摘要:
There is the theology of the plywood formaldehyde-emission which is similar to the solid and the liquid. The mature theory of rheological is applied to study on the mechanism of the plywood formaldehyde-emission in this paper, and the loose models of the plywood formaldehyde emission are created. The formularies F-M = F(0)e(-0.1429t). and F-k = P0/kappa(1 - e(-0.1429t)) can be received and used to describe the influence of the placed time of sawed test piece to the plywood formaldehyde-emission. The deviation between the theory value and the test value is 0.52 mg/L.

In order to increase the added value of plantation grown wood, dyeing technology is often used to treat wood. In this study, acidic mixture dyestuff was adopted to dye wood veneer with less discharge of the waste water by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the best dyeing conditions for platanus orientalis was that dye solution temperature about 60 degrees C, dye solution concentration of 0.5%, dyeing time about 80 minutes, pH value 4.5, and penetrating agent concentration 0.3%; the best dyeing conditions for loblolly pine: dye temperature about 80 degrees C, dye concentration of 0.5%, dyeing time about 50 minutes, pH value 4.5, and penetrating agent concentration 0.3%.

摘要:
Recently, plant-based ceramicses have attracted more and more attention for their low cost and wide application. Therefore, a novel technology using the mold pressing based on formation principle of powder metallurgy craft was introduced firstly to realize binderless agglutination and to obtain the ecoceramics with residual bamboo fiber. Thermo-gravimetric analysis and conventional measurement were performed to determine the physical and mechanical properties of bamboo ceramics body. The results show that temperature, time and pressure of moulding process all have significant effect on physical-mechanical properties, and that the optimum technology parameter is under the condition of pressure 7 MPa, temperature 160℃, and pressure time 10min. these results will provide a strong reference for further processing of bambooceramics.

E-government, a product of information technology, is considered as the core projects in the building of information superhighway, and is chosen as preferred solution to improve administrative efficiency and low administrative costs. Therefore, it is becoming a pressing issue to develop an e-government platform with high efficiency and good performance. In combination with the developed e-government platform in China, a noval e-government platform based on both B/S architecture and performance evaluation was constructed in this paper, and the construction of noval platform will provide some references for the highly efficient and healthy development of e-government in China.

Lignincellose fiber was one of special fibers which were used for textile fiber, paper, engineering plastics, etc. And Eucalyptus camaldulensis has been widely planted in south China. Therefore, based on the single-factor method, the fresh Eucalyptus camaldulensis wood flour were treated by means of the alkali liquor extraction to obtain the best purification of lignincellose fiber. The results are as follows: During the the sorbitic-extracting process, MPC had significant influence on leaching rates of wood extractives and hemicelloses at 0.01 level. And sort of alkaline had significant effect on the leaching rates at 0.05 level. The optimum concentration of NaOH liquor, KOH liquor, LiOH liquor was 20.0%, 17.5%, and 12.5%, separately. The leaching rates was the highest when extraction time was 24 h. The optimum alkali liquor was NaOH liquor. The next was KOH liquor, LiOH liquor.

摘要:
In order to explore the optimal decolorization technology of paulownia wood suitable for middle and small Enterprises to obtain its high added values, the chemical processing method was used to solve the difficult problem of paulownia wood decolorization. The results showed that: 1) temperature, pressure, time and treatment solution concentration all had significant effects on the decolorization; 2) the optimal decolorization technology was 0.4-0.6MPa, 60 degrees C and 7 hours, and will obtain 2300yuan/m(3) added value udder the above treated conditions. Therefore, the decolorization technology of paulownia wood in the study is very suitable for middle and small wood processing enterprises.

Wood-based composites is widely used in building and interior decoration field. However, it is easy for wood to get burnt, and abundant toxic smoke generating during the burning process has caused great casualties and property loss. In this study, poplar wood was chosen as test materials, and three fire-retardant were selected, i.e. the inorganic X type fire-retardant and the organic fire-retardant named F type, and the Z type fire-retardant which is an ordinary organic and inorganic combination fire-retardant and contains element Cl and N. Then after different treated process, three types of gluing composite lumbers were prepared. Thereafter, DSC, TG etc were adopted, and the fire-retardant, smoke-suppressant and mechanical performance of lumber were compared and evaluated. The results indicated that : (1) In a certain range of fire-retardant concentration, with the increase of concentration, all of these three fire-retardant had a much better fire-retardant and smoke-suppressant performance while the bonding strength of composite didn't show much variation and met the requirement of GB. (2) For the F type fire-retardant, when the concentration and process technique were the same, the fire-retarded performance of Y type was better than the other two types, and it also had a good smoke-suppressant performance. (3) X type fire-retardant had an excellent fire-retardant and smoke-suppressant performance when its concentration was relatively large. (4) For Z type fire-retardant, it had a good fire-retarding performance with a relatively small smoke amount, but some toxic gas such as HCI and NH(3) was generated.

Distance education is an important way to construct the lifelong learning system in the knowledge-based economy age, and it is of great education and economy value in rural areas all over the world. In combination with the actual situation in distance education development in China, In this paper, it illustrated the function of distance education in China's new rural construction, problems in rural distance education are comprehensively analyzed. And its corresponding counter-measures were proposed. And more, the development trend of rural distance education is prospected.

Now Eucalyptus wood begins to be used to pulp. The leaching rule of nano particles from E.camaldulensis wood has an important significance in the forestry research and paper making engineering. Therefore, based on the single-factor method, the fresh E. camaldulensis shavings were treated by LiOH in a concentration range of 0.5%~25% g/mL and the duration is 3, 16 and 24 hours respectively. The extraction mass was analyzed and the results were discussed. The filtrates were analyzed by ZETA and SIZER. The results were following as: (l) The extraction mass arrived at the maximum value when concentration is about 17.5%. (2)The micro/nano particles in the diameter of 531-1720 nm, 531-1720 nm, 164-531 nm is the most at the extracting time of 3h, 16h, 24h, respectively (2) The diameter the micro/nano particles of wood extractives and hemicellulose is chiefly between 164-1720 nm according to number fraction. However, there are micro particles in the diameter of more than 1720 nm when LiOH concentration is biger than 15%. The micro/nano particles in the diameter of 531-1720 nm, 531-1720 nm, 164-531 nm is the most at the extracting time of 3h, 16h, 24h, respectively.
