摘要:
Climate change affects the dynamic changes of forest fire. This paper aims to analyze the influence of climate on forest fire in Hunan province by using multiple linear regression and correlation analysis. The results showed that the average affected area of forest and forest loss caused by forest fire showed a significant linear relationship with climate and could be expressed by multiple regression equation. According to the meteorological factors, we can forecast the trend of forest fire development in most areas of Hunan. The formation of a large number of fuel was caused by ice crystal pressure off forests during special freezing climate, which led to remarkably increasing occurrence of forest fire. The correlation coefficient between the thickness of ice during freezing disaster and the frequency of forest fire in March after disaster reached 0.798 with significant correlation.

摘要:
Heat storage experiment by natural convection in rectangular tanks heated from below has been conducted with fluidity slurry composed of microencapsulated phase change material (PCM). The slurry shows a peak value in the specific heat capacity with latent heat at the temperature of about T = 31 °C. The effects of the heating wall temperature TH, the PCM mass concentration Cm of the PCM slurry and the height H of the tank on heat storage are revealed, respectively.

摘要:
To analyze and obtain the values and position of characterwastic pixels in one of color components of image subregion, and these parameters are used to build the square Bezier surface patches of the image. Then, the coding for this color component becomes the coding of the feature parameters. The other two components are coding based on the calculated correlation coefficients between three components in the same subregion. Experimental results show that this method is of high coding and decoding rates, and with quite good compression rate and visual quality.

Environmental pollution in cities and villages by the China' industrialization program has attracted much attention at present. Nowadays, more stringent regulations require environmental assessment that can be very costly and time consuming. With the development of natural and socioeconomic, building a comprehensive advanced sustainable GIS for a country's environmental protection is extremely important. It is an expensive and resource intensive process. Even if built, it is vulnerable to the changes of natural and socio-economic forces. The Environmental Assessment Division, National Ecological Engineering Laboratory, need using new technologies that support more rapid environmental characterization to allow quick and informed decision-making in environmental protection and remediation projects. New hardware, software, and wireless technologies allow large amounts of field sample data to be digitally returned to the office. These advanced data collection, dissemination, and communication technologies combined with applied science can save National finance millions of dollars in cleanup costs.

With the living level of people has been greatly improvement, the safe of drinking water has become more and more taking into count. This paper examines the proposed approach to the planning and management of drinking water source protection. An institutional arrangement framework is used to facilitate comparison of the two initiatives with information coming from both analysis of policies and practices. The analysis reveals that source water protection largely occurred outside of the long-standing watershed planning process in China. Local involvement, a flexible approach, and linking the process of implementation to other land management initiatives are opportunities to realize synergies within the multi-barrier approach.
摘要:
An improved multi-sensor data fusion algorithm based on Dempster-Shafer evidence theory and a criterion of the object evaluation are presented in this paper. The algorithm and the criterion investigate the monitor data of the indoor air that is the research object, and evaluate the quality grade of the indoor air. Experiment shows that the improved multi-sensor data fusion algorithm based on the Dempster-Shafer reasoning and the resulting evaluations are correct and solve the uncertainty problem which is produced in the multi-sensor information process.
