Microstructures of woodceramics were performed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The effect of carbonization temperature on carbon yield ratio, volume shrinkage ratio and volume electrical resistivity of woodceramics were investigated. The results show that carbonization temperature has a significant effect on the microstructure of woodceramics.
