摘要:
铁路物流园作为全国物流运输体系的重要枢纽,对提升货物运输效率具有重要影响.为满足绿色低碳物流园区转型升级的发展要求,针对长沙铁路物流园布局存在的问题,应用灰色预测模型预测园区物流量并计算园区各功能区规模,采用SLP方法对各个功能区进行综合关系分析,通过Tompkins关系表得出功能区布局图,对铁路物流园区进行布局优化.结合"景观外观美学"、"生态自然"和"人类行为和景观"三元论的景观设计思想,对园区的停车区和行政区2部分软质景观进行设计,包括货车停放区绿化,打造生态停车场及行政区广场和步道的绿化布局,合理选择树种,兼顾生态与观赏的功能,起到低碳环保的效果,服务于人.运用Flexsim仿真软件对规划方案进行分析,验证布局的有效性,以达到布局合理化、景观人性化和运作高效化的目的.立足铁路物流园未来的发展趋势和要求,使优化后的布局能够更好地服务园区日常作业,为访客和入驻企业带来良好体验和印象,进一步改善园区整体形象.研究结果表明:在相同货运量情况下,优化后仓储区和作业区利用率有所提高,装卸作业空闲时间减少,设备空闲时间减少和园区能耗有所下降,拥堵率明显下降,货物周转效率提升,园区品牌形象得到塑造.

摘要:
创新性作为衡量研究生学位论文质量的核心要素,是研究生取得毕业和学位资格的重要依据.通过对硕士学位论文中创新要求与创新点类型的分析,采取多案例研究方法,设计案例分析框架和案例选择标准,选取不同创新点类型的学位论文作为样本,从创新点的发掘、 创新点的提炼、创新点的论证三个阶段对所选取的案例进行分析,总结出物流类硕士学位论文创新点形成路径的依赖模型.研究结果表明,在物流类硕士学位论文创新点形成过程的三个阶段中,不同类型创新点的形成过程会有所差异,且论文中创新点可以是多种类型相结合,其创新点三个阶段形成的"路径依赖模型"对指导一般硕士学位论文的撰写具有一定的可复制性和推广应用性.

两阶段木质托盘闭环供应链合作策略研究

【目的】随着物流业高速发展,托盘的应用范围迅速拓宽,其中木质托盘使用最为广泛,其大量消耗带来的问题也日益突出。对木质托盘的回收再利用进行管理一方面可以降低企业管理成本,履行企业社会责任,另一方面还可以有效节约森林资源,由此可见,构建绿色高效的木质托盘循环再利用系统十分必要且迫切,也是物流业突破发展困境,实现现代化发展的关键。【方法】在考虑政府补贴的情况下,针对由木质托盘制造企业(M)、木质托盘流通企业(R)、木质托盘使用企业和第三方回收企业(T)所构成的木质托盘闭环供应链(CLSC)系统,运用博弈论方法构建了两阶段下的木质托盘闭环供应链博弈模型,比较分析了4种不同合作策略(Model C、Model D、Model MR、Model MT)对木质托盘闭环供应链决策的影响。【结果】两阶段下木质托盘的销售价格、需求量、回收比例均在Model C下达到最优,Model C可以给木质托盘使用企业带来更多福利;随着木质托盘使用企业购买环保木质托盘意识程度提升,木质托盘的环保水平和需求量随之提高,且第一阶段下的环保水平高于第二阶段,两阶段中Model C和Model MR下木质托盘的环保水平始终优于Model D和Model MT;政府同时补贴木质托盘制造企业和木质托盘流通企业时,补贴木质托盘制造企业有助于更多地降低销售价格,提高木质托盘环保水平,对环保木质托盘市场的扩大和发展具有积极作用,而补贴第三方回收企业有利于提高木质托盘的回收比例,促进木材资源回收再利用;合作联盟策略下联盟整体总是可以获得更高的利润,且在提升联盟整体利润的同时也能提高木质托盘闭环供应链另一参与企业的利润。【结论】合理的政府补贴能有效地激励木质托盘闭环供应链上各企业投身于回收再制造活动,从而促进木质托盘闭环供应链的健康有序发展。合作战略联盟有助于实现企业的互利共赢,提升供应链竞争力,在由木质托盘制造企业(M)、木质托盘流通企业(R)、木质托盘使用企业(C)和第三方回收企业(T)组成的木质托盘CLSC系统中,木质托盘流通企业是木质托盘制造企业理想的战略合作伙伴。

