摘要:
<jats:p>The extensive applications of graphene oxide (GO) inevitably lead to entry into the natural aquatic environment. However, information on its toxicity to emergent plants is still lacking. In this study, an emergent plant, Iris pseudacorus, was exposed to GO (1, 20, 80, and 140 mg·L−1) under hydroponic conditions for 15 weeks. Changes in plant growth were assessed by analyzing plant biomass and photosynthetic pigment contents; the photosynthesis response was verified by measuring chlorophyll a fluorescence; and the nutrient levels of the plant were evaluated. Results showed that GO at 20–140 mg·L−1 significantly increased plant dry weight by 37–84% and photosynthetic pigment contents by 26–178%, and 80 mg·L−1 was the optimal concentration. PSII activity, adjustment capacities of electron transport in PSII, the grouping or energetic connectivity between PSII units, light energy conversion efficiency, photosynthesis performance indexes (by 11–51%), and contents of several nutrient elements (N, Fe, and Cu) were increased by 49–69%, 34–84%, and 11–38%, respectively. These findings indicate that GO can enhance plant growth by promoting plant photosynthesis performance and improving plant nutrient levels, and has great application potential in promoting the growth and development of this emergent plant as a phytoremediation agent.</jats:p>

有效降解和去除土壤中四溴双酚A(TBBPA)是土壤环境化学研究热点.本文研究了Fe2+耦合热活化过硫酸盐体系(Fe2+/热/PS)对土壤中TBBPA的降解,并考察温度、Fe展开更多 有效降解和去除土壤中四溴双酚A(TBBPA)是土壤环境化学研究热点.本文研究了Fe2+耦合热活化过硫酸盐体系(Fe2+/热/PS)对土壤中TBBPA的降解,并考察温度、Fe2+初始浓度、PS浓度、初始pH值、无机阴离子(Cl−、HCO3-)浓度以及金属离子(Cu2+、Zn2+、Ni2+)浓度的影响.结果表明,Fe2+/热/PS降解TBBPA的效果远高于同等条件下单一热活化和Fe2+活化的情况;提高温度和PS浓度能够促进土壤TBBPA的降解;而过量的亚铁离子会导致TBBPA去除率下降,Fe2+与PS的最佳摩尔比为0.5:1;Fe2+耦合热活化PS体系具有较宽的pH应用范围,在酸性条件下更有利于降解;温度55℃、Fe2+浓度25 mmol·L−1、PS浓度50 mmol·L−1、pH=3下,土壤TBBPA初始浓度为20 mg·kg−1,培养12 h,土壤TBBPA的降解效率达到了100%;低浓度Cl−对Fe2+/热/PS体系的影响不显著,高浓度的Cl−会促进TBBPA的降解,而HCO3-在研究浓度范围内均呈现抑制作用;Cu2+和Ni2+对Fe2+/热/PS体系均表现出较好的促进作用,而随着Zn2+浓度的增加,TBBPA的降解速率呈现出先减小后增大的变化.

摘要:
The combined pollution, instead of single pollution, has become a widespread contamination phenomenon in aquatic environment. However, little information is now available about the joint effects of the combined pollution, especially co-existed pesticides and heavy metals, on aquatic plants. In the present study, using continuous excitation chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and the OJIP transient, comparisons of herbicide atrazine (ATZ) phytotoxicity on Iris pseudacorus between in the presence and absence of cadmium (Cd) were evaluated over an exposure period of three weeks under laboratory conditions. Results showed that both ATZ and Cd were toxic to I. pseudacorus. The ratio Fv/Fo, specific electron transport energy (ET0/RC), and photochemistry efficiency (PIabs and PItotal) of this emergent plant species at individual ATZ and Cd concentrations were significantly lower than those of the control. ATZ mainly inhibited electron transport beyond QA at PSII acceptor side as indicated by the sharp rise of the J-step level of fluorescence rise kinetics. A pronounced K-step and the loss of I-step due to the damage on the OEC and PSI also occurred when ATZ was at or above 1.0mg·L−1. In comparison to ATZ alone, ATZ combined with Cd resulted in a lower amplitude rise in J-step with apparent J-I and I-P phases; and significantly lower Fo with higher Fv/Fo, as well as greater ET0/RC with higher values of PIabs and PItotal. However, the adverse influences of ATZ combined with Cd on the above indicators were still significant as compared with the control. Therefore, the coexistence of Cd alleviated the individual phytotoxicities of ATZ, whereas combined pollution of ATZ and Cd still induced the decline in photosynthetic performance of I. pseudacorus, and its potential ecological impacts on the aquatic vegetation cannot be ignored. Our findings offer a better understanding of the joint effects of the pesticide and heavy metal on non-target aquatic plants, and provided valuable insights into the interaction of these pollutants in aquatic environment. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.

