To explore the potential of peanut peptide ferrous (PPF) gastrointestinal bionic digestants (GBDs) as an antibacterial agent,antibacterial activity (ABA),surface hydrophobicity (SHP), minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC),cell membrane permeability (CMP),the extracellular leakage of ultraviolet absorption biomacromolecules and K + were studied.
