肥料调控强化象草对重度Cd污染农田修复效果

摘要:
象草(Pennisetum purpureum Schumach.)因适应能力强、生长迅速和生物量大,且具有一定的经济效益,在重金属污染土壤植物修复中有很好的应用前景.通过田间试验,研究不同肥料(有机肥、复合肥和追施氮肥)联合施用强化象草修复重度Cd污染农田的效果.结果表明: ①不同肥料调控处理降低了土壤pH值,提高了土壤有机质含量,根际土壤总Cd含量较修复前降低了8.3%~ 23.3%,土壤有效态Cd含量较对照降低了11.7%~ 34.6%; ②不同肥料调控处理显著促进了象草生长和对Cd的吸收累积,象草地上部生物量增加29.2%~ 368.2%,象草Cd总累积量增加了37.8%~ 283.9%,其中有机肥+复合肥+追施氮肥处理(F_3N)象草Cd总累积量达到了145.48 g·hm~(-2); ③不同肥料联合对提高象草Cd累积量的效果为:有机肥+复合肥+追施氮肥>有机肥+复合肥>单一复合肥.因此,在重度Cd污染农田植物修复中,肥料调控可以强化象草对土壤中Cd的富集移除效果,进而加快对污染农田的修复.

摘要:
The practical application of in situ remediation techniques requires an understanding of the dynamic changes in soil enzyme activity as indicators of soil fertility and health. Experiments were carried out in paddy soils co-contaminated with cadmium (Cd) and arsenic (As) at low (L) and high (H) levels. A calcium and iron (Ca[sbnd]Fe)-based amendment (limestone + iron powder + silicon fertilizer + calcium‑magnesium-phosphate fertilizer) was applied to the soil at concentrations of 0, 450, and 900 g·m−2 (labeled CK, T1, and T2, respectively), and sampling was conducted at the tillering (TS), booting (BS), filling (FS), and mature (MS) stages. In soil L, urease activity increased significantly by 15.8% under T1 treatment at the MS, catalase activity increased significantly under T2 treatment by 52.4% at the FS and 25.9% at the MS, and acid phosphatase activity increased significantly by 50.1%–65.9% at the TS. For soil H, urease activity increased by maximum values of 101.6% and 28.6% at the FS and MS, respectively. Catalase activity increased by 29.0% at the MS under T2 treatment, and acid phosphatase activity increased by maximum values of 40.5%, 16.0%, and 53.9% at the BS, FS, and MS, respectively. The results indicate that the changes in soil enzyme activity were mainly related to the rice growth stage, soil pH, and available Cd and As after the application of Ca-Fe-based amendment. Overall, at the FS and MS, the amendment increased the soil pH, soil enzyme activity, and cation exchange capacity and reduced the available Cd and As, which reduced the Cd and As contents in brown rice. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
Metal oxide-modified biochar showed excellent adsorption performance in wastewater treatment. Iron nitrate and potassium permanganate were oxidative modifiers through which oxygen-containing groups and iron–manganese oxides could be introduced into biochar. In this study, iron–manganese (Fe–Mn) oxide-modified biochar (BC-FM) was synthesized using rice straw biochar, and the adsorption process, removal effect, and the mechanism of cadmium (Cd) adsorption on BC-FM in wastewater treatment were explored through batch adsorption experiments and characterization (SEM, BET, FTIR, XRD, and XPS). Adsorption kinetics showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of BC-FM for Cd(II) was 120.77 mg/g at 298 K, which was approximately 1.5–10 times the amount of adsorption capacity for Cd(II) by potassium-modified or manganese-modified biochar as mentioned in the literature. The Cd(II) adsorption of BC-FM was well fit by the pseudo-second-order adsorption and Langmuir models, and it was a spontaneous and endothermic process. Adsorption was mainly controlled via a chemical adsorption mechanism. Moreover, BC-FM could maintain a Cd removal rate of approximately 50% even when reused three times. Cd(II) capture by BC-FM was facilitated by coprecipitation, surface complexation, electrostatic attraction, and cation-π interaction. Additionally, the loaded Fe–Mn oxides also played an important role in the removal of Cd(II) by redox reaction and ion exchange in BC-FM. The results suggested that BC-FM could be used as an efficient adsorbent for treating Cd-contaminated wastewater. © 2022 Elsevier Ltd

