维管束的主要成分为纤维素:SEM图片显示薄壁组织为方形胞腔状,质地疏松易碎,维管束呈纤维束状,相互紧密排列;吸湿性测定结果表明,由于薄壁组织疏水性内含物含量高,而维管束亲水性羟基相对比例较高,使得吸湿能力维管束比薄壁组织要显著;TG分析表明维管束热稳定性较好,热解所需活化能较高;XRD表征结果显示薄壁组织的相对结晶度要比维管束低7.8%。

摘要:
This study describes a process to apply response surface methodology (RSM) together with a niched Pareto genetic algorithm for optimization of the mechanical properties of bamboo plywood. Experiments were carried out to investigate the dependences of parallel and perpendicular modulus of rupture (MOR) and modulus of elasticity (MOE) of bamboo plywood on hot-pressing temperature, hot-pressing time, pressure, amount of adhesive, and moisture content. Empirical equations were presented to describe the dependences. Orthogonal tests and RSM were used to establish models for MOE and MOR of bamboo plywood in the parallel and perpendicular directions. Solutions of the models were obtained by means of a Pareto genetic algorithm. By comparing the solutions with given initial values, the optimized parallel and perpendicular MOR were increased by 19.52 and 23.35%, respectively, and the optimized parallel and perpendicular MOE by 21.50 and 12.57%, respectively. Based on the optimization, typical panel operational parameters were hot-pressing temperature 163.3 degrees C, hot-pressing time 17.6 min, hot-pressing pressure 4.0 MPa, amount of adhesive 8.9%, and MC 15.7%. Results from this study are useful to bamboo plywood mills for selecting operational parameters to determine mechanical properties of bamboo plywood, which will decrease workload and time in determining technical parameters to manufacture bamboo plywood with expected MOE and MOR.

摘要:
Due to its potential for commercial applications, wood modification with furfuryl alcohol (FA) is now attracting enhanced attentions from researchers and industry. Selection of suitable catalysts to control the polymerization of FA during storage and curing is the most crucial component of this technology. In this paper, a new composite acidic catalyst composed of oxalic acid and citric acid was proposed and compared with the widely adopted maleic anhydride catalyst, with Masson pine (Pinus massoniana Lamb) as the objective of modification. Weight percent gain, equilibrium moisture content, anti-swelling efficiency, modulus of rupture, modulus of elasticity and parallel-to-grain compressive strength (CS), as well as resistance to mould and decay fungi were all evaluated. The results show that furfurylation significantly improves the dimensional stability and durability of pine wood. Furthermore, most of the mechanical properties were also enhanced, especially CS, which increased by approximately 79 and 95 % under the two respective catalysts. Overall, the newly proposed composite acidic catalyst produced comparable results to maleic anhydride with much less FA required.

摘要:
通过物理分离的方法从新鲜毛竹中分离出薄壁组织,利用索氏抽提的方法提取薄壁组织中的化学成分,采用气相色谱 - 质谱 (GC-MS) 联用技术对抽提物成分进行分析。经分析鉴定,毛竹薄壁组织苯 / 醇抽提物经色谱分离可以得到 40 个峰,可以检测出其中的 34 种抽提物成分,占色谱峰总流出峰面积的 91.75%; 其主要化学组分为酯类 6 种、酮类 7 种和醇类 5 种,分别占物质总量的 39.94%、25.72% 和 8.74%;主要化学物质为:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(19.26%)、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(14.91%)、4- 羟基 -4- 甲基 -2- 戊酮(8.76%)、(3E,5Z)-6,10-二甲基 -3,5,9- 十一碳三烯 -2- 酮(8.11%)、苯乙烯(5.09%)、芳樟醇(4.99%)。

采用ABAQUS对铅芯橡胶支座进行模拟分析,研究支座在极限压剪状态下的应力分布,分析表明:极限压剪状态下钢片层中的拉应力S11和S22、压应力S33及切应力S12对钢片层Mises等效应力的影响较大;支座有效承压区内大部分钢片层中有部分区域的Mises等效应力超过了其屈服强度,产生了屈服;支座内部各橡胶层的Mises等效应力较小,橡胶未发生破坏。

摘要:
A simple, practical, and low-technology approach was developed to fabricate corrugated bamboo particleboards (CBP), a novel bamboo product with a corrugated structure, from bamboo waste (planer waste). This product could be manufactured anywhere in the world where the bamboo industry develops. The selected mechanical and physical properties of CBP were prepared with urea formaldehyde resin at three press temperatures and two density levels and were evaluated. The results showed that the performance of CBPs is highly dependent upon the board density. The static bending strength of CBP laminated with MDF initially increases, and then decreases with increasing press temperature. Increasing the magnitude of the press temperature has a slightly positive effect on the thickness swelling and water absorption. Compared with the excellent mechanical strength of CBP (laminated with MDF), the thickness swelling value of this bamboo-based particleboard without any waterproofing treatment was lower than the minimal requirement of the EN standard.