摘要:
To evaluate combined effects of co-existed pesticides and nanomaterials on aquatic plants, the toxicity of herbicide atrazine (ATZ) on Iris pseudacorus in the presence and absence of Graphene oxide (GO) was investigated using chlorophyll a fluorescence transients. Results showed that GO reduced ATZ accumulation in plant. ATZ or ATZ combined with GO mainly blocked electron transport beyond QA at PSII as indicated by the sharp rise of the J-step level of fluorescence rise kinetics. The pronounced increase in Fm and the loss of I-step were observed when ATZ was at 2.0mg·L− 1 implying the damage on the oxygen evolution complex and PSI. GO at environmentally relevant concentration did not exhibit significant photosynthetic inhibitory effects on I. pseudacorus. GO at 1.0mg·L− 1 promoted photosynthesis of I. pseudacorus under ATZ stress at 2.0mg·L− 1. These result indicated that the presence of GO alleviated the photosynthesis inhibition by ATZ at high levels. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.

摘要:
为了提高活性炭吸附材料对非极性污染物的吸附性能,采用碱〔(NaOH溶液)联合铜(Cu(CH3COO) 2溶液〕对珠状活性炭(beaded active carbon,BAC)进行改性,利用BET、SEM、Boehm滴定和FT-IR对改性前后的活性炭进行表征,并采用动态吸附法和Yoon-Nelson吸附理论模型研究了不同改性方法对活性炭吸附甲苯穿透曲线、饱和吸附量的影响及吸附机理.结果表明:改性后BAC表面不规则的孔隙增多,比表面积和微孔容积减少,平均孔径变化不显著,表面Cu含量明显升高;不同浓度碱铜联合改性后BAC对甲苯的吸附性能均提高,当NaOH溶液浓度为8 mol/L、Cu(CH3COO) 2溶液质量分数为0.5%时,联合改性效果最好,此时改性后BAC对甲苯的饱和吸附量较改性前增加了50.9%,吸附穿透时间延长了342.9%,吸附平衡时间延长了77.4%.研究显示:较高浓度的碱联合较低浓度的铜溶液对活性炭改性,能显著提高吸附甲苯性能;改性后BAC对甲苯的吸附性能受自身孔隙结构和表面官能团的共同影响,且表面酸性官能团影响显著,表面金属铜与甲苯的结合作用是主要的吸附过程.

摘要:
To understand the influence of Cd on atrazine (ATZ) degradation in aqueous solution, the degradation of different initial levels of ATZ (0.1, 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0mg·L−1) was investigated in the presence and absence of Cd2+ in a 20-day laboratory experiment. It was found that Cd2+ caused a significant decrease in ATZ degradation and increased its half-life from 17–34days to 30–57days (p < 0.0001). Regarding the three most common metabolites of ATZ, deethylatrazine (DEA) and deisopropylatrazine (DIA) were detected in water earlier than hydroxyatrazine (HYA). The DEA content was several times higher than the DIA and HYA contents, regardless of the presence or absence of Cd2+. In the presence of Cd2+, the DIA content was significantly lower and the HYA content was significantly higher. Furthermore, Cd2+ had a dose-dependent effect on HYA formation. Our results indicated that the coexistence of Cd2+ and ATZ resulted in greater herbicide persistence, thereby possibly increasing the risk of environmental contamination. DEA was still the predominant ATZ degradation product detected in water under the combined pollution, which was similar to the ATZ tendency. © 2020, Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.

