摘要:
E-government, a product of information technology, is considered as the core projects in the building of information superhighway, and is chosen as preferred solution to improve administrative efficiency and low administrative costs. Therefore, it is becoming a pressing issue to develop an e-government platform with high efficiency and good performance. In combination with the developed e-government platform in China, a noval e-government platform based on both B/S architecture and performance evaluation was constructed in this paper, and the construction of noval platform will provide some references for the highly efficient and healthy development of e-government in China.

China education is moving towards the student centered teaching approach.Adopting the studentcentered teaching approach should strengthen the teacherstudent emotion interaction in process of teaching and learning. Based on this,Teacher-student Intercommunion Platform(TIP) is build according to campus own characteristic in this article.In order to establish TIP system,object-oriented UML is used to the process of the design and implement of TIP.Function requirement model,static state model,and dynamic model are constructed.At last,modules are implemented including the user interface,business functionality,database access and application integration.

Under the influence of the economic crisis, the issue of employment of university students become increasingly prominent, and attracted wide attention, the article from the perspective of sociology and psychology led to an analysis of the reasons for the employment difficulties faced by college students, and there is relevant to focus on coping strategies, with a view to fundamentally solve this problem.

摘要:
Orange-emitting Sr3Al2O5Cl2:Eu2+ phosphors were synthesized by a high-temperature solid-state reaction. The excitation spectrum shows a broad band from the UV region to the blue region. The emission spectrum shows strong orange emission peaking at 610 nm, attributed to the d–f transition of the Eu2+ ion. By combining the Sr3Al2O5Cl2:Eu2+ phosphor with 420 nm and 460 nm chips, three white light-emitting diodes (LEDs) were fabricated. The warm-white LEDs show color rendering indexes of 76, 66 and 90 with color temperatures of 2447, 3546 and 4300 K, respectively. This new phosphor exhibits the potential to act as a single host doped with Eu2+ phosphor for UV or blue chip excited white LEDs.
