摘要:
介绍了氯乙烷生产技术主要涉及的氯化氢来源、催化体系、合成工艺、分离与精制、生产设备和自动控制技术等6个方面。采用乙醇-氯化氢法实现清洁化生产、合成反应釜大型化提高产能、多级精馏设备与固体吸附剂相结合提高氯乙烷品质、应用自动控制技术提高生产效率等是我国氯乙烷的生产技术现状。利用副产物氯化氢气体、应用智能制造技术控制生产过程和研发乙烯-氯化氢法是我国生产氯乙烷技术的发展方向。

摘要:
总结了我国氯乙烷的需求现状、生产企业及产能,分析了我国氯乙烷供需状况和氯乙烷生产企业间的竞争状况。我国氯乙烷需求量约5. 6万t/a,其中在染料中间体合成上的需求量占总需求量的48%,居第一位;氯乙烷总产能达11万t/a,其中合成氯乙烷产能10万t/a,合成氯乙烷企业不宜再扩大生产规模。

摘要:
以中国杉木粉为研究对象,经苄基化改性和水热处理制得多微孔苄基化木粉.同时,以多微孔苄基化木粉为吸附材料,研究了苄基化木粉的增重率、溶液的pH值、接触时间、离子初始浓度和吸附温度等因素对Cu~(2+)和Pb~(2+)吸附效果的影响,并采用红外光谱、扫描电镜、核磁共振等分析手段对木粉改性与水热处理前后的材料进行了结构表征.结果表明:木粉经苄基化改性及水热处理后所制得的多微孔苄基化木粉对Cu~(2+)和Pb~(2+)的吸附百分率比原木粉分别提高57%和209%,木粉的苄基化程度、溶液的pH值、接触时间、离子初始浓度和温度是影响Cu~(2+)和Pb~(2+)吸附百分率的重要因素.当溶液的pH值为5.5,Cu~(2+)和Pb~(2+)的浓度为30 mg·L~(-1),吸附温度为40 ℃,吸附时间为60 min,多微孔苄基化木粉质量为溶液质量的2.0%时,Cu~(2+)去除率达94.4%,Pb~(2+)去除率达88.7%.

摘要:
Topography affects forest canopy height retrieval based on airborne Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) data a lot. This paper proposes a method for correcting deviations caused by topography based on individual tree crown segmentation. The point cloud of an individual tree was extracted according to crown boundaries of isolated individual trees from digital orthophoto maps (DOMs). Normalized canopy height was calculated by subtracting the elevation of centres of gravity from the elevation of point cloud. First, individual tree crown boundaries are obtained by carrying out segmentation on the DOM. Second, point clouds of the individual trees are extracted based on the boundaries. Third, precise DEM is derived from the point cloud which is classified by a multi-scale curvature classification algorithm. Finally, a height weighted correction method is applied to correct the topological effects. The method is applied to LiDAR data acquired in South China, and its effectiveness is tested using 41 field survey plots. The results show that the terrain impacts the canopy height of individual trees in that the downslope side of the tree trunk is elevated and the upslope side is depressed. This further affects the extraction of the location and crown of individual trees. A strong correlation was detected between the slope gradient and the proportions of returns with height differences more than 0.3, 0.5 and 0.8 m in the total returns, with coefficient of determination R2 of 0.83, 0.76, and 0.60 (n = 41), respectively. © 2015 by the authors; licensee MDPI, Basel, Switzerland.

摘要:
An aligned carbon nanotube/MoS<inf>2</inf>nanosheet hybrid fiber was synthesized to display combined remarkable mechanical, electronic and electrochemical properties. It was used to fabricate flexible fibrous supercapacitors and lithium ion batteries with a high specific capacitance of 135 F cm<sup>-3</sup>and a high specific capacity of 1298 mA h g<sup>-1</sup>, respectively. ©The Royal Society of Chemistry 2015.

摘要:
将杉木粉进行苄基化改性反应,再经高温水蒸汽爆破处理制得多微孔苄基木粉,用红外光谱、扫描电镜对杉木粉改性前后的结构进行了表征.以多微孔苄基木粉为吸附剂,用原子吸收光谱研究了体系初始p H值、铜离子浓度、吸附温度和吸附时间等因素对铜离子的吸附效率.结果表明,多微孔苄基木粉对铜离子的吸附能力高于原木粉、脱脂木粉和苄基木粉;当溶液的p H值为4.0、铜离子浓度为40 mg/L、吸附温度为40℃、吸附时间为45min,多微孔苄基木粉质量为溶液质量的0.8%时,铜离子的去除率高达99%.

