A simple and sensitive method was developed for the determination of trace copper in enriched dry spiral algae by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. The impacts of the pretreatment method, dosage and grain size of spiral algae, and eluant type , its concentration and flow speed as well as pH value on the enrichment of traced copper was discussed.
