摘要:
【目的】研究纳米竹炭( NBC)对杜仲提取物( EUE)的吸附和缓释效果,为纳米竹炭天然活性成分缓释制剂的开发和利用提供理论依据。【方法】先将EUE溶于蒸馏水中,再将NBC混悬于EUE溶液中,在37 ℃、pH 7.0条件下超声振荡36 min,采用紫外分光光度法检测NBC对EUE的吸附效果。将NBC-EUE给药体系在人工肠液中释放,在不同时间点取样测定其紫外吸光度值,同时补充消耗的人工肠液,计算不同时间点人工肠液中EUE的浓度,观察NBC对EUE的缓释效果,并用Higuchi方程拟合。通过SEM、BET、FTIR和TG等手段表征NBC吸附EUE前后的理化性质。采用MTT法检验不同时间点在人工肠液中释放出来的游离EUE对人直肠癌细胞( HCT116)的...

Objective: This study was carried out with aims to prepare a novel nano drug delivery system consisting of bamboo charcoal and Eucommia ulmoides, and to investigate its anticancer effects in vitro.
