摘要:
<jats:p>Epoxidized methyl-<jats:italic>α</jats:italic>-eleostearate (EME) is a new kind of plant oil-based epoxidized aliphatic acid ester which starts from Tung oil. Tung oil is a special, but abundant biomass resource in China. A solvent-free synthetic technique for EME catalyzed by cation exchange resin was developed. Experimental results showed that the optimal synthetic conditions for EME were as follows: cation exchange resin dosage 5% (wt, calculated by methyl-<jats:italic>α</jats:italic>-eleostearate), material molar ratio of methyl-<jats:italic>α</jats:italic>-eleostearate, H<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>O<jats:sub>2</jats:sub> and CH<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>COOH 1:5:2.5, reaction duration 3 h and reaction temperature 65 °C. EME epoxy value reaches 6.5% under the optimal preparation conditions. The newly developed green technique features low cost, simple operation, low energy consumption, less pollution, short production cycle and good quality and is promising to be industrialized.</jats:p>

摘要:
Solketal is widely used as organic solvent, plasticizer and pharmaceutical intermediates. A synthetic technique for solketal, which is characteristic of being catalyzed by sulfonic acid resin, was developed. Experimental results showed that the suitable synthetic conditions for solketal were as follows: mass ratio of two kinds of raw materials, glycerol to acetone, is 1:20, catalyst DT-851 sulfonic acid resin dosage is 5% (wt, calculated by glycerol), reaction temperature is 58 °C and reaction time is 2 h. The product solketal's yield is 95% with purity above 99% under the optimal conditions. This new technique features mild reaction conditions, easy purification, high yield, and less pollution and therefore, it is a kind of clean and green production technique. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
A new practical and efficient route was developed for the synthesis of 6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[b]pyridine, which is a key intermediate of cefpirome. Leading to the formation of the corresponding product, nucleophilic addition, acetylization, Vilsmeier cyclization reaction and dechlorination were employed under mild reaction conditions by using commercially available cyclopentanone and benzylamine as raw materials. The total yield of this newly developed synthetic route for the target product was 43.15% with 99.7% of purity (HPLC). The structure of target molecular was confirmed by LC-MS and 1H NMR spectrum. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
Hydrazine hydrate catalytic reduction (HHCR) is a green, eco-friendly method to reduce aromatic nitro compound to aromatic amine. Fe-Ni/C composite catalyst for HHCR was prepared. Preparation conditions of Fe-Ni/C composite catalyst were investigated taking o-chloronitrobenzene's hydrazine hydrate catalytic reductions as the examples. Experimental results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: preparation temperature is 50°C, catalyst carrier is nitric acid treated activated carbon, w(Fe) is 5% and w(Ni) is 0.2%. During the preparation, ultrasonic treatment is also helpful to improve catalytic efficiency of Fe-Ni/C composite catalyst. The newly prepared Fe-Ni/C composite catalyst has combined the advantages of noble metal catalyst and iron-based catalyst and features good reduction selectivity and high catalytic efficiency. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

实验以环戊酮与苄胺为起始原料,经亲核加成、乙酰化、Vilsmeier反应关环合成了第四代抗生素头孢匹罗的重要中间体2-氯-6,7-二氢-5H-环戊并[b]吡啶,经3步反应制备了2-氯-6,7-二氢-5H-环戊并[b]吡啶。合成中间产物N-亚环戊基苄胺的较佳条件为:反应温度为117~121℃,n(苄胺)∶n(环戊酮)=1∶1.02,回流反应时间为40min;合成中间产物N-环戊烯基-N-苄基乙酰胺的较佳条件为:加料温度0~5℃,反应温度25℃,n(苄胺)∶n(乙酸酐)=1∶1.1,反应时间14h;合成2-氯-6,7-二氢-5H-环戊并[b]吡啶的条件为:三氯氧磷加料温度0~5℃,回流反应时间15h,水解温度为40~45℃。三步反应的总收率为45.9%,产品结构经1HNMR和LC-MS确证。

摘要:
Tung oil is a special biomass resource in China. Tung Oil has the characteristic to be transformed into serial derivatives for its active Conjugated double bond. Especially, tung oil anhydride-ester polyol (TOAEP) can be used as substitute of polyester polyol and/or polyether polyol in the synthesis and modification of polyurethane materials. Through esterification and transesterification, methyl-α-eleostearate-maleic anhydride adduct (MEMAA), a derivative of tung oil, was reacted with ethylene glycol and tung oil anhydride-ester polyol (TOAEP) was obtained. The optimal preparation condition are as follows: p-toluene sufonic acid is used as the catalyst, mole ratio of ethylene glycol to MEMAA is 4:1, reaction temperature is 120°C ~130°C, reaction duration is 8 h. Under the optimal preparation conditions, the yield of TOAEP is up to 88.8% and the hydroxyl value is up to 318.0 mg KOH/g. The structure of TOAEP was confirmed by Infrared spectroscopy (IR).

