It is believed that the generation of Rashba Edelstein effect (REE) in bilayer systems composed of materials with strong spin-orbit coupling is fundamentally governed by the breaking of spatial inversion symmetry ( I ${{\script{I}}}$ ). This symmetry breaking is achieved through simple twisting operations, enabling the occurrence of REE. The REE has been extensively investigated, but the accurate quantitative calculations of this effect remain elusive.