摘要:
This study prepared iron-manganese oxide-modified biochar (FM-BC) by impregnating rice straw biochar (BC) with a mixed solution of ferric nitrate and potassium permanganate. The effects of pH, FM-BC dosage, interference of coexisting ions, adsorption time, incipient Pb(II) concentration, and temperature on the adsorption of Pb(II) by FM-BC were investigated. Moreover, the Pb(II) adsorption mechanism of FM-BC was analyzed using a series of characterization techniques. The results showed that the Fe-Mn oxide composite modification significantly promoted the physical and chemical functions of the biochar surface and the adsorption capacity of Pb(II). The specific surface area of FM-BC was 18.20 times larger than that of BC, and the maximum Pb(II) adsorption capacity reached 165.88 mg/g. Adsorption kinetic tests showed that the adsorption of Pb(II) by FM-BC was based on the pseudo-second-order kinetic model, which indicated that the adsorption process was mainly governed by chemical adsorption. The isothermal adsorption of Pb(II) by FM-BC conformed to the Langmuir model, indicating that the adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic. Characterization analyses (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) showed that the adsorption mechanism of Pb(II) by FM-BC was mainly via electrostatic adsorption, chemical precipitation, complexation, ion exchange, and the transformation of Mn2O3 into MnO2. Therefore, FM-BC is a promising adsorbent for Pb(II) removal from wastewater.

通过温室盆栽试验,研究多元复合调理剂(石灰石、铁粉、硅肥和钙镁磷肥,简称LISP)对土壤基本理化性质、Cd和As的生物有效性和微生物群落结构的影响.结果表明,LISP可改变土壤基本理化性质,降低土壤有效态Cd和As含量,并改变土壤微生物群落结构.在0.4%的LISP添加下,土壤pH值、有效磷和总磷含量较CK处理分别显著(P< 0.05)提高0.57单位、130.6%和18.38%,同时土壤有效态Cd和As含量较对照分别显著(P< 0.05)降低21.76%和16.39%.高通量测序结果表明,添加LISP可维持污染土壤中正常微生物群落的多样性和丰富度,而显著改变土壤微生物群落的组成和结构,其中厚壁菌门、放线菌门和浮霉菌门等门水平物种的相对丰度增加,而绿弯菌门、酸杆菌门和疣微菌门等门水平物种的相对丰度降低.冗余分析和Mantel检验分析表明,土壤pH值、有效磷以及有效态Cd和As含量是影响土壤微生物群落结构的主要环境因子.上述结果表明,LISP是一种有效的、生态安全的调理剂用于农田土壤Cd和As污染土壤修复.

摘要:
选取湖南省长沙市北山镇某中重度Cd污染稻田进行田间试验,通过连续种植早晚两季水稻,研究了组配改良剂LS(石灰石+海泡石),同时结合土施Zn肥和叶面喷施Zn肥对水稻Cd吸收的影响.结果表明:(1)施用LS (2 250 kg·hm-2和4 500kg·hm-2)的各处理均能使早、晚稻土壤pH值增加0.28~1.26个单位,土壤CEC增加7.7%~33.4%,而土施Zn肥(90kg·hm-2)和叶面喷施Zn肥(0.2 g·L-1和0.4 g·L-1)对土壤pH值无明显影响.(2)基施LS的各处理能使早、晚稻土壤中TCLP和CaCl2提取态Cd含量分别降低11.5%~38.8%和24.0%~81.0%,土施Zn肥和叶面喷施Zn肥对土壤Cd两种提取态含量无明显影响.(3)单一处理均能显著降低糙米Cd含量,但降低效果均不如联合处理,组配改良剂LS联合Zn肥的处理(L1Z1F1、L1Z1F2、L2Z1F1和L2Z1F2)使早稻和晚稻糙米Cd含量分别降低64.9%~67.5%和56.1%~80.6%,其中L2Z1F1 (4 500kg·hm-2的LS+90 kg·hm-2的Zn肥+叶面喷施0.2 g·L-1的Zn肥)处理效果最佳.(4)各处理下水稻各部位Cd/Zn比显著降低,糙米中Cd/Zn比值与Cd含量呈极显著正线性相关,说明各部位中Zn含量的增加是稻米Cd含量显著降低的关键原因之一.组配改良剂联合Zn肥修复技术能有效阻隔水稻对Cd的吸收和转运,降低水稻糙米Cd含量,是一种能有效实现中重度Cd污染稻田安全利用的技术模式.