Started from Tung oil, a renewable biomass material of china, a new kind of bismaleimide, Tung oil-based bi-dihydrogen-maleimide (TOBBDHMI) was synthesized by the reaction of methyl-α-eleostearate-maleic anhydride adduct (MEMAA) and 4,4'-diphenylmethane disocyanate (MDI). The optimal conditions for synthesis were catalyst triethylamine dosage 1.0%, mole ratio of MEMAA to MDI 2.4:1, reaction temperature 75 °C and reaction time 2 h, which gave yield 82.4% for TOBBDHMI (calculated from MDI). The melting point of the product was 186.6 °C ~189.3 °C, initial decomposition temperature was 270 °C and final decomposition temperature was 510 °C, which showed the product has good heat resistance. The target product is potential to be used alone or with other bismaleimide monomers to improve polymeric materials' heat resistance and/or mechanical properties.©(2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

通过木质素磺酸盐与丙烯酰胺及部分中和的丙烯酸接枝共聚,将木质素磺酸盐引入至高吸水性树脂中,制备了木质素基高吸水性树脂LS-g—P(AA-co-AM),研究了其吸水保水性能。结果表明:被吸收液pH值对 LS-g—P(AA-co-AM)树脂吸水性能有很大影响,当被吸收液的pH值在6~7时,树脂的吸水能力最强。树脂具有较好的重复使用性能和自然条件下的保水性能。由于LS-g—P(AA-co-AM)树脂中有较多的离子性基团,因而吸液速率较慢。二级方程dQ/dt—k(Q—Q)~2可以较好地拟合LS-g—P(AA—co—AM)树脂吸蒸馏水的动力学行为,经拟合计算得树脂的初始溶胀速率r_0为14.374 g/(g·min),理论平衡吸液倍率Q_t为1 197.8 g/g(与实际平衡吸液倍率1 156 g/g非常接近)。LS—g—P(AA—co—AM)树脂对0.9%的生理盐水的平衡吸液倍率为122 g/g,表明树脂具有良好的耐盐性。

摘要:
采用溶液聚合法,以程序升温的方式制备了木质素接枝丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺(LS-g-P(AA-co-AM))高吸水性树脂,测定了树脂的吸水性能,采用红外、扫描电镜及热重分析对树脂进行了表征。红外确证了木质素与丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺的接枝,该树脂形成了多孔海绵状结构,具有良好的耐热性,树脂的平衡吸蒸馏水倍率为1 156g/g,吸生理盐水倍率为122g/g。该木质素基高吸水性树脂的开发提高了吸水性树脂的耐盐性能,同时为木质素的利用提供了新途径。

渗滤法从柚籽中提取柠檬苦素类化合物

摘要:
研究了用渗滤法提取柚籽中柠檬苦素类化合物.结果表明:丙酮为提取柠檬苦素类化合物的适宜溶剂;脱脂柚籽和未脱脂柚籽中柠檬苦素类化合物的含量分别为1.51%和1.98%.对原料柚籽脱脂处理可以提高柠檬苦素类化合物的提取率、降低浸提溶剂的使用量并提高浸取速率,但将造成柠檬苦素类化合物的损失,使其得率降低.Lagergren准二级方程可以较好地模拟从脱脂或未脱脂柚籽中浸取柠檬苦素类化合物的动力学行为.以丙酮为提取溶剂,当流出体积为25 BV时,渗滤法从脱脂柚籽和未脱脂柚籽中提取柠檬苦素类化合物的提取率分别为56.88%(流速4.5BV·h-1)和50.01%(流速3.3 BV·h-1),相应柠檬苦素类化合物的得率分别为0.859%和0.99%.

摘要:
以过氧化值为指标,采用烘箱法研究了川桂叶总黄酮对猪油的抗氧化活性,并对加热回流法和微波法两种不同方法提取的川桂叶总黄酮的抗氧化活性进行了比较。结果表明,川桂叶总黄酮对猪油的氧化具有明显的抑制作用,并且随着其添加量的增大,抗氧化效果明显增强。加热回流法提取得到的川桂叶黄酮样品I、微波法提取得到的川桂叶黄酮样品II、芦丁和BHT对猪油的抗氧化能力大小顺序为:BHT>黄酮样品I>黄酮样品II>芦丁。

摘要:
采用超滤膜法对柚皮果胶提取液进行浓缩和脱色.考察膜截留分子量、跨膜压力、温度等对膜通量和脱色率的影响,并对污染后的膜清洗进行研究.结果表明:使用陶瓷超滤膜对柚皮果胶提取液进行浓缩与脱色是可行的,其适宜工作条件为:膜截留分子量为300000u,跨膜压力为0.14MPa,温度室温,采用间断全过滤的操作方式.超滤过程中受污染的膜采用氢氧化钠ω(NaOH)=2%与盐酸ω(HCl)=2%组合洗涤.膜通量恢复较好.

