In the process of slope protection, it takes some time for the root system of plants to grow. Before the plant root system forms a developed root system, its reinforcement function cannot be exerted, and the stability of the slope cannot be effectively guaranteed. Aiming at the deficiency of plant slope protection technology, a new structural form of combined support of living stumps and bamboo anchors is put forward in this paper. Two groups of slope model tests with or without bamboo anchor and timber frame beam support are established. Through experiments, the variation law of axial force and bending of bamboo anchor under the condition of bamboo anchor and timber frame beam support is summarized, and the influence of the bamboo anchor and timber frame beam support on slope displacement and slope deformation is compared and analyzed. The relevant conclusions are summarized as follows: (1) The bamboo anchor in the slope is a kind of "tension–compression–bending composite member" with tension as the main function. Under the load on the top of the slope, the axial force and bending moment of the anchor on the top of the slope are significantly greater than that of anchors in the middle and toe of the slope. (2) Compared with the slope without bamboo anchor and timber frame beam support, the displacement of the slope with bamboo anchor and timber frame beam support is smaller, which has obvious supporting effect on the middle of slope. (3) The settlement depth on the top of the slope with bamboo anchor and timber frame beam support is less than that of the slope without bamboo anchor and timber frame beam support, and the slope has no obvious sliding phenomenon. 共同富裕是新时代中国特色社会主义必须实现的奋斗目标。通过促进产业发展,探索乡镇实现共同富裕路径,有利于推动我国共同富裕的早日实现。近年来,湖南省衡东县高湖镇统筹利用村庄发展资源,以农业产业发展促进乡村共同富裕。本文通过问卷调查,考察衡东县高湖镇产业发展现状及问题,分析该镇促进共同富裕可能存在的阻碍和解决措施,对湖南省乡镇实现共同富裕具有一定借鉴意义。

摘要:
减贫是联合国2030年可持续发展目标的首位目标,厘清普惠金融对农村贫困的作用机理与成效,可为乡村扶贫开发提供新视角、新路径。论文基于可持续生计分析框架探究农村普惠金融的减贫机理,并集成多源数据与多元方法对农村普惠金融的减贫效应、作用路径与影响的异质性进行了系统性实证检验。研究发现:农村普惠金融的减贫作用存在直接与间接双重路径。三维贫困标准下农村普惠金融指数对多维贫困发生率的减缓边际效应为67.5%,且减贫效应稳健。农村普惠金融的减贫效应存在群体差异,因贫困群体的贫困程度、受教育水平与贫困类型不同而呈分异特征,对深度贫困群体和低受教育水平贫困群体的减贫效应相对较小,对收入贫困、就业贫困、健康贫困与生活贫困均具减缓效应。需要科学识别农村普惠金融与贫困群体/地区的耦合过程,实现普惠金融的差异化供给及其与农村教育的深入关联以提升农村普惠金融减贫的深度、广度与可持续性。

中国省际农产品贸易的品类变迁、空间相关及影响因素研究

摘要:
采用2012—2020年中国31个省份24类农产品贸易数据,基于贸易变异率概括了省际农产品贸易的品类规模和结构变化特征,基于莫兰指数检验了省际农产品的贸易空间相关性,利用固定效应模型定量分析了中国省际农产品贸易的影响因素。结果表明:中国省际农产品贸易进口结构变异率显著高于出口结构变异率;省际农产品贸易的空间依赖和交互式影响日益增强;农林牧渔业总产值、农作物总播种面积、耕地平均机械拥有量、货运量、贸易开放度均对省际农产品贸易产生显著影响。基于研究结论,提出了增加对农业大省的农业补偿性财政转移,加大农业机械基础设施建设力度、推广数字机械化使用范围,提升省际贸易开放度、优化农产品生产区域布局,加强物流运输基础设施建设、提升生鲜农产品物流绩效,不断提升农产品附加值、增加农林牧渔的整体经济效益等对策建议。