为研究三元复合调理剂(石灰石+硅藻土+硫酸铁,LDF)对稻田土壤Cd和As赋存形态及水稻糙米Cd和As累积的影响,开展水稻盆栽试验.LDF按质量比设置7个施用水平(0、0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0、8.0和16.0 g·kg-1),种植2种水稻(黄华占和T优272).结果表明:(1)施用LDF分别提高黄华占和T优272根际土壤p H 0.01~0.42和0.11~0.54单位,降低土壤交换态Cd含量11.1%~61.1%和26.5%~52.9%,同时降低土壤交换态As含量8.2%~60.0%和5.6%~49.9%;(2)施用LDF能促进Cd、As向难溶态的转变,尽管2种水稻根际变化趋势不一致,但都可降低土壤Cd的酸可提取态占比,而增大铁锰结合态、有机结合态和残渣态占比,同时可降低As的交换态占比,而增大钙结合态占比;(3)LDF的施用能降低根表铁膜中Cd、As和Fe含量而增大Mn含量,Mn的最大增幅可达124.2%;(4)LDF施用下2种水稻糙米中Cd含量最大降低64.6%和65.9%,总As含量最大降低37.0%和42.5%,对无机As含量影响不显著.LDF施用量在2~16 g·kg-1水平时,T优272糙米中Cd和无机As含量同时低于0.2 mg·kg-1,而黄华占仅在16 g·kg-1水平时,糙米中Cd和无机As含量同时低于0.2 mg·kg-1.在实际农业生产过程中,可根据土壤Cd和As污染程度和水稻品种确定LDF施用量.

为了研究Cd污染稻田中施加有机肥在土壤分解释放的微量元素与Cd的相互关系,通过水稻田间试验,测定施用有机肥(0、7.5 g/kg、15 g/kg、30 g/kg)后水稻3个生育期(分蘖盛期、灌浆期、成熟期)土壤微量元素、Cd的酸可提取态质量比及成熟期水稻各部位(根系、茎、叶、谷壳、糙米)中Ca、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、P、Zn元素质量比,并分析它们在水稻不同生育期土壤-水稻系统中的变化规律和相关关系。结果表明:有机肥的施用显著降低了3个水稻生育期土壤酸可提取态Cd质量比,不同程度增加了土壤酸可提取态Ca、K、Mg、P质量比。除Fe质量比有明显上升的趋势外,随水稻生育期延长,土壤Cd和其他微量元素酸可提取态质量比均无明显变化。施用有机肥显著增加了水稻根系中Cd、Fe、K、Mg、P质量比,茎中P质量比,叶中K、Mg、P、Zn质量比和谷壳中K、P、Zn质量比。水稻茎和叶中Ca质量比、糙米中Mn质量比在有机肥处理下出现显著下降。水稻3个生育期土壤酸可提取态Cd质量比与酸可提取态P、Mg质量比均存在不同程度的负相关关系,施加有机肥后土壤中P与Mg质量比的增加均有利于抑制土壤中Cd活性。除水稻糙米外,水稻各部位Cd与Zn质量比均呈现显著或极显著正相关关系,这表明Zn与Cd在水稻各部位均存在一定的协同关系。总之,施用有机肥增加了水稻对微量元素的摄取,能通过各元素与Cd之间的竞争、协同、拮抗等过程,有利于降低Cd在土壤-水稻系统中的迁移转运。