摘要:
利用竹胶合板与L型钢制备用于竹结构房屋支撑作用的竹质建筑结构柱,采用双向刀铰与500吨长柱试验机对其进行静态抗压测试,测量结构柱抗压性能,观察其在轴向压力作用下的压缩、弯曲变形,分析竹帘胶合板力学性能、连接方式、破坏形式等对结构柱力学性能的影响。结果表明:竹质建筑结构柱结构柱破坏荷载为700 kN,抗压强度为33.26 MPa;竹质建筑结构柱端部出现局部受压破坏;竹质建筑结构柱翼缘与侧板之间的螺钉连接强度不高,两者之间所受剪力不能有效传递。

Microstructures of woodceramics were performed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The effect of carbonization temperature on carbon yield ratio, volume shrinkage ratio and volume electrical resistivity of woodceramics were investigated. The results show that carbonization temperature has a significant effect on the microstructure of woodceramics. The volume shrinkage ratio increases, and the carbon yield ratio and the volume electrical resistivity decrease, as the carbonization temperature increases. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
Fe/Woodceramics(Fe/WCMs) composites are prepared by dipping bamboo powder into ferric salt solution, dropping alkali, mixing with furane resin, and then having the mixture molded and finally sintered in high temperature. Microstructures of Fe/WCMs are measured by using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). XRD results indicate that the characteristic peaks of Fe are found. SEM photographs show that Fe crystals are distributed in the glassy carbon. The effects of concentration of ferric salt on volume shrinkage ratio and volume electrical resistivity of the composites are investigated. The results show that the volume shrinkage ratio and the volume electrical resistivity decrease with an increase in concentration of ferric salt. ©2012 IEEE.

竹质工字梁抗弯性能的研究

摘要:
竹质工字梁是将慈竹竹帘胶合板锯裁成翼缘板与腹板后,通过等边角钢用螺钉联接而成。采用两端简支,在梁跨方向三分点处进行两点加载试验,量测竹质工字梁的应变和变形。结果表明:工字梁翼缘与腹板之间的螺钉连接可靠性与有效性不高,腹板边缘与翼缘之间的剪力不能有效传递;腹板端部发生剪切破坏,腹板受拉区发生裂缝。

摘要:
研究了竹粉/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料的生产工艺,对其多项性能进行测试。采用双辊开炼机进行复合材料的共混制备;熔融指数仪测定不同配比复合材料的流动性;注塑成型机制备各种标准力学性能试样;拉力试验机和冲击试验机测试力学性能。结果表明随着竹粉含量的增加,材料熔融流动性大大降低;冲击强度下降明显;拉伸强度首先上升,在竹粉含量超过30%后又下降;注塑成型制品收缩率下降。

Bambusa distegia were used to make bamboo thread plywood by the process of producing thread, dipping thread into glue, assembling pattern and pressing. Influence of hot pressing pressure on mechanical properties of bambusa distegia thread plywood was investigated, which was 2.0MPa, 2.5MPa, 3.0MPa, 3.5MPa and 4.0MPa respectively. The results indicate that the modulus of rupture(MOR), modulus of elasticity(MOE), compressive strength(CS), and horizontal shear strength(HSS) increase with the increasing of hot pressing pressure. Mechanical properties of the Bambusa distegia thread plywood are higher than the indices of plywood for concrete form and the indices of plywood for container flooring. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

对木材进行糠醇树脂改性能够显著提高木材尺寸稳定性、抗生物及化学侵蚀性和硬度,降低平衡含水率。木材糠醇树脂改性研究近10年来重新得到关注,并已在欧洲开始商业化生产,而国内还未见相关研究报道。文中简要介绍糠醇的性质和用途,详细阐述国外木材糠醇树脂改性的研究进展、成果和商业化情况,并对未来研究方向和重点提出自己的看法和见解。
