In order to meet the demand of remote monitoring, this paper introduces a method of realizing remote monitoring based on mobile network and embedded system. Related key technologies include building remote monitoring terminal, sending and receiving of SMS, making and sending of MMS. By using S3C6410 hardware platform and Linux OS, as well as GPRS module, and developing phone specific program and interface in control terminal. Users can control and monitor the equipments and working condition in remote terminal or dangerous areas, and query their video images and abnormity information by sending phone SMS or clicking on developed phone interface buttons easily and conveniently.

通过对.X 文件结构和内核的详细解读,给出了复杂模型的.X 文件转换方法,并以构建一大型林分三维场景为例,阐述了对其高效、快速建模的方法过程。针对树木和林分形态结构的多样性、复杂性和信息量大等特征,利用所建树木基础模型,快速群生林分中树木模型及其. X 文件,根据样地属性和对应. X 文件建立林分三维模型。实验结果表明,利用.X 文件表述复杂模型,不仅可以大大提高模拟大型复杂三维场景的速度,而且能够减少对原始数据的依赖,降低算法复杂度,提高建模效率。

摘要:
The face feature region is extracted of a color facial image by a quick and precise method. The color component G of the face feature region is coded finely, and the region outside of the face feature region is coded roughly. Classified coding of the color facial image is achieved by combining the established correlate template between three color components. The experimental results show that this method can not only obtain satisfactory effect of the reconstructed image but also improve the coding efficiency and the compression ratio.

To analyze and obtain the values and position of characterwastic pixels in one of color components of image subregion, and these parameters are used to build the square Bezier surface patches of the image. Then, the coding for this color component becomes the coding of the feature parameters. The other two components are coding based on the calculated correlation coefficients between three components in the same subregion. Experimental results show that this method is of high coding and decoding rates, and with quite good compression rate and visual quality.

Paper presents a method for color image compression coding by using correlation vectors combined with SPIHT Algorithm. In this method, the Green component of a color image is coded using SPIHT Algorithm, and the other two components are segmented into multi-subregions by quadtree partitioning according to the non-correlation degree of three color components. Based on the calculated correlation vectors between three components in the same subregion, the coding for the other two components becomes the coding of correlation vectors. Experiment results show that this method is of high coding and decoding rates, and with quite good signal to noise ratio, compression rate and visual quality.