摘要:
选取湖南省浏阳市某Cd污染稻田进行田间试验,研究组配改良剂石灰石+海泡石(LS)、基施硅肥及叶面喷施硅肥对Cd污染稻田修复效果,结果表明:(1)基施硅肥90kg/hm~2和叶面喷施硅肥(0.2,0.4g/L)对土壤pH值无明显影响,添加LS(2250,4500kg/hm~2)的各处理均显著提高土壤pH值(P<0.05).(2)基施硅肥90kg/hm~2分别降低土壤交换态、毒性特征浸出(TCLP)提取态Cd含量20.0%和18.5%,叶面喷施硅肥对土壤Cd两种提取态含量无明显影响,添加LS的各处理(2250,4500kg/hm~2)分别使土壤交换态、TCLP提取态Cd含量降低25.8%~49.9%、26.4%~44.5%.(3)3种单一技术措施均能明显降低水稻各部位Cd含量,但降低糙米中Cd含量的效果低于3种技术措施的组合处理;“组配改良剂LS+基施硅肥+叶面喷施硅肥”各处理(JL1F1、JL1F2、JL2F1、 JL2F2)使水稻糙米中Cd含量降低25.6%~70.5%.(4)“组配改良剂LS+基施硅肥+叶面喷施硅肥”的组合技术处理能显著降低土壤中Cd的有效性,显著降低水稻各部位中Cd含量,其中JL2F2处理效果最佳,能使对照糙米Cd含量从0.66mg/kg降低到0.19mg/kg,实现中重度Cd污染稻田的水稻安全生产.

摘要:
为论证4种土壤改良剂对土壤交换态Cd和As的影响,将其施加于Cd、As复合污染土壤中,设置施加浓度均为0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0 g·kg-1,研究4种改良剂同步钝化Cd和As的效果.结果表明:(1)与对照相比,0.5~4.0 g·kg-1的改良剂LSA1、LSA2、LS能分别提高土壤pH值0.11~0.44、0.01~0.22、0.38~0.84个单位,而改良剂A则降低土壤pH值0.02~0.54个单位.(2)LSA1、LSA2、LS能降低土壤交换态Cd含量,使土壤交换态Cd较对照分别降低5.9% ~26.5%、3.0% ~23.3%和15.0% ~50.0%.(3)LSA1、LSA2、LS和A使土壤交换态As含量分别降低34.3%、28.6%、5.7% ~40.0%和2.9% ~45.7%.(4)改良剂LSA1与LS均能够实现土壤Cd和As的同步钝化.

水稻不同生育期对As的吸收累积差异明显.为研究水稻糙米As累积的关键生育期,明确不同生育期吸收累积As对糙米As累积的贡献,本研究通过水培试验,分别在水稻分蘖期(30 d) 、拔节期(16 d) 、孕穗期(13 d) 、灌浆期(17 d) 、蜡熟期(15 d) 、成熟期(13 d)和全生育期(104 d)添加外源As,及不添加外源As处理作为对照CK.结果表明:①不同生育期As胁迫对水稻植株生物量有显著影响,与对照CK相比,单一时期As胁迫处理中仅分蘖期As胁迫处理下植株生物量增加,其他处理均降低,其中孕穗期As胁迫处理最低,所有单一时期As胁迫处理植株生物量均高于全生育时期As胁迫下植株生物量; ②6个单一时期As胁迫处理糙米中As含量均高于对照CK糙米中As含量,范围为0.08 ~ 0.24 mg·kg ~(- 1),其中孕穗期As胁迫处理糙米As含量最高,为全生育时期As胁迫处理糙米As含量的64.9%; ③6个单一时期As胁迫处理糙米As的累积量均高于对照CK,范围为1.4 ~ 4.5 μg·株~(- 1),其中孕穗期As胁迫处理糙米As累积量最高,其次是灌浆期,而全生育时期As胁迫处理糙米As累积量为5.7 μg·株~(- 1),高于所有单一时期As胁迫处理糙米As的累积量; ④水稻孕穗期累积的As对水稻成熟期糙米中As累积量的相对贡献率最大,为40.3%,其次为灌浆期,相对贡献率为26.0%,孕穗期和灌浆期是水稻成熟期糙米As累积的关键生育期.

