摘要:
To improve the structure and basic performance, carbon fibre-reinforced woodceramics with a laminated structure were prepared by using liquefied wood and carbon powder as matrix materials and carbon fibre as a reinforcing material through structure and process designs with the establishment of a unit structure model thereof. Basic performance tests indicated that the sintering temperature and content of liquefied wood played important roles. The apparent density first reduced, later increased and then decreased with increasing sintering temperature; the apparent porosity decreased with increasing liquefied wood content. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the woodceramics presented a clear laminated structure and tight joints between glassy carbon (GC) and the embedded carbon fibres. There was an interface layer found between the amorphous carbon and GC. Meanwhile, it still partially retained the natural structural characteristics of wood. Raman spectrum detection verified that raising the sintering temperature could increase the number of graphite crystallites and the orderliness of their arrangement. Transmission electron microscopy showed that the specimens formed at higher temperatures presented clear lattice fringes. In addition, the laminated structure and the application of reinforced carbon fibre greatly enhanced the bending strength, elastic modulus, and fracture toughness.

摘要:
Tannin was extracted from wild persimmon leaves (Diospyros kaki L.f ) using the ultrasonic-assisted semi-bionic approach. Infrared spectrum analysis showed that tannins from wild persimmon leaves contain many proanthocyanidin-like substances with 3-O-gallate acyl structure. Free radical scavenging capacity assay showed that the ultrasonic-assisted semi-bionic approach can improve the scavenging activity of tannins on radicals, including OH, DPPH and ABTS+. The half maximal inhibitory concentration values were reduced by 0.62, 0.116 and 1.19 mg mL-1, respectively, compared with the water reflux extraction method. Experimental results of orthogonal optimization showed that the tannin extraction quantity can reach 226.8 mg g-1, which was much higher than the sample obtained without ultrasonic assistance under the following experimental conditions: pH values of 1.8, 7.5 and 8.4, respectively; 50 % solvent mass fraction; 35 min extraction time; 50 °C extraction temperature; 300 W ultrasonic power and 30 KHz ultrasonic frequency. These results suggested that this method could increase the activity and extraction yield of tannins.

Furfural was prepared through the combined hydrolysis of rice hull with cellulase and SO42--TiO2 clay solid acid. An optimization analysis of the key factors was carried out with the methods of orthogonal experimentation and response surface analysis. The orthogonal experiment result of enzymolysis showed that the average pentose content was 17.54 g L-1 under the following conditions i.e., granularity of raw materials, 120 grit; solid-to-liquid ratio, 1:13; zymohydrolysis temperature, 55 degrees C; enzymolysis time, 8 h and amount of enzyme solution, 30 U g(-1) dry rice hull powder. The response surface analysis of the preparation of furfural with solid acid showed that the yield of furfural was 70.87 % under a reaction temperature of 152 degrees C, reaction time of 125 min and 6.1 % of solid acid. Compared with the technology that does not use cellulase hydrolysis, the yield of furfural was increased by 18.41 %.

Ultrasound-enhanced supercritical CO 2 was used to extract the essential oil of masson pine. The extraction technology was optimized through orthogonal experiments. The results showed that a good outcome can be achieved with an extraction pressure of 18 MPa, a temperature of 60 °C, a time of 90 min, a CO 2 flow rate of 12 kg h -1, an ultrasonic power of 250 W and an ultrasonic frequency of 22 KHz. Using these parameters, the average yield of essential oil was 88.12 %. GC-MS analysis showed that the ingredient with the highest content of 44.42 % was longifolene in the essential oil of masson pine wood, followed by a-pinene and caryophyllene, with contents of 28.17 and 6.03 %, respectively.

Biomorphous SiC/Si porous ceramics with laminated structure are prepared from beech veneer and phenolic resin. The preparation involves carbonization under vacuum and reaction with melted silicon to obtain the biomorphous carbide template. X-ray diffraction confirms that the biomorphous SiC/Si porous ceramics are mainly composed of beta-SiC, free silicon and residual carbon. Scanning election microscopy observations indicate a laminated structure and 1-10 mu m microporous structures, which suggest retention of the native characteristics of the wood. This paper examines mechanical properties of the final composite in relation to the lamination, porous structure, and free silicon content. The bending strength of the ceramics decreases as the apparent porosity increases. The fracture toughness increases initially with apparent density and then decreases. The fracture toughness load-displacement curve presents a step-like pattern, which suggests that the laminated SiC/Si porous ceramics have high fracture toughness. (C) 2011 Elsevier Ltd.