"2030碳达峰、2060碳中和"作为中国对世界的庄严承诺,不仅在国际上树立负责任大国的良好形象,还会在国内通过能源结构调整机制、技术变革创新机制和产业转型升级机制推动新发展格局的构建和供给侧结构性改革的进行,进而实现中国经济高质量发展。"双碳"目标对我国供给侧结构性改革带来巨大挑战:"双碳"目标实现时间的紧迫性与供给侧结构性改革见效缓慢之间的矛盾;"双碳"目标带来的环保常态化加剧了供给侧结构性改革导致的中上游产品价格上涨趋势,进一步侵蚀下游利润,不利于在短期内实现既定的经济增长目标;"双碳"目标对消费结构调整的要求提高了长期内供给侧结构性改革与需求侧管理的协调难度。在充分发挥"双碳"目标对我国供给侧结构性改革促进作用的同时,可从优化供给侧结构性改革路径、完善碳交易和碳金融制度、运用碳中和理念规划设计城乡建设等三个方面入手,有效应对其带来的一系列挑战。

摘要:
Financial time series forecasting has been an attractive application of machine learning techniques because an advanced forecasting method can help to accurately predict price changes in markets and make good trading profits. In this study, an emerging machine learning approach, named the dendritic neuron model (DNM), is innovatively applied to forecast financial time series. To pursue better prediction performance, a novel scale-free differential evolution (SFDE) is defined as the training algorithm of the DNM, which can well control the balance between exploration and exploitation. In addition, the maximum Lyapunov exponent is used to detect the chaotic property of financial time series; then, the series is reconstructed into a phase space with high dimension before the prediction, where the time delay of the phase space is calculated by a mutual information method and the embedding dimension is separately determined by a false nearest neighbors approach. In our experiments, eight benchmark stock price indices selected from developed markets and emerging markets are used to validate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed forecasting model. Overall, the experimental results illustrate that the DNM trained by the SFDE algorithm yields better forecasting performances than other prevailing models and that it can be considered a reliable and satisfactory forecasting tool for predicting price changes in financial markets for practical applications. © 2022 Elsevier Ltd

政府环境关注度对城市土地资源配置效率的影响

摘要:
政府对环境的关注程度与城市土地资源配置效率之间存在着紧密关联。基于中国2012—2020年272个地级及以上城市的面板数据,文章采用超效率SBM模型、系统GMM估计方法以及面板聚类分析方法研究政府环境关注度对城市土地资源配置效率的影响。研究发现:(1)政府环境关注度能够显著提高城市土地资源配置效率。(2)政府环境关注度对城市土地资源配置效率的影响具有异质性。从城市土地资源配置效率的角度来看,相较于土地资源配置效率较高和较低的城市,政府环境关注度对土地资源配置效率适中的城市的土地资源配置效率的正向影响更显著。从城市的地理位置来看,相较于西部城市,政府环境关注度对东部与中部城市的土地资源配置效率的促进作用更显著。因此,政府应该结合城市发展的综合情况实施差异化措施,减少土地资源错配,促进绿色发展,提升城市土地资源配置效率。

摘要:
Gap-based silvicultural systems are of particular interest in secondary forest management because gaps are associated with regeneration and tree species diversity. However, whether using a range of gap sizes to influence tree regeneration is effective remains unclear. In this study, gaps of different sizes were created to determine their effects on tree regeneration and growth in a secondary Pinus massoniana Lamb. forest in Hunan Province, China. A robustly designed experiment was used with over nine years of repeated measurements. Seedling densities were highest in small gaps, and seedling diversity increased with increasing gap size. Sapling densities and diversity were highest in medium gaps. Within medium and large gaps, saplings were heterogeneously distributed along gradients from opening to closed forest canopy, suggesting gap partitioning of saplings. Emergence rates of three dominant species (Pinus massoniana Lamb, Schima superba Gardn. et Champ., and Cyclobalanopsis glauca (Thunb.) Oerst.) were roughly equal in medium gaps. Regeneration of P. massoniana and C. glauca was spatially diverse as gap sized increased. However, there was little evidence of S. superba divergence within and among gaps, which indicated differential tolerance to shade. A nonlinear mixed-effects model was used to detect effects of microenvironmental variables on diameter–biomass relations. The model suggested that gaps combined with solar radiation, soil moisture, and soil temperature had various effects on sapling biomass accumulation. For saplings with the same basal diameter, estimated average aboveground biomass of S. superba and C. glauca was highest in medium gaps, whereas that of P. massoniana was highest in large gaps. The study suggests that tree regeneration and growth requirements are often not met with a single gap size alone. In practice, a single tree/group selection with medium gaps hybrid approach may be required in subtropical secondary forests to increase regeneration and ecosystem resilience, while also considering other factors such as microenvironmental variables, shade tolerance, and others. © 2022