摘要:
With the development of sensors, more and more multimodal data are accumulated, especially in biomedical and bioinformatics fields. Therefore, multimodal data analysis becomes very important and urgent. In this study, we combine multi-kernel learning and transfer learning, and propose a feature-level multi-modality fusion model with insufficient training samples. To be specific, we firstly extend kernel Ridge regression to its multi-kernel version under the lp-norm constraint to explore complementary patterns contained in multimodal data. Then we use marginal probability distribution adaption to minimize the distribution differences between the source domain and the target domain to solve the problem of insufficient training samples. Based on epilepsy EEG data provided by the University of Bonn, we construct 12 multi-modality & transfer scenarios to evaluate our model. Experimental results show that compared with baselines, our model performs better on most scenarios.

It is well known that stability, center-of-gravity balance, and concentrated-weight are key factors of the transportation safety. The reasonable formulation of the loading layout scheme ensures the safety of shipment based on fully utilizing the effective volume and load capacity of freight vehicles. This paper takes the railway mixed goods loading layout as the research object, considering the constraints such as goods loading center-of-gravity balance, the allowable moment of concentrated-weight, supporting and goods placement mode, and taking the maximum comprehensive utilization rates for both effective volume and load capacity of freight vehicle as the optimization objective, an optimization model of railway mixed goods balanced and anticoncentrated-weight loading layout considering stability is built. Additionally, this paper designs mixed goods classified and simple/general goods block composition methods. We improve the representation and selection of layout space, construct goods block selection algorithm based on the greedy d-step lookahead tree search and goods block evaluation function and propose a goods block placement strategy and update rules of layout space after goods block placement. An optimization algorithm of railway mixed goods balanced and anticoncentrated-weight load layout considering stability is designed. The results show that the formulated scheme not only ensures that the goods meet the full support constraints, but also the comprehensive utilization rate of the effective volume and load capacity of the vehicle is not less than 89%, and the probability of meeting the loading center-of-gravity balance and allowable moment of concentrated-weight are as high as 99% and 99.47%, respectively. The proposed method realizes the balanced and anticoncentrated-weight loading of railway mixed goods, ensures the safe, stable, and efficient goods loading, and provides decision support for the safe loading layout of railway goods. © 2022 Juan Wang et al.

成本分担契约下绿色供应链的环境标签策略选择研究

摘要:
考虑自贴与认证两种环境标签策略,研究由一个制造商与一个零售商构成的绿色供应链的环境标签策略选择问题,并进一步分析成本分担契约对绿色供应链决策的影响。研究表明,当消费者绿色意识或信任度提高时,制造商与零售商的绿色努力水平均会提升,但消费者绿色意识的增强对制造商并不是总是有利的,认证标签策略下制造商的利润会随消费者绿色意识的增加而下降;从标签选择来看,制造商总会倾向于选择自贴标签策略,尤其在制造商成本分担契约下可获得最高利润,但零售商在认证标签下的利润反而更高;从契约协调的效率来看,成本分担契约可以提高供应链的绿色努力水平,促使制造商利润与整个社会福利的增加,但对零售商的利润并不一定有利,尤其在认证标签策略下,成本分担契约将会失效,而在自贴标签策略下,零售商成本分担契约可以实现对供应链的协调;从社会总福利来看,只有在消费者环境意识、信任度以及认证成本均较高时,自贴标签策略下的社会福利会高于认证标签策略,否则认证标签策略会更优。

