暗铰链是现代家具平开门设计中最常用的连接件,同一型号的铰链其每门最小间隙△tx、铰臂距离B等参数都是非常重要的参数,对门与侧板之间的设计间隙、门板对侧板的覆盖量取值及铰链底座高度D的有效取值都有影响。笔者以海蒂诗（Hettich）Intermat 9943铰链为例,在分析相关参数的基础上,探讨最小间隙的形成原因和影响或改变最小间隙值的几个主要因素,并以木制对开全盖门设计为例,提出相关参数取值和应用的思路,解决方案中存在的问题,以提供合理应用暗铰链参数的方法。

Concealed hinges are the most commonly used connectors in modern furniture door design.The minimum reveal,base distance B and other relevant parameters of the same series constraint the reveal,front overlay and effective value of mounting plates.Taking Hettich Intermat 9943 as an example,this paper analyzes the main parameters of the hinges and probes into the cause and the influence factors of the minimum reveals.In order to provide reasonable application of concealed hinge parameters,it puts forward the idea of selecting the relevant parameters and applying them through the concrete design s...
