The link failure due to the secondary users exiting the licensed channels when primary users reoccupy the licensed channels is very important in cognitive wireless mesh networks (CWMNs). A multipath routing and spectrum allocation algorithm based on channel interference and reusability with Quality of Service (QoS) constraints in CWMNs (MRIR) was proposed. Maximizing the throughput and the acceptance ratio of the wireless service is the objective of the MRIR. First, a primary path of resource conservation with QoS constraints was constructed, then, a resource conservation backup path based on channel interference and reusability with QoS constraints was constructed. The MRIR algorithm contains the primary path routing and spectrum allocation algorithm, and the backup path routing and spectrum allocation algorithm. The simulation results showed that the MRIR algorithm could achieve the expected goals and could achieve a higher throughput and acceptance ratio.

Aiming at improving product quality continually, we proposed an association rules mining system (ARMS) based on idea of PDCA cycling. Data warehouse is very useful for integrating heterogeneous database. Therefore, this paper designed a data warehouse platform as process data exchange module in ARMS. The role of data warehouse platform module is to integrate XML with enterprise process for realizing process data exchange among departments. In design of data warehosue, this paper chooses three-tier data warehouse structure and snowflake schema for indicating the complex relation between process data.

Customer demand is the driving force behind the development of enterprises. It is the core of mass customization production mode that access to customer demand information, analysis and management. Questionnaire is an important way to get customer demand. This paper presents a design of closed-end questionnaire about electric bicycle which has two characteristics: (1) highlighted the access to subject features of customer. (2)The numerical answers will be processed using fuzzy logic.
摘要:
Online mining of frequent closed itemsets over streaming data is one of the most important issues in mining data streams. In this paper, we proposed a novel sliding window based algorithm. The algorithm exploits lattice properties to limit the search to frequent close itemsets which share at least one item with the new transaction. Experiments results on synthetic datasets show that our proposed algorithm is both time and space efficient.

In recent years, many application systems have generate large quantities of data, so it is no longer practical to rely on traditional database technique to analyze these data. Data mining offers tools for extracting knowledge from data, leading to significant improvement in the decision-making process. Association rules mining is one of the most important data mining technology. The paper first presents the basic concept of association rule mining, then discuss a few different types of association rules mining including multi-level association rules, multidimensional association rules, weighted association rules, multi-relational association rules, fuzzy association rules.

Data streams are continuous, unbounded and coming with high speed which put forward a strong challenge against traditional association rules mining algorithms. In this paper, we give a comprehensive summary on association rules mining algorithm from three side including single-pass scanning algorithm, data processing model, memory optimization. At last, we discuss the main problems and future research directions.

Aiming at improving product quality continually, this paper proposed an association rules mining system (ARMS) based on idea of PDCA cycling. ARMS have the function of resolving problems coordinately which can integrate process parameters in various distributed processes and discover the relationship between process parameters and product quality feature. The framework of ARMS is composed of three main modules: data warehouse platform module, association rules mining module, association rules optimizing module.

Aiming at the problem that most of weighted association rules mining algorithms have not the anti-monotonicity, this paper presents a weighted support-confidence framework which supports anti-monotonicity. On this basis, weighted boolean association rules mining algorithm and weighted fuzzy association rules mining algorithm are presented, which use pruning strategy of Apriori algorithm so that improve the efficiency of frequent itemsets generated. Experimental results show that both algorithms have good performance.
摘要:
No single network management methodology is likely to satisfy the diverse needs of today's networks in order to maintain a desirable level of quality of service-based performance. In this paper, we present ongoing work where we are developing a framework that can provide distributed, adaptive, and automated network management for today's complex networks. Our model is based on the use of intelligent agents where data are correlated and analyzed through the use of semantic and statistical models, and control decisions are made at both local and global levels from a quality of service perspective. A simulation model of a wireless network is also in development that utilizes our approach to network management. Rather, an integrated approach consisting of a combination of methodologies is needed that can respond to events of different time scales that can occur in large heterogeneous networks.

The purpose of this research project was to design, implement, and evaluate a prototype underwater positioning system which extends the reach of the terrestrial Global Positioning System (GPS) underwater. The key operating characteristics of the UGPS are investigated both experimentally and through the analysis of a model describing the entire UGPS. Employing the prototype UGPS, a series of sea-trials were performed that provides essential design data for developing the next version of the system.