摘要:
For corporates, the performance evaluation of human resources is always a significant strategic activity based on cognitive information. This study aims to develop a novel decision-making method with the computation of cognitive information to make assessments of human resources. First, the cognitive information is described by means of linguistic neutrosophic numbers (LNNs) to capture aspects of indeterminacy and fuzziness. Then, as the Maclaurin symmetric mean (MSM) operators can reflect the interrelations among multiple inputs, several extended MSM operators are proposed to aggregate cognitive information in the linguistic neutrosophic environments. Meanwhile, some important properties of these operators are justified. Thereafter, a linguistic neutrosophic decision-making method based on MSM operators is introduced to address qualitative evaluation problems during cognitive processes. Finally, the validity of our method is revealed by presenting a case study of selecting the best employee in a company. Moreover, the advantages of the proposed method are highlighted by the discussion of the effect of the parameter existing in aggregation operators and the comparison with other methods. The results show that the proposed method is feasible and the study can provide guidelines for the performance evaluation and management of human resources. The utilization of LNNs enriches the expression of cognitive information. Cognitive computing is dedicated to researching a computing principle and method that can simulate the intelligence ability of human brain. Human emotion is the basic component of human cognitive activities. Electroencephalogram (EEG) computer signals obtained from a brain computer interface are difficult to conceal, and using machine learning methods to analyze EEG emotion is a hot topic in artificial intelligence. However, the EEG signal is non-stationary, making it difficult to select sufficient data from the same person to train a classifier for a subject. To promote the performance of emotion recognition methods, a multi-source domain transfer discriminative dictionary learning modeling (MDTDDL) is proposed in this study. The method integrates transfer learning and dictionary learning in a learning model, including the concepts of subspace learning, manifold smoothness, margin-based discriminant embedding, and large margin. The domain-specific transformation matrix projects EEG signals from various domains into the transfer subspace. The domain-invariant dictionary can find potential connections between multiple source domains and target domain. The manifold smoothness and margin-based discriminant embedding term further improve the model's learning ability. The alternating optimization technique is used in model solving to efficiently compute model parameters. Experiments on the SEED and DEAP datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of MDTDDL. © 2014 IEEE.

一、引言
(一)概述.医药冷链物流,是为保证冷藏药品、疫苗、IVD(体外诊断产品)等冷藏医药品的有效性而进行的产品从生产企业到消费者之间的流通全过程,涉及冷藏冷冻类、易腐类医药品在生产、加工、储藏、运输、配送、销售、使用等环节[1].我国冷链药品运输温度要求分为3个温度段:2-8℃、-20℃、-50℃,对于2-8℃的药品,如果运输时实际温度为0℃,就可判定为冷冻过度.而末端配送指药品配送的"最后一公里",由于基层配送人员对药品性质不够了解、忽视末端配送环节、运输设备简陋等原因,易产生漏洞.风险管理原则被用于许多业务领域,包括金融、制造业、保险、职业安全、公共卫生、药物警戒以及监管这些行业的机构.据观察,制药供应链运作期间的大多数风险都是由于流程、人员和职能管理不善造成的内部风险,可以通过适当的缓解战略来管理.

To investigate the energy-absorption characteristics of thin-walled metals and Nomex (R) honeycomb composite structures, Nomex (R) honeycombs with five different specifications were applied to anti-climbing energy absorbing devices. Based on compression tests on Nomex (R) honeycombs, the equivalent numerical model for honeycombs was verified. A finite element model (FEM) for anti-climbing energy absorbing devices was established in Hypermesh. On this basis, the effects of parameters of different honeycombs on absorbed energy of energy-absorbing structure were analysed through LS-DYNA. The results showed that the energy absorption capacity of the anti-climbing energy absorbing devices mainly depended on honeycomb and thin-walled tubes. A Type-2 model exhibited the highest energy absorption capacity, at about 362 kJ, ACT1-3.2-144 honeycomb and thin-walled tubes absorbed energies of 198 and 149 kJ, respectively, which accounted for more than 95% of the total energy absorbed by the whole structure. The results also revealed that the corresponding average buffer force (484 kN) and the maximum peak buffer force (1226 kN) of the Type-2 model were also much greater than those of the other four structures. The buffer force of the Type-2 model remained within 300 to 1000 kN.

