摘要:
PLA/BF composites,which are extremely flammable, must be carried out fire-retardant processing. However,traditional organic flame retardants release certain amount of pollutant to the environment,and inorganic flame retardants require more addition,which influenced the mechanical properties of composites. Therefore,nano inorganic flame retardants,which have some characteristics of small size,uniform shape and high specific surface area, can bring good flame-retardant effect with relatively few addition. Meanwhile,it can enhance the interaction of composites interface,and disperse more evenly in polylactic acid (PLA)matrix.Furthermore, it has light influence on the physical mechanical properties. In this study, nano structure anhydrous magnesium carbonate is used as flame retardant,Cone Calorimeter and Dynamic Thermal Mechanical Analyzer are adopted for studying the fire-retardant properties and the dynamic thermodynamic parameters of the PLA/BF composites, respectively. Results show that nano structure anhydrous magnesium carbonate flame retardant have good fire-retardant performance for the PLA/BF composites,considering practicality and economy,its ideal addition is 5%.

摘要:
High production energy consumption of medium density fiberboard restricted enterprise economic benefits seriously. In this paper, medium density fiberboard production characteristics was analyzed, energy-saving technology of medium density fiberboard enterprise was disscused. The analysis showed that establishing "energy plant" to reach power cascade utilization by using integrated combustion technology in the medium density fiberboard production, and making frequency conversion energy-saving transformation of high energy-consumption equipment by using frequency converter can effectively decrease the energy consumption and improve the competitiveness of enterprise in market. ©2010 IEEE.

摘要:
本文以木纤维和聚乳酸为原料,采用混炼挤出工艺制作了可生物降解复合材料,利用热分析仪对木纤维进行热重分析,探索最佳的可生物降解复合材料的加工成型温度,分析了纤维质量分数、以及纤维改性处理对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,可生物降解复合材料最合适加工温度为160℃左右,复合材料的力学性能随着纤维质量分数的增加呈现先降低后增加再降低的趋势,利用8%碱液处理、3%偶联剂以及二者共同处理后,复合材料的力学性能都有很大的提高,其中利用碱和偶联剂共同处理的复合材料最高,碱处理次之,并利用扫描电镜对复合材料界面进行结构表征。

Power consumption is very large in fly-ash cement particleboard poduction. By technical innovation, creating the greatest economic benefits with minimal power consumption and the lowest cost is the only route of enterprise development. In this paper, fly-ash cement particleboard production characteristics was analyzed, energy-saving measures for energy-saving transformation of atmospheric pressure heat curing process and steam curing process were researched, and frequency conversion energy-saving transformation of energy-consumption equipment was also discussed. The results showed, the time of heat curing could be significantly reduced by improving atmospheric pressure heat curing process, whose power consumption was decreased; the surplus heat energy can be efficiently recycled by energy-saving transformation for steam curing process; power configuration of poduction line was more reasonable by frequency conversion energy-saving transformation for part energy-consumption equipment, energy-saving effect was significant. ©2010 IEEE.

摘要:
The fibre-reinforced green composites made from bamboo fibre and biodegraded resin(Polylactic Acid) were fabricated by injection molding, effects of alkali treated bamboo fibres on mechanical properties ( tensile strength and impact strength) of fibre-reinforced green composites were studied, and variance of main chemical components of alkali treated bamboo fibres and untreated bamboo fibres was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, the tensile fracture surfaces and the interfacial adhesion of composites were examined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Results showed that surface of alkali treated bamboo fiber became loose and existed gaps, under pressure action polylactic acid melt infiltrate through fiber surface layer, so "glue nails" were formed on the interface polylactic acid and bamboo fiber, interface mechanical occlusive action was improved, therefore mechanical properties of green composites was increased. ©2010 IEEE.

摘要:
The pyrolytic products of Dendrocalamus barbatus organism body is of important value in healing some diseases. Therefore, the determination of the chemical components from the five-year-old Dendrocalamus barbatus was made by using Py-GC/MS. The results indicated that the main components of the Dendrocalamus barbatus by Py-GC/MS analysis were carbon dioxide (54.34%), 2-butanamine, (s)- (17.4%), oxirane, (ethoxymethyl)- (8.29%), methyl formate (4.14%), 1,6-anhydro-.beta.-d-glucopyranose (3.27%), benzaldehyde, 4-nitro-, o-methylox (1.35%), 1-hepten-4-ol (1.23%), 2,3-butanedione (1.19%), acetic acid (0.72%), ethanone, 1-(3-methoxyphenyl)-(0.68 %), pentanoic acid (0.67%), phenol, diethyl- (0.64%), etc. so the the pyrolysis byproducts of Dendrocalamus barbatus may be used as raw materials of rare biomedicines. ©2009 IEEE.