The scale-free network is an important type of complex network. The node degrees in a scale-free network follow the power-law distribution. In the skeleton of a scale-free network, there exists a few nodes which own huge neighborhood size and play an important role in information transmission of the entire network, while most of the network nodes have few connections whose influences of information exchange are limited to a relatively low level. In this paper, we introduce a scale-free population topology into the cuckoo search (CS) algorithm to propose a novel variant, which is termed the scale-free cuckoo search (SFCS) algorithm. Unlike other CS algorithms where the individuals exchange information randomly, two properties of the scale-free network can improve the SFCS algorithm in two aspects: the possibility that the information of competent individuals quickly floods the whole population is reduced significantly, which guarantees population diversity; and the corrupt individuals can learn from competent individuals with greater probability, which is beneficial for convergence. Thus, SFCS can obtain a better trade-off between exploitation and exploration during the search process. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed SFCS, 58 benchmark functions with different dimensions (10-D, 30-D, and 50-D), and 21 real-world optimization problems are employed in our experiment. We compare SFCS with the basic CS algorithm, two CS variants, and five state-of-the-art optimization algorithms, and the experimental results and statistical analysis verify the superiority of SFCS in terms of solution quality and convergence speed. Furthermore, we compare SFCS with a scale-free fully informed particle swarm optimization algorithm (SFIPSO) and the results prove our scale-free idea is effective despite its simplicity. We also introduce the scale-free population topology into the differential evolution (DE) and the firefly algorithm (FA) and the experimental results show that the scale-free population topology enhance the search ability of the DE and FA. These lead us to believe that the scale-free population topology may be a new technique for improving the performance of the population-based algorithms. © 2021 Elsevier Ltd

近年来我国绿色金融进入快速发展的轨道,绿色金融体系逐渐完善,绿色金融产品不断推出,促进了经济的绿色发展和生态文明建设。“碳达峰、碳中和”目标为绿色金融发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。基于2012年~2019年14个市州的面板数据,本文通过引入绿色金融评价指标,测度湖南省绿色金融效率;进一步运用固定效应模型,对湖南省绿色金融与产业结构升级的影响机制进行实证检验。研究结果发现:在碳中和背景中引入环保等指标,绿色金融发展对产业结构转型有显著影响。在上述研究基础上,从政府、金融机构和企业层面三个方面提出了发展绿色金融促进湖南产业结构升级的对策建议。

Tourism flow is an important monitoring indicator for the industrial operation of eco-tourism destinations, crucial in its planning, development, and marketing. Based on the travel journal data of popular tourism websites, this paper analyzed the spatial and temporal distribution, network structure, and the coupling characteristics between ecotourism flow and traffic accessibility in Zhangjiajie using standard deviation ellipse, social network analysis, kernel density estimation, and a spatial coupling model. The main results are as follows: (1) In terms of time distribution, the ecotourism flow in Zhangjiajie is mainly short-term tourism, with significant seasonal differences. (2) In terms of spatial structure, the ecotourism flow in Zhangjiajie presents a polygonal distribution of “core-edge”, forming a dense distribution area of Wulingyuan–Tianmen Mountain–Huanglongdong ecotourism flow. (3) In terms of spatial and temporal distribution, the connection intensity between the core area of ecotourism flow in Zhangjiajie and other scenic spots increases as the tourism length of stay increases. However, the radiation scope is mainly in the surrounding ecotourism scenic spots. (4) The coupling degree of ecotourism flow and traffic accessibility in Zhangjiajie is high, but the coupling coordination degree remains low on the whole. In addition, there is a serious mismatch between ecotourism flow and traffic accessibility in Zhangjiajie. © 2022 by the authors. Licensee MDPI, Basel, Switzerland.