摘要:
化学除草剂阿特拉津通过阻碍电子传递抑制植物光合作用,其水体污染的生态毒性倍受关注。为揭示挺水植物对阿特拉津胁迫的生理响应规律,采用水培试验模拟不同浓度阿特拉津胁迫,测定黄菖蒲叶绿素荧光参数及叶片防御酶活性在抑菌和无抑菌条件下的变化,分析二者间的相关性。结果表明,不抑菌条件下,胁迫浓度≤4 mg·L~(-1)时,POD和PPO活性增强,随着胁迫强度加大活性下降,而SOD活性显著升高。PPO活性与多个叶绿素荧光参数、MDA含量显著相关。胁迫浓度≤1 mg·L~(-1)时,植物各叶绿素荧光参数均与对照组无显著差异;4 mg·L~(-1)时仍可维持正常水平的叶绿素含量和光合效率。这表明,阿特拉津胁迫下3种酶的协调作用提高了植物的适应能力,PPO活性可反映植物光合作用受抑制程度及受氧化损伤程度。黄菖蒲对阿特拉津的耐受水平可达到4 mg·L~(-1),微生物可以减轻阿特拉津的植物毒性,这可能归因于其能够促进阿特拉津降解。

摘要:
为探究热脱附参数对荧蒽去除效率的影响及热脱附后土壤后续利用类型,文章采用异位修复试验,将荧蒽污染土壤在不同温度(100~500 ℃)和不同处理时间(10~80 min)下进行热脱附处理,运用扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对不同处理条件下的土壤进行性质表征,测定修复前后土壤理化性质。研究结果表明:土壤荧蒽去除率随温度(100~500 ℃)的增加而增加,但在300~ 500 ℃区间内去除率增幅较小。在300 ℃时荧蒽去除率已达80%。土壤荧蒽去除率在0~50 min内随热脱附时间的增大而增大,在50 min时热脱附反应平衡。综合土壤荧蒽去除率和能耗考量,选择300 ℃和50 min作为热脱附荧蒽适宜参数,此时土壤荧蒽去除率为96.3%。不同温度处理荧蒽土壤的FT-IR和SEM显示,与300 ℃处理相比,400~500 ℃处理后土壤微观形态被严重破坏,土壤板结化严重;500 ℃处理下土壤某一组分上官能团种类出现丢失。300~500 ℃热脱附处理土壤后,土壤中碱解氮、有机质和阳离子交换量含量随温度的升高而降低,相较原土壤降低43.5%~69.7%、63.4%~89.5%和78.3%~84.4%,但有效磷和速效钾含量升高20.4%~100.6%和256.1%~ 266.1%。研究表明,土壤热脱附是一种能有效去除荧蒽污染的土壤修复技术,但热脱附修复后的土壤肥力指标流失严重。

建立了一种高效、低成本的固相萃取-高效液相色谱(SPE-HPLC)同时测定鸡粪中6种常见抗生素(2种四环素类、2种喹诺酮类和2种磺胺类)的分析方法。样品经EDTA-McIlvaine缓冲液和有机混合提取液(甲醇-乙腈-丙酮,2∶2∶1,v/v/v)提取,过HLB固相萃取柱净化,甲醇-二氯甲烷(7∶3,v/v)洗脱,高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器测定,检测波长λ=270 nm,柱温32 ℃,流动相为乙腈-0.7%(v/v)磷酸水溶液。该方法在0.5~100 mg/L质量浓度范围内的标准曲线相关系数r~2在0.9999~1之间,样品加标回收率在70.0%~116.3%之间,相对标准偏差为1.2%~16.6%。方法检出限为1.3~6.7 μg/kg,定量限为3.5~9.2 μg/kg。应用该方法对辽宁省抚顺市某养鸡场当天的鸡粪进行检测,诺氟沙星和恩诺沙星(喹诺酮类)含量为未检出~9.23 mg/kg和1.57~7.69 mg/kg,磺胺二甲嘧啶(磺胺类)含量为2.02~13.05 mg/kg,磺胺甲恶唑、土霉素和四环素未测出。

摘要:
为探索坡耕地中等高草篙对土壤阿特拉津残留迁移的影响,采用模拟降雨试验,研究华北地区不同坡度(15%和20%)条件下草篱系统中土壤阿特拉津残留迁移分布特征.结果表明:降雨后,土壤阿特拉津残留纵向迁移占主导地位.草篱处理篱带区阿特拉津残留量远低于无草篱对照的对应区域,篱带区各土层阿特拉津残留量相近,而无草篱对照残留量随土层深度增加而降低,且表层(0-10 cm)显著高于其他层.草篱系统中不同篱域土壤阿特拉津残留量差异显著,篱带区<沉降区<作物区.最优尺度回归分析结果表明,草篱系统中各因素对土壤阿特拉津残留量影响程度从大到小依次为草篱>土层深度>土壤含水量>篱域>坡度>坡位,草篱的重要性超过其他因素.草篱显著影响坡耕地土壤阿特拉津的横向扩散和纵向迁移,可作为控制坡耕地农药流失的首选措施.

