摘要:
By studying and summarizing the characteristics of wood rheology, the mathematic models of creep and mechano-sorptive creep of wood were analyzed. Rheology behaviors in process, especially drying stress and deformation set were discussed. Application of wood rheology in woodcraft process was elaborated and the research prospects and orientation were forecasted.

摘要:
Microwave-vacuum (MV) drying characteristics of plantation Masson pine (Pinus massoniana) were studied experimentally for various levels of microwave radiation time, initial moisture content (MC), vacuum level and wood thickness. The results show that the process of MV drying for wood can be significantly divided into a short accelerating rate drying period, a long constant rate drying period and falling rate drying period, and the second drying period can extend to levels of mean MC below the fiber saturation point. With the increase of initial MC and microwave radiation time, the drying rate of wood increases significantly. The vacuum level affects the drying rate in a slightly positive way. Within the range of 2 to 6 cm, the effects of sample thickness on the drying rate can be negligible.

摘要:
The law of temperature distribution inside wood using Pinus massoniana as experimental material had been researched during microwave-vacuum drying for the first time. The results showed that, with a certain scope of radiation power (160 kW/m3) and wood thickness (60 mm), temperature distribution inside wood was uniform, and there was not regular temperature gradient along the direction of wood thickness; the inner temperature difference of wood presented a growing trend in the last period of drying; during microwave-vacuum drying, inner temperature difference of wood was caused by microwave field and the differences of dielectric characteristics among different locations in wet wood, and this kind of non-uniformity existed locally in wood.