随着数字经济时代的到来,农产品电商服务供应链的快速发展在很大程度上赋能予农,助力乡村振兴,然而还是存在发展局限。文中详细剖析了农产品电商服务供应链的发展现状,认为仍存在供应链能力服务协调水平低、供应链标准化程度低、信息流通过程不合理、综合型人才缺乏等问题,使得农产品电商服务供应链发展缓慢。为了发展农产品电商服务供应链,不仅要鼓励参与主体集成推进服务创新,瞄准多层级需求构建多元化供应链体系,推动全过程信息化实现,还要重视农产品电商服务供应链产学研合作与人才培养。

基于熵权TOPSIS法的油茶产业发展绩效评价

【目的】油茶是我国独有的高品质木本食用油料,是国家重点发展的战略性油脂产业,近年来油茶产业得到快速发展,规模不断扩大,但产业发展的综合效益远未达到预期,如何科学合理地评价油茶产业的综合绩效,是必须尽快解决的重大问题。本研究旨在构建油茶产业绩效评价的指标体系与模型,为科学合理地评价油茶产业绩效提供解决方案。【方法】结合油茶产业的特点,从政府投入、经济产出、社会绩效、生态绩效等4个方面选取11个评价指标,建立油茶产业发展的绩效评价指标体系,在此基础上构建了基于熵权法和TOPSIS法的绩效评价模型,以湖南省2010—2019年相关的统计数据为参考,对全省近10年的油茶产业发展绩效进行实证分析,验证指标体系的科学性和模型的有效性。【结果】实证分析的结果表明,构建的包含4个方面共11个评价指标的油茶产业发展绩效评价的指标体系是可行和合理的,从湖南省2010—2019年的油茶产业发展统计数据实证结果来看,全省油茶产业经历了较差—中级—优质的发展过程,但在2012—2013年出现回落现象;从各指标绩效水平分析,各类指标绩效水平大体呈现上升趋势,但对油茶产业发展的影响程度存在较大差异,生态绩效指标对油茶产业发展影响最大,其次是经济产出指标,政府投入及社会绩效指标影响程度较小。【结论】构建油茶产业发展绩效评价指标体系和评价模型,为全面评价油茶产业发展水平提供了理论指导,对于我国的油茶产业发展进行阶段性总结提供了新思路,有利于更好地指导油茶产业发展。在对油茶产业开展绩效评价的过程中,指标体系的选择和模型构建是十分重要的,它直接关系到绩效评价的精确性和合理性;将熵权法与TOPSIS法相结合有助于减少评价油茶产业发展绩效的主观性,使评价结果更加客观、公正、科学和合理,具有推广使用价值。

摘要:
Over the past decade, electric vehicles (EVs) have been considered in a growing number of models and methods for vehicle routing problems (VRPs). This study presents a comprehensive survey of EV routing problems and their many variants. We only consider the problems in which each vehicle may visit multiple vertices and be recharged during the trip. The related literature can be roughly divided into nine classes: Electric traveling salesman problem, green VRP, electric VRP, mixed electric VRP, electric location routing problem, hybrid electric VRP, electric dial-a-ride problem, electric two-echelon VRP, and electric pickup and delivery problem. For each of these nine classes, we focus on reviewing the settings of problem variants and the algorithms used to obtain their solutions.

近来,国家和地方政府均将"两网融合"作为工作重点,积极开展再生资源回收与生活垃圾分类清运体系的协同发展,重构传统生活性再生资源回收物流网络势在必行。将"两网融合"回收物流网络划分为"三类别四层级",以成本最小化为优化目标,构建"两网融合"网点选址模型;基于百度POI数据,利用Power Map和Tableau等地图可视化工具对长沙市"两网融合"相关网点数据进行挖掘,同时通过爬取社区地理区位、辖内小区位置、户数、常住人口数等相关人口数据和POI数据,采用K-means聚类选址方法对长沙市"两网融合"回收物流二级和三级网络进行选址,并以长沙市开福区为例进行说明。