为研究富硅材料谷壳灰(HA)对稻田土壤Cd、As生物有效性及糙米中Cd、As累积的影响,以稻壳为原料制备中性HA(总硅量6.26×10~5 mg·kg~(-1)), 开展水稻盆栽试验.HA按质量比设置4个添加水平(0、0.5%、1%、2%), 种植3种水稻(黄华占、湘晚籼13、隆优4945). 研究结果表明: ①在土壤Cd总量为2.30 mg·kg~(-1)、As总量为90.45 mg·kg~(-1)的复合污染土壤中,HA施用后,与对照相比,土壤Cd的TCLP提取态、CaCl2提取态及酸可提取态含量呈现不同程度的降低,分别降低了7.8%~ 18.7%、7.4%~ 18.7%、0.9%~ 16.7%;土壤As的交换态和TCLP提取态含量也有降低,分别降低了6.1%~ 47.1%、4.3%~ 26.7%.②HA施用可促进土壤中酸可提取态Cd向难溶态Cd的转变,水稻湘晚籼13、隆优4945根际土壤残渣态Cd含量分别增大9.8%~ 23.5%、5.9%~ 28.1%;土壤中As主要以残渣态存在,HA的施用对土壤专性吸附As含量有增大效应.③ HA施用能够降低糙米中Cd和无机As含量,施用0.5%~ 2% HA能使水稻隆优4945和湘晚籼13糙米Cd含量降低到0.2 mg·kg~(-1)以下,施用2% HA能使黄华占糙米无机As含量降低到0.2 mg·kg~(-1)以下.施用HA能够有效降低土壤Cd、As生物有效性和糙米Cd、As含量,同时增大土壤有效Si含量,有利于提高土壤质量.

摘要:
Planting sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam.) instead of rice in the area contaminated with heavy metals is one of the measures to ensure people's health and agricultural economy. Therefore, it is important to screen the low accumulation cultivars of sweet potato and to find out the concentration rule of cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) in edible parts along with the associated health risks to humans. A field experiment was performed with fourteen of three main types (starch, purple, and edible-type) of sweet potato cultivars grown on farmland polluted with Cd and Pb in eastern Hunan Province, China. The Cd and Pb concentrations in the sweet potato tissues as well as the yield were measured. The yield of the shoot and tuberous root of the fourteen sweet potato cultivars ranged from 14.59 to 68.57 and 26.35–50.76 t ha−1 with mean values of 33.09 and 33.46 t ha−1, respectively. Compared with purple and edible-type cultivars, the starch-type cultivar had lower Cd and Pb concentrations in the flesh, but higher in the shoot. The Cd and Pb concentrations in the flesh of cultivars Shangshu 19, Sushu 24, Yushu 98, and Xiangshu 98 were lower than MCL provided in Chinese National Food Safety Standards GB2762-2017. Based on the hazard index (HI), the consumption of sweet potato flesh is lower health risk, while shoots pose a greater health risk to local people and Cd is the main cause of the risk. As a result, sweet potato cultivars Shangshu 19, Sushu 24, Yushu 98 and Xiangshu 98 can be plant in serve Cd and Pb contaminated soils with the advantages of easy cultivation, high yield and economic benefits without stopping agricultural production. © 2020 Elsevier Inc.