Bambusa blumeana is the one of the most impotent bamboo species in South China. In order to exploit the high-grade resource utilization as bioenergy, determination of chemical components in Bambusa blumeana was made by using Py-GC/MS. Results indicated that the main components of Bambusa blumeana by Py-GC/MS analysis were carbon dioxide (30.99%), acetic acid (13.67%), tuaminoheptane (9.81%), diazene, dimethyl-(9.62%), 2-propanone, 1-hydroxy-(8.39%), butanoic acid, 2-oxo-(5.26%), 1-propanol (4.11%), 2, 4 (1h, 3h)-pyrimidinedione, 5-(trifluoromethyl)-(2.81%), 6-anhydro-.beta.-d- glucopyranose (2.49%), 1,6-anhydro-.beta.-d-glucopyranose (2.02%), 9h-carbazole, 9-methyl-(1.7%), 2-fluorenamine (1.42%), bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (0.9%), 3-methylcarbazole (0.83%), phenol, 2-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-(0.75%), benzofuran, 2,3-dihydro-(0.71%), methylcarbazole (0.69%), etc. Thus, the pyrolysis byproducts of Bambusa blumeana may be used as raw materials of bioenergy. ©2009 IEEE.

摘要:
Wood-based composites is widely used in building and interior decoration field. However, it is easy for wood to get burnt, and abundant toxic smoke generating during the burning process has caused great casualties and property loss. In this study, poplar wood was chosen as test materials, and three fire-retardant were selected, i.e. the inorganic X type fire-retardant and the organic fire-retardant named F type, and the Z type fire-retardant which is an ordinary organic and inorganic combination fire-retardant and contains element Cl and N. Then after different treated process, three types of gluing composite lumbers were prepared. Thereafter, DSC, TG etc were adopted, and the fire-retardant, smoke-suppressant and mechanical performance of lumber were compared and evaluated. The results indicated that : (1) In a certain range of fire-retardant concentration, with the increase of concentration, all of these three fire-retardant had a much better fire-retardant and smoke-suppressant performance while the bonding strength of composite didn't show much variation and met the requirement of GB. (2) For the F type fire-retardant, when the concentration and process technique were the same, the fire-retarded performance of Y type was better than the other two types, and it also had a good smoke-suppressant performance. (3) X type fire-retardant had an excellent fire-retardant and smoke-suppressant performance when its concentration was relatively large. (4) For Z type fire-retardant, it had a good fire-retarding performance with a relatively small smoke amount, but some toxic gas such as HCI and NH(3) was generated.

In order to explore the potential of Phyllostachys pubescens used as resources utilization on biomedcial, determination of the chemical components in five-year-old Phyllostachys pubescens was carried out by means of Py-GC/MS. 69 peaks were obtained from Phyllostachys pubesces and 62 compounds which occupy 99.99% of the total peaks areas were identified. The main components in Phyllostachys pubescens were pcetic acid (12.22%), pcetone(11.36%), propanoic acid, 3-amino-2-methyl-(7.57%), 2-propanone, 1-hydroxy- (6.07%), 2,3-butanedione (3.78%), propanoic acid, 2-oxo-, methyl-(3.68%), propanamide, N-acetyl-(3.04%), propanoyl chloride (2.78%), 3-hexanone(1.62%), 2-butenal, (E)- (1.52%), propanal(1.49%), 1,3-dioxol-2-one (1.44%), etc. Therefore, we can draw a conclusion that the pyrolysis byproducts of Phyllostachys Pubescens may be used as raw materials of biomedicine. ©2009 IEEE.

摘要:
Bamboo wood especially the Phyllostachys pubescens is extremely abundant in our country, however, the high moisture content and easy to mildew and decay has limits it widely application in solid material. In this study, a novel carbonization with low temperature and non-smoke is introduced, and whole factor analysis method and variance analysis are used to find a novel and optimized process parameter, the result show that: (1) The carbonization temperature, relative humidity and carbonization time have significant influence on the moisture content of carbonized Phyllostachys pubescens. (2) The best process parameter is 240°C carbonization temperature, 3 hours carbonization and 11.3% relative humidity. This result will provide theoretical guide for highly effective utilization of Phyllostachys pubescens resource. ©2009 IEEE.

研究了粉煤灰掺量对粉煤灰水泥稻草碎料板生产中原料相适性的影响.结果表明,当粉煤灰掺量在20%~40%时,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,混合物相适性明显下降,粉煤灰掺量为20%和30%时生产的粉煤灰水泥稻草碎料板的力学性能均可以满足要求,为在保证板材力学性能前提下最大限度地利用粉煤灰,建议粉煤灰掺量为30%较为经济合理.

摘要:
水泥刨花板生产中齐边废料的量较大,如果不采取措施回收再利用将占用很大的堆放空间。笔者通过试验发现,齐边废料经过回收处理后可以再利用于水泥刨花板生产,齐边废料回收量为5%时,生产出来的水泥刨花板性能可以达到水泥木屑板标准,其生产过程适宜的胶木比为3∶1、水胶比为0.5∶1。

摘要:
通过改进粉煤灰水泥刨花板的生产工艺,在不改变水泥的等级、保证板材力学性能的前提下,选择粉煤灰的替代比例、添加剂的种类、用量以及密度、水灰比和灰木比等因子进行试验,以确定粉煤灰水泥刨花板的最佳工艺.
