摘要:
This paper makes use of multi-agent system technology to automate the management of traffic control system. Since there is no available platform supporting traffic control system's application, we introduce a general design framework of traffic control system and attempt to implement it by object-oriented methods. It is a good way for decentralized traffic control field.

combined with the supply chain management practice in Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron and Steel Limited Corporation (Xiang Gang for short in the following),through applying the green supply chain management theory,on the basis of demonstrating the connotation of environment-friendly green supply chain,the paper constructs the green supply chain model based on green purchasing,green manufacturing,green marketing,waste recycling and some other links; puts forward the green supply chain comprehensive evaluation index system of steel and iron manufacturing industry; constructs corresponding index evaluation model through applying level fuzzy comprehensive appraisal.Taking Xiang Gang for example,the construction of green supply chain for it is evaluated.The research plans to establish the green supply chain structure oriented to the cycle of material of steel and iron manufacturing industry."resource-product-wasterenewable resource",to explore a sustainable and green way for the development of steel an iron manufacturing in manner of low input,high output,low consumption,less emission and cycling.

摘要:
this paper is aimed at discussing the integration of logistics information system and RFID (radio frequency identification) technology to improve the informatization level of logistics management. Based on analyzing the functional demand of logistics information system, a framework of logistics information system is constructed. There are five levels in the framework: physical level, technical level, data layer, functional level and service level. Started from the logistics information collecting, the paper introduces the basic features and advantages of RFID technology, discusses the feasibility and ways of applying the RFID technology into logistics information collecting. Illustrated by the case of Jinxia Logistics Park, it introduces the integration use of RFID and logistics information system. It shows the integration of RFID technology and logistics information system improves the efficiency and reliability of logistics information system. It has broad prospects for application.

On the basis of discussing the characteristics of logistics demand of communication information, communication information is divided into three categories which include dynamic, static and relevance. In order to fully grasp the dynamic communication information, a three layer platform of logistics distribution information system is designed. This is based on the 3<sup>rd</sup> generation mobile communication technology (3G), and expounding the composition and working principle of regional distribution centers. Then on-board information devices are designed, which is one of the most important logistics information terminals. The benefits of regional distribution information systems, based on 3G mobile communications technology, is illustrated using the example of taking on-board information devices together with real-time communication information to locate the shortest time line. The system can make vehicles receive communication information at anytime and anywhere, so it is more suitable to the characteristics of time-varying and dynamics of regional distribution information.

摘要:
Compared with Object-Oriented Program (OOP) technology, realization of price negotiation system by using Multi-Agent technology is an effective way to show intellectualization and automation in Electronic business (EB). This paper has proposed the architecture and design framework of price negotiation system in supply chain; On the basis of analyzing the structure characters and work principles of the single Agent and Multi-Agents, the authors have attached more importance on the contents of both task planning and decomposition based on analyzing Agents' attributes and learning methods of interactive Agents; A price negotiation prototype system based on Multi-Agent has been implemented and the running findings results in that it has more automatic and intelligent than that in object-oriented system in the sides of integrated solving problems, cooperative control and information sharing.

Under international supply chain environment, as a core node, the international purchasing center in each region needs to transform its operation model from singleness to integrated supply chain and become a combination of service competition strategy and market competition strategy. The online reverse auction, as one of the methods of E-purchasing, receives a growing concern because its implementation increased profits to enterprises. In this paper, author combine the case on Hunan Jinxia international purchasing center auction platform in the midland china, expound construct purchasing consortia and carry on joint purchasing using ORA platform, which will impact to promotion the international purchase center competitiveness. Firstly, the market environment will be improved step by step. Secondly, brand consciousness will be enhanced progressively. Thirdly, standardization level improved constantly.
