摘要:
This paper aim at the actuality that the natural sand lacks, the porosity of manufacture sand is less than the natural sand's, and the particles' shapes and graduations of manufacture sand are worse than the natural sand's, which affects the quality and properties of mixes. It has researched on the working performance, mechanics properties and enduring properties of concrete with manufacture sand through a lot of experiments. Some high efficiency water reducing agent and fly ash have been added into this concrete in order to eliminate the disadvantage of manufacture sand and promote concrete performance. The results of many tests indicate that all properties of concrete with manufacture sand are better than natural sand. It can completely meet the request of construction and can be used to pre-mix concrete.

摘要:
In order to solve the deformation problem of Liquidambar formosana wood as solid wood products, it is very essential for Liquidambar formosana wood to be modified so as to increase its dimensional stability. In the study, polyethylene glycol is used to modify Liquidambar formosana wood to increase dimensional stability.Generally speaking, under the conditions of PEG concentration to 8%, soaking time 12 hours and heating temperature of 60℃, we can obtain satisfactory results. It is great significant to makes full use of low-grade Liquidambar formosana wood.

In the age of knowledge economy,the talent is the most valuable resource. The important aspects of improving organizational efficiency and enhancing organizational vitality include: how to manage persons reasonably and effectively,and how to choose talents. For the management of the human capital,first we should have the method and standard for the appraisal before we begin to evaluate the hum-an capital. This paper aims to study the application of fuzzy comprehensive appraisal in human capital evaluation of logistics enterprises through introducing the present method of human capital evaluation as well as the special nature of human capital.

摘要:
Wood is widely used as the materials for architecture, furniture and interor decoration. However, the conflagration is so serious that the fire retardant treatment has become urgent for wood materials. As more and more stress is laid on health and environment protection, fire retardant develops toward low toxicity and smoke suppression. In order to explore a low-toxic and highly-efficient fire retarding treatment technology, Eucalyptus.sp. and Choerospondias axillaris(Roxb.) wood were chosen as experiment materials, and a low-toxic fire-retardant solution consisting of dicyandiamide, phosphoric acid, boric acid, and triethanolamine was applied. The influence factors including concentration(A), temperature(B), pressure(C), soaking time(D) were investigated with orthogonal method, and TG and DSC evaluation were conducted. What's more, the oxygen index and smoke density were measured to seek for the best treatment technique. The results are as follows: ①On the one hand, FRW itself contains no heavy metal, formaldehyde or any other toxic substance, therefore, it won't pollute the environment or hazard people's health when in use. On the other hand, barely smoke or toxic gas generate during the pyrolysis process of the wood treated with fire retardant. Therefore, FSW is a low-toxic fire retardant. In addition, it also has good fire retardant properties. ② The best production condition for Eucalyptus sp. was A3B3C1D2, and the best production condition for Choerospondias axillaris (Roxb.) was A3B3C3D1.

Using reduced-basis method (RBM), design parameters are needed to be separated from the linear elastic operators (stiffness matrix, mass matrix, and loads), which is time-consuming. So, an improved reduced-basis method -inversion reduced-basis method (INVRBM) is introduced to calculate the lower order natural frequencies and mode shapes of structure. In this method, the computing process of design parameters separated from the linear elastic operators is simplified. At the same time, results from INVRBM are accurate, and the error estimation is done. In this paper, a truck frame is taken as an example, frequencies and mode shapes from INVRBM are obtained, and error bounds are also got. Comparing with results from the finite element method, INVRBM can obtain accurate results very fast, can also estimate error bound efficiently.

摘要:
On the basis of a series of laboratory tests on Nanning unsaturated remodelled expansive soil using stress-controlled direct shear instrument, the paper discusses non-linear rheological characteristics of the expansive soil. The results show attenuation creep for the soil under the stress level below 25.5kPa; while obvious non-linear accelerating creeps are measured under the stress level over 25.5kPa. It also indicates that the higher the moisture contents, the more significant the rheological characteristics of soil present; the greater the vertical stress, the faster the deformation rates of soil would be. The creep curves of soil obtained by tests well agree with Burgers model, from which the corresponding constitutive equation and the creep equation would be established.
