In Western countries and China, the dietary habit of high calories usually results in hyperlipidemia, which is closely associated with cardiovascular diseases. In the study, we investigated the antihyperlipidemic effect of oryzanol and its molecular mechanism in the high fat diet (HFD) mouse model. In total, 60 ICR mice were randomly divided into control group, HFD group, and HFD+Ory group.
