湿地网络信息服务系统是以网络地理信息系统为基础,以湿地资源信息服务和为开展湿地信息共享及湿地信息辅助决策提供依据的系统。基于网络技术与网络地理信息系统技术,建立北京市湿地信息网络服务系统。该系统基于.NET多层分布式体系结构及ArcGIS Server平台构建,建立了北京市湿地信息类型定义及编码体系,整合了北京市湿地资源信息,实现了级别化的湿地信息管理,构建了湿地信息知识库及资源共享库,并通过北京市湿地WebGIS,进行北京市湿地空间信息资源的发布和信息共享。整个系统包括7个大的功能模块,共有28个应用功能;系统通过安全引擎服务,为信息系统下的各种应用提供统一的安全服务和安全保障。...