聚苯乙烯/苄基木粉复合材料的染色研究

摘要:
在三氯甲烷(CHCl_3)中,将苄基木粉与聚苯乙烯(PS)泡沫塑料复合制得PS/苄基木粉木塑复合材料(WPC),探讨了分散染料对其染色的效果,并用红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜对WPC进行结构分析。结果表明,PS/ 苄基木粉复合材料能被分散染料染色,分散染料的分子结构和相对分子质量大小是影响分散染料上染速率的2个重要因素,染色PS/苄基木粉复合材料的色光近似于染色聚酯织物,且均随染色温度的升高、染料浓度的增大而变深,分散染料的上染率和染色木塑粉的耐水洗牢度随染料浓度的增大而下降,随染色温度的升高而升高。

将杉木粉先进行乙基化改性,然后与聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料在三氯甲烷中进行复合,制得乙基化木粉/聚苯乙烯复合材料,采用分散染料在高温高压下染色,测试其染色色光、色差、水洗掉色率和染料的上染百分率,并用红外光谱仪和扫描电镜进行表征。结果表明,染色乙基化木粉/聚苯乙烯复合材料的色光与染色涤纶织物的色光接近;染料的上染百分率和染色乙基化木粉/聚苯乙烯复合材料的耐水洗牢度与分散染料种类、染色温度和染料浓度等因素有关;当乙基化木粉与聚苯乙烯复合后,乙基化木粉中的过渡孔被聚苯乙烯填充或包裹,经染色后,乙基化木粉/聚苯乙烯复合粉的表面更加平滑,有利于光的反射,因而色光更加明艳。

在高温高压下用分散染料对木粉、苄基木粉和乙基木粉进行了染色研究,比较了分散染料对它们的染色性能,并用红外光谱和扫描电镜进行了结构表征.结果表明,染色苄基木粉和乙基木粉的色光与染色涤纶织物的色光接近,比染色杉木粉的色光更鲜艳,且染色苄基木粉的色光比染色乙基木粉的色光更明艳;染料浓度、染色时间和染料分子结构影响染料的上染百分率.扫描电镜分析表明,染料分子充实到改性木材纤维壁的微孔中,并覆盖在苄基木粉和乙基木粉的表面,赋予染色苄基木粉和乙基木粉平滑的表面,有利于光的反射,从而呈现出更明亮的色彩.

摘要:
In this study, ethylated wood powder/polystyrene plastic composite (WPC) was obtained by combining ethylated Chinese Fir powder with polystyrene foam in DMF or CHCl3, and was dyed with disperse dyes. The results show that the compatibility of ethylated fir powder with polystyrene was good when the ratio of wood to plastic ratio is beyond 3:1. The color shade of dyed wood-plastic powder is close to that of dyed polyester fabric and high temperature is favorable for the dyeing of wood-plastic powder. Moreover, dyed wood plastic powder has good washing fastness, which depends on the molecular structure of disperse dyes, dye concentration and dyeing temperature. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
The dyeing properties of ethylated Chinese fir powder with disperse dyes under high temperature and high pressure were investigated in this paper, the dyeing results indicated that the color shade of dyed ethylated fir is similar to that of dyed polyester fabric while PH value of dyeing solution is between 4~5, and the dyed sample is of a good wash fastness. At the same time, the characteristics of the samples were analyzed by FT-IR and SEM, it indicated that dyes molecules were adsorbed on the surface and went into the microporous of ethylated fir powder, so that brighter color were observed due to the fact that the ethylated fir powder leads to a smooth surface which being favorable for the reflection of light. ©(2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
以4-硝基苯胺、2,4-二硝基-6-溴苯胺和2-氨基-3,5-二硝基噻吩为重氮组份,以2-N,N-二(乙酸甲酯基)氨基-4-乙酰氨基苯甲醚为偶合组份,经重氮化-偶合反应合成了3个新型偶氮染料,采用紫外-可见吸收光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱等对其进行了结构表征,并研究了它们在涤纶织物、乙基化改性木粉和苄基化改性木粉上的染色性能。结果表明:3个偶氮染料均为目标产物,最大可见吸收波长分别为520、570和609 nm(DMF),摩尔吸光系数均大于104;它们在涤纶织物上染色的色光分别为红色,蓝色和绿色,在乙基化改性木粉和苄基化改性木粉上染色的色光与染色涤纶织物的色光近似,染色样品均具有高水洗牢度。

以4个杂环芳香胺为重氮组分,3个N,N-二氰乙基芳香胺为偶合组分,经重氮化、偶合反应合成了12个杂环-双氰乙基系列偶氮物;采用紫外-可见吸收光谱、红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱等对其结构进行了表征;还考察了它们在涤纶织物、乙酰化杉改性木粉和氰乙基化改性木粉上的染色性能.结果表明,12个偶氮物为目标产物,在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中的最大可见吸收波长为417~621 nm,摩尔吸光系数均大于104.这些化合物染色涤纶织物的色光分属黄色、红色、紫红色和蓝色系列,并具有高水洗牢度和高日晒牢度;染色乙酰化木粉和氰乙基木粉的色光和水洗牢度与染色涤纶织物相近.这12个分散染料具有色谱范围广、色泽鲜艳、高发色强度和高牢度等特点,可用于多种纤维的染色.