摘要:
采用室内盆栽实验和吸附平衡实验,研究了凹凸棒石及其改性材料对土壤镉移动性和生菜吸收镉的影响,并通过X射线衍射( XRD) 、傅里叶变换红外光谱( FTIR)以及X射线光电子能谱( XPS)探讨了其机制.结果表明,凹凸棒石及其改性材料均可显著降低生菜体内的Cd含量,改性材料作用优于未改性材料,分别使生菜地上部分Cd含量最大降低41.0%和56.5%.凹凸棒石及其改性材料在投加量为1%时均可显著降低土壤CaCl_2提取态Cd含量,最大降低幅度分别为34.2%和34.3%.凹凸棒石改性后对镉的饱和吸附容量明显提高.凹凸棒石主要是通过表面的硅羟基与Cd~(2 +)发生配位反应形成络合物来固定土壤镉,而改性凹凸棒石材料能够通过其表面的硅羟基和羧基与Cd~(2 +)发生配位反应形成络合物,从而降低Cd~(2 +)在土壤中的移动性,进而达到钝化修复Cd污染土壤的效果.因此凹凸棒石及其改性材料均可被用于镉污染农田土壤修复,但机制不同.

摘要:
滑坡对工程建设的危害很大,常使交通中断,影响公路的正常运输。滑带土抗剪强度参数值的合理选定是正确进行滑坡工程分析和设计的关键。该文通过回顾国内外一些代表性工程,在综述了滑带土抗剪强度的5种特征强度及其相互关系的基础上,着重从滑带土抗剪强度参数的测试及估算方法上进行了分析,总结了各种方法的优缺点,并对取值方法中遇到的问题进行了探讨,旨在为选取滑坡抗剪强度参数提供新的思路及提高其取值精度提供一定的帮助。

摘要:
滑带土强度参数的正确选取是滑坡稳定性评价和抗滑工程设计中的关键问题。在已有研究成果的基础上,以四川薛城镇滑坡为例,对其滑带土样进行固结–大位移环剪–再固结–再环剪的剪切试验,再现复活型滑坡滑带土的强度特性,提出基于不同有效垂直应力(滑动体覆盖厚度)采用相应的残余强度和再生强度参数的取值方法,并论证其合理性,对复活型滑坡滑面强度参数的合理取值具有极为重要的参考价值。

摘要:
In this paper, concerning the geotechnical properties and erosion circumstances of Jinjiang riverbank of Yangtze River, field on-site investigation and soil laboratory tests were conducted. Study results reveal that the soil of Jinjiang riverbank contains mostly the silt particles with 24% of clay content, the unconfined compressive strength of the soil decreases rapidly and permeability have a significant increase with the small change in water content, which are considered to be primary factors of occurrence of riverbank collapse when flooding occur. In addition, it is cleared that collapse process of riverbank are mainly due to the formation of tension crack and toppling behind the bank face.

The mechanical properties of discontinuity are different from those of a whole rock. And the shear strength of discontinuity is closely related to its morphological characteristics. The study of the mechanism of failure of jointed rock mass under shear stress is to reveal its mechanical behavior and its mechanism of failure. This paper presents a fundamental research in the mechanical properties of the regular jugged discontinuity under various normal stresses in the shear test. And it describes the mechanical properties of the regular jugged discontinuity under shear stress and their principal regularities. The strength and roughness of discontinuity under shear stress are investigated by the analysis of the data obtained. And this paper study the calculation of shear stiffness of discontinuity and proposed an empirical formula between the slope ratio and roughness coefficient of discontinuity. Also the changing regularity of the parameters of the shear strength of discontinuity under shear stress is investigated, and an empirical formula is developed to evaluate the shear strength of discontinuity in this paper. ©(2011) Trans Tech Publications.
