现实的经济结构决定着人们的权利意识与权利关系,权利的变化与发展取决于一定经济基础的变化与发展。人权思想的提出是科学技术发展的结果,科技的发展威胁人的生存,进一步唤醒人们的权利意识。科学技术发展引起基本权利的变化,随着科学技术的发展,新的环境产生新的渴望,导致新的权利被提出。基因科技的迅速发展导致了基因权利的产生,人们对于基因权利的诉求随着基因科技的发展而越来越迫切。