摘要:
Four di-cyanoethyl azo disperse dyes based on N,N-bis(2-cyanoethyl)-m-methylaniline were synthesized using four different heterocyclic aromatic amines as the diazo components. They were characterized by UV-Vis IR <sup>1</sup>HNMR MS and EA. The dyeing performance of these dyes were assessed on polyester fir powder and acetylated fir powder. On polyester the results showed that the maxinum absorption of four heterocyclic azo disperse dyes were from 414 nm to 599 nm(acetone) they were also found to show a wide range of colour shades followed as yellow bright crimson bulish violet and blue shades the dyed fibers also presented good light fastness and excellent fastness to wash. Simultaneously the dyeing performance of the dyes were also assessed on acetylated fir powder and they were found to give the similar color shades comparing with the dyeing on polyester fiber. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications Switzerland.

用6种分散染料在高温高压下对苄基化改性杉木粉进行染色,并用红外光谱分析仪和扫描电镜对其进行了微观分析。结果表明:染色苄基化杉木粉的色光与相应染料染色涤纶织物的色光较为接近,比染色原杉木粉的色光更鲜艳,色差更小,染料上染百分率高于在原杉木粉上染色的上染百分率。分散染料在苄基化杉木粉上的染色表现为物理吸附,染料分子被吸附在苄基化杉木粉表面和微孔中,并赋予苄基化杉木粉平滑的表面,使染色苄基化杉木粉呈现鲜艳的色彩和高上染百分率。

摘要:
为提高橡木的防腐耐久性,并赋予橡木美丽的色彩,首先对其进行乙酰化改性,然后分别用6种分散染料进行染色,探索染色温度、染色时间和染料用量,对乙酰化橡木染色和上染率的影响。结果表明,乙酰化橡木染色后的颜色与对应染料染色涤纶织物的颜色接近,实现了分散染料用于乙酰化改性橡木的染色,为彩色乙酰化橡木板材染色工艺参数确定提供参考。

摘要:
The color cyanoethylated wood were preparated by means of dyeing under high temperature and pressure. The results indicates that the percentage of dye exhaustion (%E) on cyanoethylated fir powder is 95.3~98.8%. The color shade of dyed modified wood is similar to that of dyed polyester fabric. Compared with the dyed polyester fabric, the color difference (∆E) of dyed modified wood is smaller than that of dyed unmodified wood under the same dyeing condition. Unmodified fir powder, cyanoethylated fir powder and dyed cyanoethylated fir powder were characterized by Fouriertrans- form infrared (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM).

摘要:
选取黑龙江、湖南、浙江等9省同一品种大豆经硝酸消解后,采用火焰原子吸收法测定了其中7种矿物质元素K、Mg、Ca、Fe、Cu、Mn、Na的含量,并运用主成分分析法对结果进行了统计分析,获得2个主成分及相应的主成分方程,详尽地解释了2个主成分的理化意义.结果表明2个主成分的数值大小与各省大豆矿物质元素含量的高低一致.用主成分分析,更能清楚反映不同省份大豆矿物质元素的含量的显著差异性,是一种分析大豆多种矿物质元素的有效方法.

摘要:
以8个芳香胺为重氮组分,N,N-二氰乙基间氯苯胺为偶合组分,经重氮化、偶合反应合成了8个双氰乙基系列偶氮分散染料,用UV-Vis、IR、1HNMR、MS和元素分析对其结构进行了表征,探索了它们在涤纶织物和乙酰化杉木粉上的染色性能.结果表明:4个杂环偶氮分散染料最大可见吸收波长在416~578 nm,体现出较宽的色谱范围,染色涤纶织物色光分别为黄色、艳红色、紫红色和蓝色,且具有高皂洗(粘)色牢度和高日晒牢度;而4个非杂环偶氮分散染料最大可见吸收波长在449 ~ 510 nm,体现出较窄的色谱范围,染色涤纶织物色光为桔黄色或红色,同样具有高水洗牢度和高日晒牢度.同时,用合成的8个偶氮分散染料对乙酰化杉木粉进行染色,染色乙酰化杉木粉的色光与对应染料染色涤纶织物的色光接近.
