摘要:
A numerical investigation on natural convection heat transfer in a 2-dimensional enclosure heated from below has been conducted with mieroencapsulated phase change material (PCM) slurries. The microencapsulated PCM slurry exhibits pseudoplastic non-Newtonian fluid behavior and has a peak value in the specific heat capacity. The viscosity of the slurry is assumed to follow the Ostwald-de Wade power law fluid model with the power-law index n and the consistency coefficient K. Both dynamic and heat transfer characteristics arc discussed on Rayleigh-Benard natural convection. Characteristics on natural convection heat transfer have been numerically investigated for different value of the width-height aspect ratio of the enclosure. According to the comparison of the two kinds of fluid with PCM and without PCM, the start of natural convection is earlier for the fluid with PCM.

The article mainly discusses the application situation on the solar energy wood drying in China, and summarizes its advantages and problems in the real application. Because solar energy is low in thermal density, intermittent, and it is affected by weather, these have very big limitation to use solar energy in the actual production process. Based on these, it is introduced that the advantages of thermal energy storage technology in wood drying process of solar energy, the main application modes and the actual application status. It summarizes the major thermal energy storage materials and their basic characteristics, discusses the application prospect and the importance on the latent heat storage technology in wood drying.

For obtaining higher quality casting, the lost foam casting is used to produce reaper underpan. While the raw materials are selected, the fireproof coating and sand are chosen well, the sand box is designed according to the technology, pouring system is calculated, under the above operation strictly, such as air hole can be avoided.

For getting higher quality and octahedron shape product Co3O4, the article studies precursor baked temperature, baked temperature route, baked condition affecting on apparent density, then points out obtaining octahedron shape Co3O4 technology. Test shows if the practice is accorded to the technology strictly, demanding standard Co3O4 can be obtained.

This experiment is performed to investigate heat transfer characteristics with the PCM microcapsule slurry in a solid phase state at a horizontal rectangular enclosure heating from below and cooling from top. Some important parameters are taken into account such as the mass concentration of the PCM, the temperature difference between heating plate and cooling plate, Nusselt number Nu, Rayleigh number Ra and the aspect ratio (width/height) of the horizontal rectangular enclosure. Experiment is done under the thermal steady condition in the PCM microcapsule slurry. Heat transfer coefficient is measured under various temperature differences in PCM mass concentrations of 10% and 20%. And relationship with Nusselt number Nu and Rayleigh number Ra is summarized to various heights H or the aspect ratio (width/height) Ar of enclosure.

As one of the chinese special product, it is very important for further machining of camellia oleifera fruit. The paper points out the fruit volume and density distribution, the specific heat capacity is about 2.1 similar to 2.5J/g degrees C. Under the microwave effect, the relation of critical fracture strength factor to rigidity has been calculated K-1c(2)= (1.1 similar to 9.8) *10(3)E. Practice and theory show that natural shape results the cracks locating the most raised parts of camellia oleifera fruit; Because the fibrous structure is the most weakness, the first cracking point is the fruit natural bottom.
