城市群土地集约利用与新型城镇化耦合协调发展是土地管理学研究的核心问题,探讨长江中上游城市群———长江中游和成渝城市群的耦合协调发展水平,以期为中国其他城市群的相关研究提供参考。利用全局主成分分析法、均方差权值法、熵权法进行综合确权以提高评价指标权重精度,采用耦合度模型、协调发展度模型对长江中游和成渝城市群协调发展水平进行了测算、分析与比较,进而利用空间自相关模型探究各城市群土地集约利用与城镇化协调发展水平的空间集聚特征与规律。结果表明:成渝城市群土地集约利用与新型城镇化协调发展水平与长江中游相当,成渝城市群耦合协调态势优于长江中游城市群。具体体现在(1...