摘要:
Promoting the transfer of rural land is an important way for many developing countries to improve the efficiency of rural land use and develop the rural economy. A reasonable income distribution scheme (IDS) is the key to enhancing farmer willingness to participate in the transfer of rural construction land use rights. However, little attention has been paid to farmers’ preference for the IDS of the transfer of rural collective construction land use rights. This research aims to detect the farmers’ preference for IDS in the process of rural collective land rights transfer. Based on the survey data of 489 farmers in Liuyang City, Hunan Province and Deqing County, Zhejiang Province, China, a random parameter Logit model is used to explore their preference for the IDS of the transfer of rural collective construction land use rights. The results show that, in general, the farmers focus on the income distribution ratio and pension in the IDS, which will significantly improve their utility. There are obvious regional differences in their preference for IDSs. For example, farmers in Liuyang prefer payment in shares, while those in Deqing prefer cash. Thus, the IDS for the transfer of rural collective construction land use rights should be based on the basic principle of ensuring fair land value-added income for the farmers, increased payment forms with social security functions, and reasonable IDSs in accord with the preferences of farmers in different regions, so as to enhance farmer willingness to participate. © 2022 by the authors. 加快农业农村现代化建设是我国农业发展的必然要求,分析评价地区的农业农村现代化发展水平具有重要的现实意义。以湖南省为研究对象,从农业现代化、农村现代化两方面选取10个指标利用熵值法构建评价体系,采集14个市州的相关数据,对...展开更多 加快农业农村现代化建设是我国农业发展的必然要求,分析评价地区的农业农村现代化发展水平具有重要的现实意义。以湖南省为研究对象,从农业现代化、农村现代化两方面选取10个指标利用熵值法构建评价体系,采集14个市州的相关数据,对湖南省2011—2020年农业农村现代化发展水平进行测度,探讨湖南省近年来农业农村现代化发展情况。结果表明:衡阳、常德、永州的农业农村发展水平得分位列前三,而张家界、湘潭、湘西自治州得分分别排在倒数一、二、三位,表明衡阳、常德市的农业农村现代化发展水平较高,张家界市发展水平最低;14个市州农业农村现代化发展主要集中在发展阶段和提升阶段;根据各地区的资源禀赋和经济水平,将14个市州分为四大区域,即长株潭城市群、环洞庭湖区、湘南地区和大湘西地区,区域得分由高到低分别为湘南地区、洞庭湖区、长株潭城市群、大湘西地区,呈现出区域发展不均衡态势。建议湖南省农业农村现代化发展应注重区域差异,关注弱势城市,引导不同区域的产业侧重。收起

大豆国际贸易格局演化与中国对策

摘要:
文章运用复杂网络方法,对2001-2019年国际大豆贸易加权网络的格局演化和社区结构进行分析。结果表明:①全球大豆贸易网络呈现规模先扩张、后收缩的特点,整体联系较弱,2016年后开始出现集聚发展的趋势;②呈现“两心分离”网络格局,网络中出口核心国家是巴西、美国,进口核心国家主要有中国以及西欧国家,核心“中介”国家是加拿大和西欧国家;③全球大豆贸易网络主要存在3个稳定的社区,社区分布具有明显地理特性,社区内部出口国家主导较多,“中介”国对社区规模具有显著影响,中美两国在社区中的地位变化具有不同特征。建议提高我国大豆自给率,分散大豆进口来源,扩大社区范围,紧抓收购权和定价权,进而构建以中国为中心的国际供给格局。

通过利用城市功能分工指数和行业区位商的方法衡量山东半岛城市群内部功能分工水平.研究发现:以济南和青岛为核心、以其余14市为边缘城市的分工格局较为显著;济南、青岛、聊城、日照和菏泽在山东半岛城市群中体现生产服务功能,而其余城市在城市群中展现生产制造功能;山东半岛城市群生产服务功能较为分散,易形成同质化竞争,致使核心城市竞争力变弱;多个城市的功能分工与发展规划内容不符,不利于山东半岛城市群的区域一体化发展.