桐油是我国重要的林产生物质资源,开发桐油下游产品,提高桐油经济附加值具有重要的意义.由桐油经酯交换合成了桐酸甲酯,采用树脂催化法在溶液中合成了桐酸甲酯-马来酸酐加合物(MEMAA),考察了不同催化树脂种类、树脂用量、反应时间、物料配比等因素对MEMAA收率的影响.结果表明:DT-851为桐酸甲酯与马来酸酐加成反应的适宜催化树脂,当桐酸甲酯用量为20 g时,桐酸甲酯与马来酸酐摩尔物料比为1:1.3,催化树脂用量为4 g,反应介质甲苯用量为100 ml.,回流反应10 h,所得MEMAA总收率为76.9%(以桐油计).树脂催化溶液法合成MEMAA具有收率高、产物易分离纯化、反应条件温和、树脂可反复使用等特点.

摘要:
从柚皮中提取分离纯化活性物质柚皮甙可以促进柚果资源的高效利用.采用乙醇-水体系从柚皮中提取了柚黄酮类化合物并采用大孔吸附树脂法对其进行纯化.采用熔点,紫外,红外,核磁共振氢谱和质谱对精制的柚黄酮单体进行检测分析.实验结果表明:乙醇-水体系和大孔吸附树脂法可以有效地实现柚黄酮化合物的提取和纯化;熔点及四大谱图确证了分离纯化精制得到的柚黄酮单体为柚皮甙

摘要:
选择6种大孔吸附树脂, 比较其对油茶叶黄酮(FCOA)的吸附量和解吸率, 筛选出较优的油茶叶黄酮吸附剂, 并对其静态吸附动力学曲线和动态吸附性能进行了考察. 实验结果表明, D101树脂适合于FCOA的吸附分离, 其吸附机理符合Langmuir单分子层吸附. D101树脂吸附分离FCOA适宜的工艺参数为: 上样液浓度为1.2mg/mL左右, pH值3.29, 上样流速 2BV/h, 溶液处理量为19BV; 洗脱剂为70%乙醇, 洗脱流速2BV/h, 洗脱剂用量约4BV

川桂叶总黄酮清除DPPH·自由基作用的研究

摘要:
用DPPH.自由基检测法测定了川桂叶总黄酮清除自由基的生物活性.在波长为517 nm,反应时间45min的条件下测定了川桂叶总黄酮,芦丁和二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)清除DPPH自由基的EC50值.结果表明,川桂叶总黄酮对DPPH.自由基具有明显的清除作用,川桂叶总黄酮,芦丁和BHT清除DPPH.自由基的EC50值分别为4.145 mg/L,9.650 mg/L,37.91 mg/L,清除DPPH.自由基能力的大小顺序为川桂叶总黄酮>芦丁>BHT

柚皮果胶超滤的凝胶-衰减模型

采用陶瓷膜时柚皮果胶提取液进行超滤浓缩,考察并分析了膜通量与跨膜压力的关系,建立了描述柚皮果胶提取液超滤过程膜污染的凝胶_衰减模型:当跨膜压力△P<最佳跨膜压力△P_(opt)时,超滤行为遵循凝胶极化模型,通量随跨膜压力的增加而上升,当达到稳定态时有J=Kln(c_G/c_B),此时凝胶层中溶质果胶的浓度c_G为20.53mg·mL~(-1);当△P≥△P_(opt)时,超滤行为遵循衰减模型,其衰减方程为:J=5.464×10~(10)(△P)~(-3.026),膜通量按指数形式衰减.该模型较合理地解释了膜通量与跨膜压力之间呈现钟形关系的原因,有助于指导柚皮果胶提取液的超滤工艺.

川桂叶中黄酮类化合物的提取与测定

摘要:
采用加热回流法提取川桂叶中的黄酮类化合物,建立了川桂叶中总黄酮含量测定的光谱分析方法.结果表明:以芦丁为标准品,用NaNO_2-Al(NO_3)_3-NaOH显色法可测定川桂叶中总黄酮的含量,该方法的精密度和准确度均较高,相对标准偏差为0.63%,方法的回收率为97.18%-102.20%.通过正交试验优化,得到提取川桂叶中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件是:用体积分数为70%的乙醇作溶剂,在固液比1:20(g/mL)、提取温度80℃的条件下提取1.5h,连续提取2次.铡得川桂叶中总黄酮含量为22.53mg·g~(-1).

柚皮果胶的盐析研究

采用盐析法从柚皮果胶提取液中盐析沉淀果胶.研究了盐析剂种类对果胶沉淀得率及盐折过程中pH值对果胶沉淀得率和果胶灰分含量的影响,并探索了适宜盐析条件和盐析机理.实验结果表明:以硫酸铝钾为柚皮果胶盐析剂,适宜盐析条件为:pH值5.8.盐析温度25℃,盐析时间30 min,果胶沉淀得率可达91.4%,采用三氯化铁盐析果胶,则pH值宜控制在4.0,于60℃下盐析60 min,果胶沉淀得率达95.8%.两种盐析方法所得果胶灰分均低于5.0%.铝盐盐析的果胶为白色,铁盐盐析的果胶颜色呈浅黄色,加入脱铁助剂Aid-4后可以获得较好的脱色效果.铁盐和铝盐盐析果胶的机理相似,都是果胶中的羧基离子取代金属水合物中的羟基,与金属离子发生配位反应,生成沉淀实现果胶从溶液中的分离.
