介绍了一种基于AT89C52单片机的梳脱台高度自动控制系统.分析了4LS-150型梳脱式联合收获机液压提升机构及梳脱台与作物高度间的相互关系;针对控制系统的要求,设计了作物高度和梳脱台高度自动检测装置.在梳脱式联合收获机上使用该控制系统,可以使梳脱台按照作物高度的变化进行自动调节.

The paper developed an automatic height control system for stripper based on a MCS AT89C52. The hydraulic lifting device of a stripper harvester 4LS150 was analyzed, and the relationship between the stripper and crop height was determined. An automatic measuring unit of crop and stripper height was designed. According to the auto control theory of working process of a stripper, the modern micro electronic technology and MCS control technique was used, and a single chip classical control system was designed to control working process of the stripper in this paper.
